We're really pleased with the lovely new front door Finesse Windows have installed for us. Brilliant, straight forward service, from the initial enquiry through to installation and aftercare. Each member of staff has been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and communication has been fantastic all the way through. I had two bedroom windows and a patio door replaced and some small repairs on other existing windows. From start to finish I knew I could trust this team. I had a wonderful experience from planning the job, choosing the windows, communication throughout the manufacturing process and spotless work on the installation. The whole team from sales, customer support, survey, engineers have been refreshingly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Brilliant. I’ll be back! Hopefully soon ! Would recommend wholeheartedly.

I appreciated the skill, knowledge and dedication of your team, to seek the best fit for my requirements. Indeed, I was also hugely impressed by the courtesy, and professionalism of all the staff at Finesse whom I met on the day of my visit. The fitters were great, and extremely competent, and left the scene so tidy one would not have known work had been undertaken. So, a big thank you to them too. The result is stunning, and works well with the décor.

Finesse Windows is the best choice I have made for a secure window in my bathroom as an emergency. It is an investment and an added bonus to my home . Each individual from planning ,surveying and installing were promt and delivered a pleasing result on time as scheduled. The staff team at the office were polite and helpful and kept me informed by phone and email which was very assuring . Had new double glazed windows and doors fitted throughout the property by Finesse Windows. An excellent service provided from start to finish with a single point of contact provided throught each stage. Supplied and fitted to the agreed specification and on schedule. What really stood out was how neat and tidy the job was done and how clean the property was left after each day. Would definitely recommend Finesse Windows to friends and family.
