I commenced the process by obtaining three quotations and followed up each quotation with a survey. It was clear that Finesse Windows were on the ball and very efficient during the initial stage and I had no hesitation in booking their services. The fitters were outstanding, respect for property, keeping me informed, attention to detail and customer service, an excellent experience start to finish. I would highly recommend.

The customer service and quality of work end to end, service provided has been of an excellent standard. The initial quote and subsequent discussions face to face and over the phone have been informed, open and transparent. From start to finish, Finesse couldn't do enough for us. Our house seemed to have unlevel sills due to settling, but the fitters did an excellent job adjusting the windows to fit correctly with a professional and superb finish. Would recommend to anyone.

I had been meaning to get this window replaced for a long time. From first contact with Finesse it was a few weeks only before a new window was fitted. It took half a day and was a completely painless procedure. New window is excellent.
