Had new double glazed windows and doors fitted throughout the property by Finesse Windows. An excellent service provided from start to finish with a single point of contact provided throught each stage. Supplied and fitted to the agreed specification and on schedule. What really stood out was how neat and tidy the job was done and how clean the property was left after each day. Would definitely recommend Finesse Windows to friends and family.

I am really happy with Finesse Windows. Their materials are top-notch, and they keep you updated all the time through calls and emails. It's hard to find this kind of service these days. The people who came to fit the windows were on time and did their job really well. This company is great at what they do, and I will definitely use them again for my future projects.

Having our windows and doors fitted by Finesse was definitely the right decision for us. The company supplied and fitted new windows and doors throughout our home and competed the job within the timescale provided. From the initial visit through to the completion of the job the level of communication was wonderful. After carefully considering different window and door companies finesse stood above the rest on all counts. Visiting their showroom in Kingsnorton was outstanding after starting the process with Mark the manager. Quality products stood out and the price outstanding. Payment schedule in place if needed, everything is covered. Insulation date was agreed and the process from then on was brilliant. Their is a first point of contact, who get in touch. Insulation was fitted by DAVEand MIKE. really nice people, any questions they were happy to answer, their work ethics is brilliant. The process, the product to the fitting and after care brilliant. 10 Yr guarantee and also cover on the keys. This firm also has a service department, well impressed. Overall I would recommend this trader to anyone who is interested in having windows and doors . Well done finesse.

My house was fully refurbished in 2016 with all windows and doors fitted by Finesse. I had a couple of service calls over the last 7 years with the last one being a couple of days ago. I was amazed to be contacted half an hour after I sent my email with the service call arranged later that day to adjust my front door hinges. What an outstanding service!

An absolutely marvellous job replacing all our windows and doors. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent - our home is now draught free and there is a noticeable difference in how warm the house keeps. Not only that, the new windows and doors look really great. The job was completed on schedule and on time and to the accepted quotation. We were very impressed with the service throughout. Bob spent a lot of time with us going through our options for the quotation. His advice was invaluable. Throughout the process, we have been kept fully informed and advised by the very helpful Customer Service Team. The installation team were terrific - they worked really hard, were very courteous and they cleared away all the dust etc as they went along. So our anticipated two days of clearing up were superfluous! We thoroughly recommend this company. A great product, great service, and really nice people.

From start of project through to completion we were kept fully informed and contacted on a regular basis by those in the know at each stage of the windows and doors replacement. This meant that we never felt isolated and as a result we were confident that the finished product would be delightful, and so it was. We really appreciated the efforts of those within the business in manufacturing- order processing - management- customer facing- fitting and final sign off 👍

The team at Finesse Windows could not have been more helpful. From initial enquiry which was by a unique video consultation, then designer visit and then invitation into showroom, we have been fully advised right through the process. Finesse were able to suggest a stylist solution to increase our outdoor living and entertainment space challenge with their new product range - the team couldn't have been more helpful all the way through to the post installation courtesy visit. The new Veranda product met our every wish, stylist and modern at an amazing price. The fitting team kept us informed all the way through the process and were tidy and polite and the finished job is simply stunning. I would highly recommend speaking to Finesse Windows if you are thinking of replacing your Windows, Doors or Conservatory.

We had a new sliding patio door fitted. Everything was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. Initially a chap named Mo visited us to measure up, explain the process and then sent us the quote. Following this, we had telephone calls from Lindsey and Jennie; client relationship coordinators, who explained the next steps. All three were very efficient and helpful. Then a surveyor visited us to check all was OK. On the day of fitting Dave and Mike were assigned to us; everything was done to a very high standard, and the site was left clean and tidy upon completion. Following this we received a telephone call to check we were happy with everything; which we were. I must say that in these days of encountering shoddy customer service from so many enterprises, often 'done' be a robot, that it was extremely refreshing and satisfying to receive such wonderful genuinely caring personal service from Finesse! We will definitely use them again in future.

Couldn’t be anymore pleased with Finesse Windows and the team that came to do our windows. Really great, lovely team that came to do it. . Very professional and their work is first class. Attention to detail is brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. So very happy and the company and team. Definitely recommend them.

We had brilliant service from the beginning when we had 7 new windows fitted, one of which was a large bay. We also opted to have the roof line replaced which Steve carried out carefully and to time. Communication throughout, led mostly by Lindsey was excellent as was the work from Mo, the planner, Ian (?) the surveyor and Chris and Chad the fitters. The team work well together and are obviously very proud of what they do. The windows are of a high quality and look fabulous; Chris and Chad deserve a medal for their craftsmanship on the bay window which wasn't quite as straight forward as first thought. The attention to detail from all members of staff involved in the project was outstanding and can be seen in the impressive results, giving real value for money. I've never written such a glowing review of a company before and it is a pleasure to do so.

I can highly recommend FINESSE Windows from start to finish they did all we asked for.We had replaced windows in our Bungalow a front porch door with side panels all glazed to match the windows . It looks really amazing we are very happy with everything.The workmen we’re very polite hard working & cleaned up any mess they made.I can honestly say the only time these men stopped working was when they had there lunch which was all of 20 minutes.Mr Bob Tooth who came out to see us to tell us all about Finesse Windows was not pushy at all.He was very obliging a proper gentleman who let us take our time to consider & to decide what we wanted.IF your thinking of having replacement windows or doors give Finesse a ring you won’t be disappointed.I mustn’t forget you get a 10 year warranty as well. I give Finesse 10 out of 10 . They started & finished the job as was agreed .We paid the agreed amount as was first stated .

Finesse doors and windows provide first-class service and products. From my first phone call which was to arrange for front doors to be supplied and fitted to adjusting hinges and any other problems the company has provided brilliant service even on a Sunday. We have just had 3 new windows and will need another 3 in the next 24 months, and we’ll definitely be using Finesse again. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We took ages to decide and they remained patient with us, giving no hard sell at any point. The fitters did a great job, really pleasant leaving left the house clean when they left. They then dropped a few thank you gifts over the week after. Never I have known a company do that before. One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Excellent service and communication second to none from planning to execution of the contract. New front door, six front windows and a bifolding door in the dining room. Superb quality of the product noted. I was worried about possible damage to the two tiled bathrooms which proved to be unwarranted as the workmanship of the fitters was excellent. Credit to Bob for the planning, Ian for the assessment, and truly great work by the fitters, Chris and Chad, not forgetting to mention supervisor Raymond. The quality product and workmanship resulted in my wife and I will be ordering a second bifolding door which is now in the planning stage. The company provides a wonderful customer experience.

We were very pleased with the professionalism that your company as showed from start to finish. The completed French door was superb and it really does change the effect of our outside porch. We have had the windows patio doors and porch fitted for our house and from the initial enquiry call to the completion of the work the communication and the service was exceptional. Cameron & Dillon who were the fitters were absolutely amazing, they were professional, extremely thorough in all the finer details, nothing was rushed and everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The finish of the work is like they were working on their own home which is very rare with renovation workmen. We seriously cannot praise them enough, really lovely friendly lads. The quality of the windows and patio doors from finesse is absolutely brilliant and through fitting we have had many compliments from neighbours on how amazing the completion of the work is. We had a few minor issues which were resolved immediately without any fuss. Finesse sent quality people to visit whilst work was been carried out and not at one point was anything picked out as not good enough. The staff at the office were informative through whole process from start to finish. Absolutely outstanding and extremely happy with everything they have done Would 100% recommend finesse. We are looking to get a conservatory next and without a doubt will not go anywhere else for this to be completed.
