I saw Fibrespan at a trade show earlier this year and was taken by their professional approach to flat roofing. I was very interested as my mother was looking to replace her extention roof as it was very old and started to leake. A few days later Philip came over and surveyed the roof. I was expecting to get the hard sell treatment but instead he went away and worked out a very reasonable quote for us. When the fitters had finished we were blown away by the amazing quality of the finish and how professional and helpful the fitters were. We are so glad we chose Fibrespan. We had an extremely positive experience with Philip who, together with his wife, owns Fibrespan. From very first contact Philip was outstandingly proactive in helping us with an urgent replacement of a leaking gully. He is both expert and enthusiastic about his specialty, and completely customer focused. Two small extra items to main roof and French doors requiring temporary repair were included without fuss, on the basis that he was happy to help. When making the French door repair, he conscientiously did not do the work as originally requested because he discovered that it might make the problem worse: an exercise in good sense. The two men who came to do the main work were polite, friendly and on time. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and most importantly left behind a well finished gully that the surveyor who managed the work for us fully approved of. There was a problem with a drain pipe that leaked after replacement, but Philip fixed it using the correct compound, as explained to the surveyor. Philip seems a genuinely honest, enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable tradesman, who provides both a good product and a good service. We are happy to recommend him and will use his services again.
