We have received excellent customer service from all areas of the Finesse Windows Team. Carl installed our windows and kept us informed throughout, and made sure we were happy with the installation and rectified any issues (these were minor) quickly and professionally. Very happy to recommend Finesse Windows.

Finesse were so helpful from start to finish their workers were all very good at their trades and we are very happy with our build. Communication was easy and they were quick to reply to any questions I had. The price was reasonable and based on other quotes the most competitive.

Many, many years ago Finesse fitted a new front door. The process then was smoothly executed and the quality excellent. 2026 and my key refused to go in the lock. After all this time, could Finesse help?Wasn't hopeful! How wrong I was. Birthday lunch out, and the property not as secure, now that a different route in and out was necessary. A special mention for Ellie, who understood my safety concerns and worked around my lunch plans to arrange for an engineer to come out. I was kept up to date with phone calls too! The Finesse team from start to finish were outstanding: professional, reassuring, accommodating and my door is now operating perfectly. Yes, this may have been a small job, but how reassuring to find genuine customer care and outstanding aftersales, even years on. Thank you so very much!

This installation was a long time in the making. We started the process almost a year ago before we had relocated back to the UK from France where we had lived for more than 25 years. From the outset of our initial enquiry, the first design visit at our new home by Lubi, through the technical modification stage which threw up several challenges, we had an genuine feeling of total professionalism and expertise. Yesterday Jez, Brett and Jacob finished the almost two week installation. Absolutely cracking team, superb finished product and no reservations on our part. Our next project is booked for next Spring and yes, Finesse Windows will be supplying and fitting. Highly recommended company and staff.

We were impressed by knowledgeable salesman and the lack of hard sell when Finesse came to give us a quote. The quote was reasonable and we were invited to the offices for a factory tour to see the units being made and make various choices from a good range of samples. We are really pleased to have supported a local business and know that our units have been made in Birmingham less than 5 miles from our house. The customer service we've had from everyone we've dealt with at Finesse has been second to none. No question has gone un-answered and we were kept informed at every stage. The scaffolding and building contractors turned up when we were told they would, and did a good job. The Finesse installers treated our home with respect and started/finished when they said they would. There were a few snagging items which were dealt with promptly after the main work was finished. We are very happy with the final result and would thoroughly recommend Finesse.

From sales through to completion we were given a 5 star service. Both fitters Chris and Jacob arrived on time and completed the job in the specified time. Our new door and surrounding looks fabulous 🤩

We just wanted to give a quick feedback on a recent problem we add with our patio door. The windows and door were fitted approximately two years ago and we have had no problem whatsoever with them since they were installed. Just recently we had some very unusual hot weather for the time of year and we had difficulty in locking the door. I phoned the company on a bank holiday and left a message on the answering machine and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of feedback we were given. We were immediately offered an emergency call out to resolve this but was able to wait until the following day when l was able to speak to somebody in person. My problem was resolved the very same day with a visit from the installation manager who was extremely helpful and was able to resolve my problem with a minimum of fuss.l was very impressed with the way he dealt with this and would like to thank him and the very helpful person l first spoke to. We took a long time researching on who to use when we had our Windows done and we’re always very impressed with the reviews people who had used Finesse gave us.We have recommended you on several occasions ourselves to people and will continue to do so.

We recently had a front door and window installed, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the beginning, Finesse windows kept in regular contact with us, making it easy to arrange visits and schedule the installation at times that suited us. Special mention to the fitters, Chris and Jacob, who were fantastic throughout. They were friendly, polite and very proffesional. They worked effectively while still taking the time to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. It was clear they took pride in doing the job properly. Once the installation was finished , they left everything clean and tidy, they explained what they had done and how everything works. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and will use them again. We would highly recommend this company.

Cannot fault Finesse Windows. From initial phone contact through to installation - everything handled professionally, in a friendly fashion and all appointments kept on time. The door is superb and was extremely well fitted. Aftercare and followup phone calls and email to check all went well. I would highly recommend Finesse Windows and will certainly use them again if I need any additional replacements
