We recently had French doors fitted to our kitchen by Finesse Windows. When we asked for a quote there was no hard sell. We choose them on a recommendation and weren't disappointed. 2 fitters came out at around 9am and were all finished by lunch time. All debris and old door/windows removed and taken away. They even vacuumed the kitchen. Very professional team. Good quality materials and a great addition to our property. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would strongly recommend Finesse to anyone. They even followed up the day after with a courtesy call/inspection and presented us with a bottle of wine.

We chose Finesse because of their excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed. The products are of a very high quality and have a superb finish. The fitters are extremely professional and did a fantastic job. A special recognition for Jez (Nathan) and Will who worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was done to a high standard. They were friendly and respectful throughout which really made us feel at ease. As it was quite a big job and we ran into a few issues, it did end up running a couple of days over the timeline that was anticipated. However it was worthwhile to get the right finish and we are overall very happy with the result. I would recommend this company.

On visiting the showroom, Bob was super helpful at identifying the right product for me. There was no pressure, just facts on what was available and the features. Next was a home visit to measure up and confirm the order. Customer service regularly contacted by post/email to update me on progress and book the fitting of my new door. The fitters were very clean and tidy, and installed the door, which looks fabulous. Friendly guy, who talked me through the lock and how to care for the door. I'd only use Finesse Windows now, too many sharks out there, but I trust Finesse.

There was a misunderstanding about removing a piece of skirting board in order to fit the door. However, someone came to check on the work a few days after it was fitted so we queried this. No quibbling, he just said it would be solved and around a fortnight later he returned and did just that. Impressed and pleased with product now.
