Maisie and Andy have fitted two new lovely windows for me! They arrived, as agreed, on schedule. The windows fitted are at the front of the house on a bedroom and a bathroom in rosewood upvc on the exterior and white on the interior. The job was done within a few hours without any problems. Everything was kept very clean with the stair carpet and landing covered for protection. The bathroom was cleaned afterwards. Thank you! Credit also to our local Finesse showroom who made the process very smooth including Dominic and Ian who did the initial survey and the admin staff for excellent customer service and communication. Would definitely recommend.

We booked finesse to replace a bathroom window and also to remove old patio doors and replace with half brick and big windows (we now have patio doors elsewhere downstairs). They were efficient, friendly, transparent, non pushy at all stages. Workmen were really decent guys, cleared up after themselves, kept us well informed throughout and completed a high quality job. I had two new windows and a door fitted by finesse windows. They turned up on time and were professional and worked as cleanly as possible. The fitter Jez was fantastic. I was comfortable with them in my home. I’d use them again Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

I had a new bay window installed. The salesman and surveyor ensured that the design was in keeping with the character of a victorian terrace. The workmen who installed the window were great, very helpful, skilled and professional. Aftercare was very good and the whole process was stress free. A very positive experience.

This is not the first time that we have used Finesse Windows, who are a local company to us. We had no hesitation returning to them because we have always found them, their products and the installation teams to be excellent from start to finish; We have had windows installed by other companies but we have found Finesse to be superior in all respects, including quality, after sales service and the provision of a personal service; This time was no different; everything went smoothly, from the first enquiry to the initial survey via liaison with front desk and sales personnel; The two installers were efficient, finishing the work quicker than expected and the room was left clean and tidy I would thoroughly recommend Finesse as a company

Supplied and fitted a new external glazed door and frame. Brought forward the delivery estimate by several weeks to help with our proposed holiday dates. Delivered and fitted on the date agreed (?!). Fitted in less time than originally allowed for. The installation team arrived when promised, they were clean workers, and good communicators. They weren't the cheapest, but they were by far the best I have come across. I may even have to revise my view of glazing companies.

This company cannot be faulted from start to finish including all the office staff and Steve and Nick, the fitters.

Finesse have replaced all the exterior doors and windows in our home and we are very pleased with the result. At all times the team at Finesse are happy to answer questions and always provide a good and helpful service. This is the second time we’ve used Finesse for a new front door (we moved house), and both times the planning service, product, fitting and aftercare (so far) have been excellent. I can’t recommend them enough. My mum has also used them for windows and them at was also an excellent job.

You can’t fault the Finesse team all the way through from the sales rep that originally came to the house, the fitters and the extremely attentive customer support throughout the process providing updates all the way! Amazing service from start to finish and a beautiful product! Great to be able to visit the showroom and see the manufacturing process with people making windows in the UK.

From getting the quote to the completion of the works, everything went smoothly. All my questions were answered, from the style of windows that would suit my house, to the locks. I was invited to the showroom, to check the factory and select my bathroom window designs - everyone I met was very helpful. We set a date for the installation and they arrived on time, and were needed appropriate covering was used and all rubbish was taken away and the area left clear of any rubbish. We are very happy with the service and the products that Finesse Windows provided and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had 3 small windows and four very large windows fitted in communal lobbies in my apartment complex. The work was completed as per the quote, despite having to delay the start of work due to the tardiness of the management company in paying the deposit. Work was finished as scheduled, with the scaffolding removed two days ahead of schedule. Communication was regular, comprehensive and efficient. The scaffolders and the fitters were a pleasure to have on site, and left everything clean and tidy. We used Finesse three years ago to replace all windows in 21 apartments, and could not have asked for better service. We were worried about planning permission, but Design Team Manager Wayne Martin worked his socks off to help us with the planning application, which was successful, and we were delighted with the end result. I can highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. The ordering and installation proceeded efficiently with everything completed as promised. The service and product could not be bettered. We have been using Finesse for over 30 years now and their service continues to impress.

Our old double-glazed porch of over 30 years needed replacing. As Finesse windows is local to us we decided to get some details from them. Following a phone call, they sent along their designer who went through the design and budget with us. After deciding to go forward with Finesse Windows we were given the obligatory 14 days to change our mind if we wanted to. We paid 50% of the total as a deposit and were given a rough estimate of delivery time. The communication that followed was excellent including paperwork. After a wait of 5 weeks, we were given an installation date and told it was flexible if it was not suitable. The fitters turned up bang on time on the agreed date and did a great job of removing the old porch and replacing with the new one. All rubbish was removed and the site was left clean. Overall, it was a great job and we are very pleased we went with Finesse. We left this review for a few weeks to see if any problems occurred, none have. Would definitely use Finesse again and recommend.

Finesse Windows were great from start to finish. The very knowledgeable salesperson took us through all the options. We actually had maybe 5 options priced for the whole house, front only, back in different styles and with/without bifold doors, and also a new front door. All quotes were emailed in writing with dimensions and details. In the end, we took advantage of the "bulk" discount by buying all windows and doors at the same time. The surveyor was excellent using a ladder to measure each window from the outside. The value of this was reflected in the perfect fit of the windows. We asked for the earliest installation date possible (we were doing a house referb) and we achieved an very quick manufacture and installation date. The guys fitting the windows were great and there were a few visits by senior supervisors to ensure all was progressing well. The install and after-sales people have been great (extra set ok keys etc, and snagging team). Very impressed and I would say I am very demanding. All sounds too good to be true, but actually, there are some businesses around who really do deliver - Finesse are one of them. Well done them!

Excellent work by Finesse as usual. From the beginning of the enquiry until the completed work the company kept in touch to make sure that the work is completed to schedule and efficiently. I live in an old property with a bay window and the original window with stained glass was deteriorated beyond repair. I'm so glad I used Finesse to design and install a replace the bay window. I wanted a very specific design which was sympathetic to the original window, but still reasonably affordable (timber options were put of my price range). Finesse designed and delivered exactly what I wanted and the stained glass is stunning. I'd definitely recommend them, especially to anyone like myself with a period property which needs modernisation, but you wish to retain the character. The service from the design, installation and aftercare was faultless. I am a very satisfied customer and will likely use Finesse again when we upgrade other windows in the property.
