This is the first time we have used Favell Heating Limited and they have been excellent in carrying out the work. My tenant commented how good their engineer was. I have been delighted with the communication and service they have given. Thank you.

Just had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted, which due to the latest regulations, had to be completely relocated. Josh and Lewis came to do the work, which needed pipework and valves to be also re-routed. The new pipework was nothing short of a piece of art, being extremely neat and tidy. Excellent workmanship from knowledgeable engineers. Their dust sheets and vacuum cleaner kept the house very clean during the work too. Overall, an excellent job performed promptly and a heating system now functioning very well and so much quieter too. Can highly recommend them.

Mike was very accommodating from the outset, as we debated various different places for our new boiler. His was the company that communicated the best, seemed best informed, and was prepared to make the extra effort to ensure we got what we needed. We didn't have to wait long for the installation, which was carried out efficiently and cleanly. All of the fitting team worked well and were polite and respectful of our home. The system was tested before the team left, but one of our old radiators sprung a leak after, due to the new pressurised system. (the old one was gravity fed). Lewis came back on his Saturday morning to seal it off, and we didn't have to wait long for a new rad to be fitted. The overall price was quite acceptable, and much less than the energy companies were quoting. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but represented best value for money, in my opinion. Our heating now works very well, and is very controllable, so we save money by not heating unused spaces or when we are away. They even set the timer for me!

I've read 2 pages of your reviews, and can thoroughly endorse all of them. There is nothing at all in their workmanship, and the result (seen in one of the photographs of their work) is a pleasure to behold. I had no qualms at all about leaving Lewis doing a follow up job on his own in the house, to lock up after him when I had to go off to an emergency, and as often stated here, everything was left neat and tidy and an excellent job was done. Strongly recommended for installing gas central heating and unravelling an accumulation of previous plumbing work!

We had a replacement boiler put in 4y ago by Favell. The quote was better than a well advertised national company. The work was done on time and to budget. The engineers couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. The system works perfectly. Since then our boiler has been serviced well and on time. Our last contact was for it's service.

A massive thank you to Favell Heating LTD, who came and installed a new boiler and cylinder in an awkward old house with a very challenging old heating system. They were experts in untangling the mass of old pipes, boiler, cylinder and tanks. We now have a fantastic new heating system which thank goodness you can not hear half a mile away when it springs into life like the old one did. The team are really hard workers that not only respect the customers but also their property and belongings. Thank you so very much for your fantastic work.

We had a new boiler fitted in November 2013 and have this serviced every year along with our other gas appliances. Mick Favell is conscientious, knowledgeable, honest and friendly - I would absolutely recommend Favell Heating. We were given very good advice on what new boiler to choose and the price was competitive also. A day or two before Christmas week our boiler pump failed . We rang many companies but all unable to help as they were so busy . We were given favells phone number . Within a day help arrived . With no fuss or bother a new pump was bought the old one taken out the new one fitted . This is true British tradesmen at it,s very best . There number is on our Speed dial . Our central heating timer/thermostat failed early New Years Eve. Although our phone call interrupted their breakfast he arrived within 30 minutes and problem identified and resolved very quickly and efficiently. Have used Favell Heating Ltd a couple of times for service work and found them quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the quality and standard of the installation of our new boiler. Josh did a great job. He arrived promptly both days, was meticulous in the way he carried out the installation, leaving everything clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Favell to anyone needing a boiler replacement or maintenance. First of all Mike came to quote for the work exactly when he said he would which we really appreciated. Mike and his crew were absolutely fantastic when they installed my Worcester Bosch Boiler last year. They were professional but friendly, left no mess and were very considerate of my home and family’s needs. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful when we weren’t sure which boiler we wanted and advised us without just pushing us towards the most expensive. I trusted him completely and, a year later, my trust was not misplaced. The boiler has been fantastic and Mike has just been to service it. I had totally forgotten about the annual service but thankfully they hadn’t. The cost of a new boiler and its installation was much lower than British Gas as was the annual service. Go local and go with Flavell Heating, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Michael, Josh and Lewis did a fantastic job in changing a complete home heating system with little inconvenience. Very professional service, great workmanship by all and very tidy - at the end of each day the house was left clean and tidy. Favell Heating made sure we had all the options available to make the right choice for our boiler and provided alternatives for placing our new tank.

I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. We were struggling to find a heating engineer after our boiler decided to stop working and we were without heat or hot water. No one seemed to want to call us back and Mick called us back promptly and was round the next day, he gave us a competitive price and our new Worcester Bosch Boiler was fitted within the week by Josh and Lewis. Favells did an excellent job installing our new boiler. They inspected the whole house carefully before deciding on the size of the boiler required. They were very professional, turned up when they said and did very high quality work. They were also very nice people to have around the house.

I was struggling to find a heating/plumbing engineer to take on the complete installation of a large oil-fired boiler, water tank and 24 radiators into a Grade II listed 17th-century house. Luckily I came across Favell Heating. They relished the challenge the job presented and came up with an excellent and comprehensive plan and a competitive quote. The fit undertaken by Michael, Josh and Lewis over two weeks was exemplary. The workmanship and materials used were of the highest quality. The clever routing meant the impact on the historic fabric was minimal. They fitted a complete boiler room, which resembles an industrial plant; commissioned and fitted a 2400 litre oil tank, and installed 24 radiators with the minimum of disruption and mess. The team were very polite and courteous and worked with us throughout on getting the best solutions at the most economic price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Favell Heating for any heating job large or small. You will be guaranteed an outstanding service.

Favell Heating installed new radiators, nest smart controls, new Worcester Bosch boiler and Cylinder - they supplied all the parts and ensured that the inconvenience was at a minimum for such a large job. The copper pipe work on the cylinder by Josh is truly amazing - it looks like it should be in a brewery or go on show - very impressed with the workmanship quality. The price for the work was comparable to other quotations but we feel by far we would not have had such an excellent outcome. It is the best work we have had from any tradesman. We used Michael and his son Josh to install a new Worcester Bosch oil fired combi boiler. The work involved removal of the loft tanks, old hot water cylinder and redundant pump and pipework. The new installation was very tidily done, particularly the connections to the existing heating rails. Quality work with a long warranty from an accredited installer at a competitive price. What more can you ask. We thoroughly recommend Michael and Josh for all your heating installations and sundry plumbing requirements.

WE have used Mike & his team for all our heating/hot water systems and they have never failed to deliever 100% every time, We would not consider useing another. They are rare in this day in that they take a pride in their work and it shows.
