I'd used Finesse a long time back and have to be honest i had completely forgot about them when i needed a custom sized replacement door for my garage. I had rang around other door companies before i remembered i had used them in the past. From the initial conversation to the sales representative coming out to discuss my requirements to the installation of the door, i have to say i am really pleased with the results. The brick work wasn't great but they have used a PVC fascia which has dramatically improved the appearance of the brick work. I am over the moon with the results and feel it was worth every penny. Many Thanks to all the team at Finesse, i would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to carry out home improvements.

We are delighted with our new windows. They look so lovely and are very high quality - sturdy and substantial. We have been really happy with all aspects of customer service. Everyone turned up when they said they would, were flexible with dates to accommodate us and were friendly and professional - designer, surveyor, scaffolders, fitters. The fitting was amazing - not even any touching up required around the new windows. There is a really small problem with one of the panes of glass (some marks that won't come off) but we phoned Finesse and they are replacing with it without any fuss - excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone at Finesse - we are very happy customers and I smile every time I look at my new windows.

I had used this company before and didn't hesitate to go back to them when I needed three very old UVPC windows replacing which had not originally been installed by them. That was only because I hadn't heard of them then. I would use them every time and highly recommend them to others for their customer relations and their efficiency. I was stunned by the speed the work was carried out. I had a preliminary visit from a really friendly designer who had remembered me from the last job that had been carried out and in two weeks the job had been completed to my satisfaction! Everybody I dealt with was polite, friendly, prompt and efficient. The workmanship of the installers appears to have been excellent and I find it incredible that they can just pop out old windows and insert new ones without any need for me to do any touching up or redecorating after they have been.

Finesse are a company that provide a totally customer-focused service using only the highest quality products. They have just completed a conservatory refurbishment, fitted new guttering and soffits, installed a bespoke porch, replaced two patio doors and new garage doors at our property. Each job has been completed to a very high standard in a timely and efficient manner. These days its refreshing to find a company that actually takes pride in the work that they do and stand behind their promises with a 10-year guarantee. As with all large jobs, sometimes things don't always go quite as expected but Finesse went out of their way to make sure that these were sorted without any headaches for me and my family. They also tidied up after each job very thoroughly. The personal touch is what sets this company apart from others. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Special shout out to all of the lads who helped on the various jobs - Ray, Matt, Darren, Kent, Jez, Will, Nigel and Ian. I have no hesitiation in recommending this highly professional company and I am now saving up the pennies to have them back again next year to do some more work for us. Great work guys - thanks.

Having already had a front door off finesse, being extremely pleased I had no hesitation to have them replace the orangery roof in the kitchen. The old roof which had been fitted by an other company was leaking, and I was at my wits end trying to get it fixed. When I asked finesse if they would mind having a look they did so and informed me of the problem, they did try to help to fix it without having to have a total replacement (which shows what an honest and great company they are), however a full roof was needed. From start to finish the professionalism was second to none, all the staff from sales to fitting , reception and the factory guys are just so friendly and their knowledge is amazing. My new roof is now on, the mess the previous people made has been rectified and i can tell the difference straight away. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

We recently had to adapt our bathroom into a wet room for our severely disabled daughter. Finesse were recommended by a friend and from start to finish their professionalism, project management and care was impeccable. We had a new bathroom window from Finesse, which has helped to transform the bathroom to help suit our daughters needs. The project was completed very quickly and with minimal disruption. During the project, I spoke with different members of the Finesse team who were able to respond to our questions immediately and helped to reassure me that the project would not impact on our daughters routine. We are more than pleased with the quality of our new window and the follow up aftercare and cannot thank the team enough for their consideration throughout the project. Finesse replaced a rotten timber framed window and door at the rear of our house with a lovely UPVC-framed fitting. Communication was clear, the surveyor was knowledgeable and helpful and we were offered a choice of styles. The job was completed quickly. The fitters were polite, tidy and did a fantastic job. The new door has enhanced our house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Finesse.

Finesse Windows have been amazing to deal with from start to finish. We have a property built in 1880 that had beautiful original window designs but they were cracked, painted shut, had secondary glazing and it was time to get them all looking good and working again. My only stipulation was to replicate the original windows and Finesse did a fantastic job - we have had so many compliments about the finished installation. After living with the windows for a few weeks we realised one was sticking slightly when we opened it and the furniture on another was white instead of black. When I contacted Finesse they got me booked in right away and everything was sorted out impeccably. All the staff we have dealt with have been very professional and what could have been quite a disruptive experience within the house has actually been a pleasure. Thank you Finesse!

Came to fit bathroom window on 11/4/19. Wrong measurements had been taken! Once frame had been re-made it was fitted on 18/4/19. This time one of the glass units had been damaged. I called Finesse and spoke to someone to complain that this was not going well. He apologised but basically said there was nothing he could do. Again we had to wait in on 30/4/19 for the new unit to be fitted. We received no formal apology, and after being good customers of Finesse for 15 years we expected better. No attempt has been made to make us feel better about this and I am furious at having to wait in on four separate occasions when twice should have sufficed (once for measuring and once for fitting). We hoped we would receive either a letter or even a small discount by way of apology, but nothing was forthcoming, just a statement to be paid. It was a catalogue of errors that Finesse do not care about making us feel better about. We will never use them again!

I actually enjoyed the two whole days (plus half of a third day) I felt I could go in and out of my house while the boys were working. The attitude of the office staff was also friendly and efficient. The boys made a good job of clearing up. One aspect I thought slightly unreasonable was the necessity to pay extra (the firm did reduce the cost for me) for someone to replace my blinds. Had this been included in the original cost I probably wouldn't even have thought about it!

All our double glazing and soffits have been replaced by Finesse, we choose this company, you request a quote and there is no pressure to carry out the work until you are ready, fitting was done within three weeks of order being placed. From the first call I made to make the enquiry and arrange for someone to call and give me a quote (Ray), the surveyor coming to make the final appraisal and then the fitting team, everyone was absolutely professional and gave an air of expertise, never keeping me waiting. I was only having one window replaced but was treated as a valued customer. The fitting team, three people led by Michael, far exceeded what I was expecting by the work they produced. There was no mess, everything moved out of the way and the carpet was covered. The old window removed and the surround cleared and tidied before the new one fitted. The result it excellent, I couldn't have wished for more. I have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again for my other windows and doors.
