We first used Favell Heating Limited in November 2013 to install a new Gas Boiler. We have used Favell Heating ever since for servicing, safety certificates and ad hoc gas issues. The service is excellent, knowledgable, professional and friendly and I always feel confident and assured. I highly recommend and would not use another company.

Excellent company to deal with very professional, the quality of the work is second to none. Lewis arrived at the designated time and was a very polite and extremely competent young man. Removed our old oil boiler and installed a new in a day with some assistance for Mike. He left the area spotless and could see that he took pride in his work. A real credit to this great company. I would recommend this company with no hesitations. From quote to installation in less than a week. Thank you Mike and you team for a great job well done.

Mick came round and had the boiler up and running again within half an hour (after a different company had previously said it was not able to be fixed). Will definitely be using Mick again for any heating needs.

I cannot recommend Favell Heating too highly. Mike came initially to carry out the survey and offer advice. He is very approachable and explained everything carefully and patiently. We were amazed when Josh and Louis came within a few day to complete the work. Josh and Louis worked extremely hard, efficiently and polite at all times. They even cleaned up at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the result and would be happy to employ the again. We had a slight problem with a radiator and Mike came back straight away to sort it out. Thank you!

2nd time we have engaged Favell Heating’s services and on both occasions they have exceeded our expectations. They have installed a new unvented cylinder and new boiler after thoroughly discussing options for an aged system. They happily endured my endless questions providing great advice along the way. The team have the knowledgeable and experience to diagnose issues as well as provide high quality installs with attention to detail. Josh’s pipework and component layout is fantastic, resulting in an install you want to show off - as well as maximising space. Courteous, punctual and competitively priced. And you can get hold of them! Phone or email - they always responded in a timely fashion and endeavoured to fit us in.

Favell heating were excellent from start to finish. They installed a full LPG heating system from scratch to a 5-bed detached house which previously had an all-electric system. The end result is a very neat and tidy install with a Viessmann boiler at the heart of the system. They went above and beyond to install all the radiators and pipework in such a neat and inconspicuous manner. The result is a system which doesn’t look like it’s been retrofitted at all. Very pleased. Both Mike and Josh visited our property prior to submitting their quote to ensure both we and they were happy and fully confident of the strategy to complete the works. Josh and Lewis who carried out the works were always courteous, polite and worked incredibly hard.

On the Tuesday morning after the New Year holiday our boiler would not work. We had a contract with another company and spent most of Tuesday trying to contact them without success. Telephone calls referred us to the website, "because of the high call volume" (What a surprise at this time of year!) The website kept coming up with "Oops something went wrong" response. Our neighbour recommended Favell Heating, and but for that we may still have been waiting. Mr. Favell came out next day, and the problem could not be resolved without a necessary part, which was obtained and fitted the next day - Thursday. We did appreciate the quick, competent service almost as much as the heat at the coldest part of the winter.

Our boiler packed up working gave favell Heating a call came out and gave us a good quote for a new boiler. Within a couple of days they started work from start to finish the work was very professional, the customer service is excellent would highly recommend favell Heating

I have been using the services of Favell Heating for quite a few years now, starting one cold November morning back in 2013, when our boiler decided to stop working and needed replacing! Efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly sums Favell Heating up perfectly and thank you for all your hard work, especially in these most difficult of times.

My old boiler was reaching end of life so I looked around locally for a company to supply and install a replacement boiler. I wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler and I only looked at approved installers. After getting quotations and visits from three companies I decided to go with Favell Heating. Mike Favell who came round to do the quote was very knowledgeable and I was impressed with how thorough he was with the site inspection. The installation work was carried out as scheduled on 22nd January, really good work by a very competent team. They took great care to be tidy and clean for the work required indoors, the finished installation is very neat and tidy with all the old equipment being removed. Mike came round to completed the commissioning and the new boiler was up and running by mid-afternoon. There was a follow up visit to check the boiler a few days after installation when I was also handed a complete set of documentation. I received the invoice recently and it was exactly on budget. The whole experience end to end was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Favell Heating to anyone considering a new boiler or a boiler replacement. Harry.

We had used Favell heating previously for servicing our boiler and were very impressed with the service so when our boiler failed this time we had no hesitation in calling Michael to look at it again. I was of the opinion that the boiler had seen better days and this was confirmed, especially when I took into account the cost of repair against the cost of a new boiler. The price quoted was very good and the work was carried out in a timely manner and very efficiently. I am very happy to recommend this company to anyone and I will of course be using them for future work.

Our oil-fired boiler was passed its sell by date so amongst others Favell Heating were contacted to fit a combination boiler. Michael Favell who presented us with all possibilities stood out by a country mile as to an installer who we could trust. My father's boiler "gave up the ghost". I came to the conclusion that the national service contract my father had with a well known company was not fit for purpose. Having done some research we called on Favell Heating. I can't speak highly enough of these guys, they recognised that father was vulnerable and really struggling with the cold. Just had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted, which due to the latest regulations, had to be completely relocated. Josh and Lewis came to do the work, which needed pipework and valves to be also re-routed. The new pipework was nothing short of a piece of art, being extremely neat and tidy. Excellent workmanship from knowledgeable engineers. Their dust sheets and vacuum cleaner kept the house very clean during the work too. Overall, an excellent job performed promptly and a heating system now functioning very well and so much quieter too. Can highly recommend them.

Mike was very accommodating from the outset, as we debated various different places for our new boiler. His was the company that communicated the best, seemed best informed, and was prepared to make the extra effort to ensure we got what we needed. We didn't have to wait long for the installation, which was carried out efficiently and cleanly. All of the fitting team worked well and were polite and respectful of our home. The system was tested before the team left, but one of our old radiators sprung a leak after, due to the new pressurised system. (the old one was gravity fed). Lewis came back on his Saturday morning to seal it off, and we didn't have to wait long for a new rad to be fitted. The overall price was quite acceptable, and much less than the energy companies were quoting. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but represented best value for money, in my opinion. Our heating now works very well, and is very controllable, so we save money by not heating unused spaces or when we are away. They even set the timer for me!

I've read 2 pages of your reviews, and can thoroughly endorse all of them. There is nothing at all in their workmanship, and the result (seen in one of the photographs of their work) is a pleasure to behold. I had no qualms at all about leaving Lewis doing a follow up job on his own in the house, to lock up after him when I had to go off to an emergency, and as often stated here, everything was left neat and tidy and an excellent job was done. Strongly recommended for installing gas central heating and unravelling an accumulation of previous plumbing work!

We had a replacement boiler put in 4y ago by Favell. The quote was better than a well advertised national company. The work was done on time and to budget. The engineers couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. The system works perfectly. Since then our boiler has been serviced well and on time. Our last contact was for it's service.

A massive thank you to Favell Heating LTD, who came and installed a new boiler and cylinder in an awkward old house with a very challenging old heating system. They were experts in untangling the mass of old pipes, boiler, cylinder and tanks. We now have a fantastic new heating system which thank goodness you can not hear half a mile away when it springs into life like the old one did. The team are really hard workers that not only respect the customers but also their property and belongings. Thank you so very much for your fantastic work.

We had a new boiler fitted in November 2013 and have this serviced every year along with our other gas appliances. Mick Favell is conscientious, knowledgeable, honest and friendly - I would absolutely recommend Favell Heating. A day or two before Christmas week our boiler pump failed . We rang many companies but all unable to help as they were so busy . We were given favells phone number . Within a day help arrived . With no fuss or bother a new pump was bought the old one taken out the new one fitted . This is true British tradesmen at it,s very best . There number is on our Speed dial . Our central heating timer/thermostat failed early New Years Eve. Although our phone call interrupted their breakfast he arrived within 30 minutes and problem identified and resolved very quickly and efficiently. Have used Favell Heating Ltd a couple of times for service work and found them quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

Mike and his crew were absolutely fantastic when they installed my Worcester Bosch Boiler last year. They were professional but friendly, left no mess and were very considerate of my home and family’s needs. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful when we weren’t sure which boiler we wanted and advised us without just pushing us towards the most expensive. I trusted him completely and, a year later, my trust was not misplaced. The boiler has been fantastic and Mike has just been to service it. I had totally forgotten about the annual service but thankfully they hadn’t. The cost of a new boiler and its installation was much lower than British Gas as was the annual service. Go local and go with Flavell Heating, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Michael, Josh and Lewis did a fantastic job in changing a complete home heating system with little inconvenience. Very professional service, great workmanship by all and very tidy - at the end of each day the house was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. We were struggling to find a heating engineer after our boiler decided to stop working and we were without heat or hot water. Favells did an excellent job installing our new boiler. They inspected the whole house carefully before deciding on the size of the boiler required. They were very professional, turned up when they said and did very high quality work. They were also very nice people to have around the house.

I was struggling to find a heating/plumbing engineer to take on the complete installation of a large oil-fired boiler, water tank and 24 radiators into a Grade II listed 17th-century house. Luckily I came across Favell Heating. They relished the challenge the job presented and came up with an excellent and comprehensive plan and a competitive quote. The fit undertaken by Michael, Josh and Lewis over two weeks was exemplary. The workmanship and materials used were of the highest quality. The clever routing meant the impact on the historic fabric was minimal. They fitted a complete boiler room, which resembles an industrial plant; commissioned and fitted a 2400 litre oil tank, and installed 24 radiators with the minimum of disruption and mess. The team were very polite and courteous and worked with us throughout on getting the best solutions at the most economic price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Favell Heating for any heating job large or small. You will be guaranteed an outstanding service.

We used Michael and his son Josh to install a new Worcester Bosch oil fired combi boiler. The work involved removal of the loft tanks, old hot water cylinder and redundant pump and pipework. The new installation was very tidily done, particularly the connections to the existing heating rails. Quality work with a long warranty from an accredited installer at a competitive price. What more can you ask. We thoroughly recommend Michael and Josh for all your heating installations and sundry plumbing requirements.

WE have used Mike & his team for all our heating/hot water systems and they have never failed to deliever 100% every time, We would not consider useing another. They are rare in this day in that they take a pride in their work and it shows.
