Decided to go to Favell heating due to the excellent reviews & so pleased we did. Our outside boiler had developed a leak & Mike came round very quickly to have a look. He was able to get it working again but we decided to go for a new one. There was absolutely no pressure to do this. Josh sent a quote for the work & we decided to go for it. Louie & his little helper worked so hard in torrential rain & were so friendly. Mike came round when work was finished to make sure we were happy with the work that was done & we got an excellent guarantee on the boiler. If I could give 10 stars for this lovely family run business I would .

This firm replaced my boiler, radiators and hot water tank. It took 3 men 3 days of hard graft. They knew what they were doing, were polite, clean and tidy. They used good quality products and were not cheap but good value given their expertise. They have just serviced the boiler, took their time and did a good job.

We have used this firm for the last 10 years. They fitted a complete Lpg heating system to our house and have serviced the system since then. Michael and Josh are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and completely trustworthy. I can definitely recommend them

When I phoned Favells and explained the problem I had with my boiler, they responded quickly and dealt with it professionally. Both servicing and sorting out the issue, explaining they needed to order a part and as soon as it was in they would complete the work. They returned and showed me the part they had replaced. Their price was reasonable but more importantly they were really helpful, this includes the lovely lady that answered the phone. Would recommend them!

Josh and the team were punctual, efficient, pleasant and, most importantly, incredibly good at what they did. We struggled to get other firms to quote, as the job was not straightforward, but Josh was undaunted and had a very clear plan, which was executed exactly as he had planned. Annual service carried out quickly and efficiently by Michael who was easy to talk to and answered my questions expertly. Would highly recommend.

Arrived by 8:30 on 3 consecutive days and worked solidly until after 5 on the first 2 days. Removed old header tanks and an electric pump in the loft without any mess. Polite and amenable despite lack of space at times and problems with suppliers / deliveries. Tidied up as they went along and removed every scrap of packaging and old equipment. They know their stuff and can explain what they are doing and why. Easy to get on with and respect others property.

We first used Favell Heating Limited in November 2013 to install a new Gas Boiler. We have used Favell Heating ever since for servicing, safety certificates and ad hoc gas issues. The service is excellent, knowledgable, professional and friendly and I always feel confident and assured. I highly recommend and would not use another company.

Excellent company to deal with very professional, the quality of the work is second to none. Lewis arrived at the designated time and was a very polite and extremely competent young man. Removed our old oil boiler and installed a new in a day with some assistance for Mike. He left the area spotless and could see that he took pride in his work. A real credit to this great company. Mick came round and had the boiler up and running again within half an hour (after a different company had previously said it was not able to be fixed). Will definitely be using Mick again for any heating needs.

I cannot recommend Favell Heating too highly. Mike came initially to carry out the survey and offer advice. He is very approachable and explained everything carefully and patiently. We were amazed when Josh and Louis came within a few day to complete the work. Josh and Louis worked extremely hard, efficiently and polite at all times. They even cleaned up at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the result and would be happy to employ the again. We had a slight problem with a radiator and Mike came back straight away to sort it out. Thank you!

2nd time we have engaged Favell Heating’s services and on both occasions they have exceeded our expectations. They have installed a new unvented cylinder and new boiler after thoroughly discussing options for an aged system. They happily endured my endless questions providing great advice along the way. The team have the knowledgeable and experience to diagnose issues as well as provide high quality installs with attention to detail. Josh’s pipework and component layout is fantastic, resulting in an install you want to show off - as well as maximising space. Courteous, punctual and competitively priced. And you can get hold of them! Phone or email - they always responded in a timely fashion and endeavoured to fit us in.

Favell heating were excellent from start to finish. They installed a full LPG heating system from scratch to a 5-bed detached house which previously had an all-electric system. The end result is a very neat and tidy install with a Viessmann boiler at the heart of the system. They went above and beyond to install all the radiators and pipework in such a neat and inconspicuous manner. The result is a system which doesn’t look like it’s been retrofitted at all. Very pleased. Both Mike and Josh visited our property prior to submitting their quote to ensure both we and they were happy and fully confident of the strategy to complete the works. Josh and Lewis who carried out the works were always courteous, polite and worked incredibly hard.

On the Tuesday morning after the New Year holiday our boiler would not work. We had a contract with another company and spent most of Tuesday trying to contact them without success. Telephone calls referred us to the website, "because of the high call volume" (What a surprise at this time of year!) The website kept coming up with "Oops something went wrong" response. Our neighbour recommended Favell Heating, and but for that we may still have been waiting. Mr. Favell came out next day, and the problem could not be resolved without a necessary part, which was obtained and fitted the next day - Thursday. We did appreciate the quick, competent service almost as much as the heat at the coldest part of the winter.

Our boiler packed up working gave favell Heating a call came out and gave us a good quote for a new boiler. Within a couple of days they started work from start to finish the work was very professional, the customer service is excellent would highly recommend favell Heating

I have been using the services of Favell Heating for quite a few years now, starting one cold November morning back in 2013, when our boiler decided to stop working and needed replacing! Efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly sums Favell Heating up perfectly and thank you for all your hard work, especially in these most difficult of times.

My old boiler was reaching end of life so I looked around locally for a company to supply and install a replacement boiler. I wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler and I only looked at approved installers. After getting quotations and visits from three companies I decided to go with Favell Heating. Mike Favell who came round to do the quote was very knowledgeable and I was impressed with how thorough he was with the site inspection. The installation work was carried out as scheduled on 22nd January, really good work by a very competent team. They took great care to be tidy and clean for the work required indoors, the finished installation is very neat and tidy with all the old equipment being removed. Mike came round to completed the commissioning and the new boiler was up and running by mid-afternoon. There was a follow up visit to check the boiler a few days after installation when I was also handed a complete set of documentation. I received the invoice recently and it was exactly on budget. The whole experience end to end was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Favell Heating to anyone considering a new boiler or a boiler replacement. Harry.

We had used Favell heating previously for servicing our boiler and were very impressed with the service so when our boiler failed this time we had no hesitation in calling Michael to look at it again. I was of the opinion that the boiler had seen better days and this was confirmed, especially when I took into account the cost of repair against the cost of a new boiler. The price quoted was very good and the work was carried out in a timely manner and very efficiently. Our oil-fired boiler was passed its sell by date so amongst others Favell Heating were contacted to fit a combination boiler. Michael Favell who presented us with all possibilities stood out by a country mile as to an installer who we could trust. My father's boiler "gave up the ghost". I came to the conclusion that the national service contract my father had with a well known company was not fit for purpose.
