In our opinion Fenland Garage Doors are a highly Reputable Company in every respect . From start to finish they should this, the installation was perfection, showing me and my wife reasons why and how things work. Even detail like sealing and making good cement work were meticulous done to a work of art. I had Hormann Sectional door with automation fitted. The site was left clean and the rubbish was taken away. In conclusion, The price was very good, I did shop around and maybe just maybe could have got a cheaper quote. But its extremely doubtful if the workmanship would have shown this extremely very high standard of work. Thank you Fenland Garage Doors Ltd. Garage door fitted after an online call and basic quote, came out did two onsite surveys to check and confirm, letter received given me a firm quote. ( due to brexit/covid I was told approx 8 weeks before fitting ). Courtesy tel call to agree on installation date. Turned up on time. Explained what they were going to do. Removed old pair of garage doors and brick pillar/rubble, ( and removed from site ) and replaced with one electrically operated door . 4 very professional, friendly and polite workers, left the garage and driveway very clean and explained how to operate the doors and handed over all the paperwork. The recent transition of my sad, two door garage into a single smart American style roller remote controlled model, was an opportunity by Fenland to demonstrate what might well have been the immaculate example of a well rehearsed Military exercise. The arrival of a fleet of multi performance vehicles and a crew of five introduced a flurry of activity, as Acrow props were fitted, the old installation demolished, massive RSJ manhandled into place, and the disappearance of every speck of rubble etc. before the new installation commenced. From then on, it was a joy to see the team, now reduced to three, as they complemented each other in almost a ballet of action, as they installed the various sections of the main door and all of the accessories. From arrival at 0915hrs, to the handover, with a full explanation and demo at 1630hrs. Fenland demonstrated an excellent example of what is possible with good leadership backed by committed staff. Oh yes, and the quote was in the middle range of its competitors. Communications with the office, surveyor, and management were without problem and indeed the whole project was a pleasure from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Fenland Garage Doors.

Fenland Garage Doors, booked to attend by phone, told what the fault was most likely to be, told when and how much, they were the best price, they attended and replaced our garage door motor, it did not need the arm so was less than quoted, left in good working order. Very nice people to deal with.

Contacted over email and phone and was advised over the phone on various options. They arranged a site survey without me having to be there and arranged delivery, fitting and removal of the old door. Excellent service and competitive pricing.

Needing new doors for my double garage I set about getting quote’s from a selection of companies. Fenland Garage Doors (Wendy) first supplied what turned out to be a very accurate estimate by email, a full onsite survey answered my questions, provided sage advise as to the best options for our garage and generated a very competitive quote. With order placed and installation date arranged, the fitters arrived on time and set about removing the old doors and installing the new, this was done in a professional and friendly manner. Due to some difficult metalwork on the old frames the installation was going to take longer than anticipated. I was pleased to see the fitters had no intention of rushing the work, but ensured the garage was left secure after day one and arranged for the final cosmetic work to be completed a few days latter. The doors have been in place for a couple of weeks now and we are extremely pleased with the product and installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fenland garage doors to anyone requiring their products.
