Finesse Windows Limited

So nice to fine a service that is truly excellent from start to finish including follow up service , Excellent/ fabulous windows, very very happy 100%

This was a return visit from Finesse Windows. This time it was replacing five windows and a patio door. As previously, it was a smooth operation from start to finish, carried out by excellent staff, from office ( Jennie, Lindsey ), designer ( Bob ), to installers ( Steve and Nick )and after sale ( Macie ). I cannot praise enough the standard and professionalism of the employees nor the quality of the products. I would recommend highly, and have recommended this company without hesitation.

Just want to say I am very pleased with the work done by Finesse. The two workers who did it were very friendly and professional, and went that extra bit to make sure everything was done correctly Thank you so much, Jordan and Daniel, for all that you did

This is the second occasion we have used Finesse because they are a Trusted Trader. On both occasions, the quality of the product has been of the highest order, as has the fitment. Work carried out to budget with the highest level of attention to detail. Communication with the pre-installation team is first-rate.

We have had 2 new kitchen windows and a new door replaced by Finesse Windows. From start to finish the service was excellent. The designer Mo on his visit was never pushy and so polite. We were well informed and the whole team worked hard and did a great job, very neat and tidy and professional. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again on our next project.

We recently had 10 windows and a French window for Finesse, and are very pleased with the service and quality of the windows. Throughout the process from ordering to installation we were kept informed, and our requests were accommodated. Chris and Chad worked very hard, especially as our old windows weren’t easy to remove. One of the reasons we chose Finesse was the upgraded Shield glass, and this has had made the noise from outside much quieter.

From start to finish, the whole process was efficient and extremely professional. The fitters were friendly and very experienced, and explained everything that they were doing. I had all my windows and 1 patio door replaced with no issue whatsoever in 3 days. They even sorted out a couple of other minor issues, with no qualms whatsoever. Excellent service, and I can fully recommend Finesse. Thank you.

From start to finish, the whole process was efficient, timely, and extremely professional. The fitters were friendly and very experienced. I had 4 windows and 1 bathroom window replaced with no hassle. From the first phone call to the last, they made sure I was happy with everything that had been done. Excellent service, and I can fully recommend Finesse. Thank you.

Another brilliant job from Finesse. This is our second time using Finesse - this time for new bifold doors at the back of the house. From Bob's initial visit to installation, we couldn't be happier with the service that has been provided. Here's why: - Excellent, personable support from Bob at the beginning - Brilliant communication from the team in the build-up to the installation - always happy to answer questions/flex visits where needed - really professional, friendly. experienced fitting team... huge thank you to Chris and Chad who didn't give up with our wonky dimensions on the hottest day of the year!!! We are just so pleased with the doors and 100% recommend this company. Peace of mind throughout and a brilliant product at the end. Thank you so much

Finesse were very professional carrying out my request for a new front door. I had previously used them to renew all my windows and to fit a patio door glazed panel that could accommodate a cat flap. I had to have the front door renewed quickly, for security and medical reasons, and Finesse were excellent, delivering the finished product in half the normal timescale. They gave me confidence that what I wanted could be achieved (changing the way the door opened to create more room) and would look attractive despite my financial constraints. The new door looks lovely and gives me peace of mind as to the security of the house and the longevity of the door function and its materials.

Maisie and Andy have fitted two new lovely windows for me! They arrived, as agreed, on schedule. The windows fitted are at the front of the house on a bedroom and a bathroom in rosewood upvc on the exterior and white on the interior. The job was done within a few hours without any problems. Everything was kept very clean with the stair carpet and landing covered for protection. The bathroom was cleaned afterwards. Thank you! Credit also to our local Finesse showroom who made the process very smooth including Dominic and Ian who did the initial survey and the admin staff for excellent customer service and communication. Would definitely recommend.

We booked finesse to replace a bathroom window and also to remove old patio doors and replace with half brick and big windows (we now have patio doors elsewhere downstairs). They were efficient, friendly, transparent, non pushy at all stages. Workmen were really decent guys, cleared up after themselves, kept us well informed throughout and completed a high quality job. Totally recommend them

I had two new windows and a door fitted by finesse windows. They turned up on time and were professional and worked as cleanly as possible. The fitter Jez was fantastic. I was comfortable with them in my home. I’d use them again Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

I had a new bay window installed. The salesman and surveyor ensured that the design was in keeping with the character of a victorian terrace. The workmen who installed the window were great, very helpful, skilled and professional. Aftercare was very good and the whole process was stress free. A very positive experience.

This is not the first time that we have used Finesse Windows, who are a local company to us. We had no hesitation returning to them because we have always found them, their products and the installation teams to be excellent from start to finish; We have had windows installed by other companies but we have found Finesse to be superior in all respects, including quality, after sales service and the provision of a personal service; This time was no different; everything went smoothly, from the first enquiry to the initial survey via liaison with front desk and sales personnel; The two installers were efficient, finishing the work quicker than expected and the room was left clean and tidy I would thoroughly recommend Finesse as a company

Supplied and fitted a new external glazed door and frame. Brought forward the delivery estimate by several weeks to help with our proposed holiday dates. Delivered and fitted on the date agreed (?!). Fitted in less time than originally allowed for. The installation team arrived when promised, they were clean workers, and good communicators. They weren't the cheapest, but they were by far the best I have come across. I may even have to revise my view of glazing companies.

This company cannot be faulted from start to finish including all the office staff and Steve and Nick, the fitters.

From start to finish, outstanding service. Clear and concise details of what would happen. No pushy sales pitch. Cheaper than another quote. Fast service, kept fully informed of progress. Workmen were excellent, fast and efficient and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Finesse have replaced all the exterior doors and windows in our home and we are very pleased with the result. At all times the team at Finesse are happy to answer questions and always provide a good and helpful service. The window fitters worked hard and well together and tidied up after each step of the process. Many thanks for our new windows.

This is the second time we’ve used Finesse for a new front door (we moved house), and both times the planning service, product, fitting and aftercare (so far) have been excellent. I can’t recommend them enough. My mum has also used them for windows and them at was also an excellent job.

You can’t fault the Finesse team all the way through from the sales rep that originally came to the house, the fitters and the extremely attentive customer support throughout the process providing updates all the way! Amazing service from start to finish and a beautiful product! Great to be able to visit the showroom and see the manufacturing process with people making windows in the UK.

From getting the quote to the completion of the works, everything went smoothly. All my questions were answered, from the style of windows that would suit my house, to the locks. I was invited to the showroom, to check the factory and select my bathroom window designs - everyone I met was very helpful. We set a date for the installation and they arrived on time, and were needed appropriate covering was used and all rubbish was taken away and the area left clear of any rubbish. We are very happy with the service and the products that Finesse Windows provided and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had 3 small windows and four very large windows fitted in communal lobbies in my apartment complex. The work was completed as per the quote, despite having to delay the start of work due to the tardiness of the management company in paying the deposit. Work was finished as scheduled, with the scaffolding removed two days ahead of schedule. Communication was regular, comprehensive and efficient. The scaffolders and the fitters were a pleasure to have on site, and left everything clean and tidy. We used Finesse three years ago to replace all windows in 21 apartments, and could not have asked for better service. We were worried about planning permission, but Design Team Manager Wayne Martin worked his socks off to help us with the planning application, which was successful, and we were delighted with the end result. I can highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. The ordering and installation proceeded efficiently with everything completed as promised. The service and product could not be bettered. We have been using Finesse for over 30 years now and their service continues to impress.

Steve and Nick worked very hard, everything was done neatly and they cleared away all the rubbish as they went and left nothing messy when they finished the job
