Over the past three years, we have replaced all our windows using Finesse, the final 3 this year. We have been most satisfied with their service - all aspects are excellent. A couple of trivial problems that occurred some time after an installation, which were dealt with promptly & efficiently.

The surveyor returned several times to make absolutely sure that the measurements were correct, which was very reassuring. The fitters were quick, clean and tidy & professional. The accounts team were also very helpful and efficient & all staff very pleasant.
