After carefully considering different window and door companies finesse stood above the rest on all counts. Visiting their showroom in Kingsnorton was outstanding after starting the process with Mark the manager. Quality products stood out and the price outstanding. Payment schedule in place if needed, everything is covered. Insulation date was agreed and the process from then on was brilliant. Their is a first point of contact, who get in touch. Insulation was fitted by DAVEand MIKE. really nice people, any questions they were happy to answer, their work ethics is brilliant. My house was fully refurbished in 2016 with all windows and doors fitted by Finesse. I had a couple of service calls over the last 7 years with the last one being a couple of days ago. I was amazed to be contacted half an hour after I sent my email with the service call arranged later that day to adjust my front door hinges. What an outstanding service!

An absolutely marvellous job replacing all our windows and doors. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent - our home is now draught free and there is a noticeable difference in how warm the house keeps. Not only that, the new windows and doors look really great. The job was completed on schedule and on time and to the accepted quotation. We were very impressed with the service throughout. Bob spent a lot of time with us going through our options for the quotation. His advice was invaluable. Throughout the process, we have been kept fully informed and advised by the very helpful Customer Service Team. The installation team were terrific - they worked really hard, were very courteous and they cleared away all the dust etc as they went along. From start of project through to completion we were kept fully informed and contacted on a regular basis by those in the know at each stage of the windows and doors replacement. This meant that we never felt isolated and as a result we were confident that the finished product would be delightful, and so it was. From initial enquiry which was by a unique video consultation, then designer visit and then invitation into showroom, we have been fully advised right through the process. Finesse were able to suggest a stylist solution to increase our outdoor living and entertainment space challenge with their new product range - the team couldn't have been more helpful all the way through to the post installation courtesy visit. The new Veranda product met our every wish, stylist and modern at an amazing price. The fitting team kept us informed all the way through the process and were tidy and polite and the finished job is simply stunning. We had a new sliding patio door fitted. Everything was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. Initially a chap named Mo visited us to measure up, explain the process and then sent us the quote. Following this, we had telephone calls from Lindsey and Jennie; client relationship coordinators, who explained the next steps. All three were very efficient and helpful. Then a surveyor visited us to check all was OK. On the day of fitting Dave and Mike were assigned to us; everything was done to a very high standard, and the site was left clean and tidy upon completion. Following this we received a telephone call to check we were happy with everything; which we were. I must say that in these days of encountering shoddy customer service from so many enterprises, often 'done' be a robot, that it was extremely refreshing and satisfying to receive such wonderful genuinely caring personal service from Finesse! We will definitely use them again in future.

We had brilliant service from the beginning when we had 7 new windows fitted, one of which was a large bay. We also opted to have the roof line replaced which Steve carried out carefully and to time. Communication throughout, led mostly by Lindsey was excellent as was the work from Mo, the planner, Ian (?) the surveyor and Chris and Chad the fitters. The team work well together and are obviously very proud of what they do. The windows are of a high quality and look fabulous; Chris and Chad deserve a medal for their craftsmanship on the bay window which wasn't quite as straight forward as first thought. The attention to detail from all members of staff involved in the project was outstanding and can be seen in the impressive results, giving real value for money. I've never written such a glowing review of a company before and it is a pleasure to do so.

I can highly recommend FINESSE Windows from start to finish they did all we asked for.We had replaced windows in our Bungalow a front porch door with side panels all glazed to match the windows . It looks really amazing we are very happy with everything.The workmen we’re very polite hard working & cleaned up any mess they made.I can honestly say the only time these men stopped working was when they had there lunch which was all of 20 minutes.Mr Bob Tooth who came out to see us to tell us all about Finesse Windows was not pushy at all.He was very obliging a proper gentleman who let us take our time to consider & to decide what we wanted.IF your thinking of having replacement windows or doors give Finesse a ring you won’t be disappointed.I mustn’t forget you get a 10 year warranty as well. We have just had 3 new windows and will need another 3 in the next 24 months, and we’ll definitely be using Finesse again. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We took ages to decide and they remained patient with us, giving no hard sell at any point. The fitters did a great job, really pleasant leaving left the house clean when they left. They then dropped a few thank you gifts over the week after. Never I have known a company do that before. One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Excellent service and communication second to none from planning to execution of the contract. New front door, six front windows and a bifolding door in the dining room. Superb quality of the product noted. I was worried about possible damage to the two tiled bathrooms which proved to be unwarranted as the workmanship of the fitters was excellent. Credit to Bob for the planning, Ian for the assessment, and truly great work by the fitters, Chris and Chad, not forgetting to mention supervisor Raymond. The quality product and workmanship resulted in my wife and I will be ordering a second bifolding door which is now in the planning stage. The company provides a wonderful customer experience.

We have had the windows patio doors and porch fitted for our house and from the initial enquiry call to the completion of the work the communication and the service was exceptional. Cameron & Dillon who were the fitters were absolutely amazing, they were professional, extremely thorough in all the finer details, nothing was rushed and everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The finish of the work is like they were working on their own home which is very rare with renovation workmen. We seriously cannot praise them enough, really lovely friendly lads. We had a few minor issues which were resolved immediately without any fuss. I used finesse to install two sets of French windows. Superb service throughout from initial contact to after care. Thorough surveyor. Quick and efficient installation. Skilled and experienced fitter who was able to deal with unexpected issues arising. When I needed some hinge adjustments made in an emergency a fitter came out within the hour on bank holiday Sunday. Amazing service.

We have been trying to find supply and fit of a new composite back door for months. Had 3 quotes and all fell through as certain stages. Was recommended Finesse Windows and what a breath of fresh air to deal with. From the initial quote, right up to the after service, everything went perfectly. Regular calls to let us know where we were in the process, booked in for fitting and arrived on time, great installation and even had a visit after the install to drop off cleaning products and a bottle of wine. If all companies worked to this ethos the world would be a much happier place, Bravo Finesse.

During the coldest week in January, Finesse Windows replaced 2 big bay windows plus the bay barrel, and also a bedroom window at the back over a sloping roof that required scaffolding. The fitting team led by Jez, supported by Jamie and Will, did an excellent job and worked non-stop in the most awful weather, completing the job in 5 days as promised. They were polite and professional with great interpersonal skills, clearing up each evening and always arriving on time, even in the snow! In fact, all the people involved were a pleasure to deal with and a great credit to Finesse Windows. I am very pleased with the end result which is of the highest quality and looks very good indeed and will certainly use the company again, and happy to recommend them to anyone who wants first-class work done on their home.

From start to finish, the service and professionalism were first-class. A couple of minor issues needed to be rectified and these were carried out within two days of the porch being completed. We also had visits from an inspector and customer services to make sure that we were happy with the installation. Finesse Windows were very professional right through the contract, from quote to installation, they were in keeping with all time schedules. The patio supplied is very high spec and the fitter Lee did a superb job very clean tidy and fast installation. We are delighted with our new door.

Have used Finesse before so knew what to expect - very professional fitting team, top quality products and a company you can rely on. Would not hesitate to recommend them for windows, doors and patio doors. Work carried out on time and all old windows and door removed, place left clean and tidy.

We have just had a new Patio door and some new window panes installed. Paul who came round to see what was needed and prepare the quote was helpful giving good advice, not at all pushy and didn't try to upsell anything. We have diagonal leaded glass units, many of which had lost their seal with condensation inside. I was looking to simply get the blown panes replaced but also wondered about replacing the whole windows. Pauls’ advice was to just replace the glass. The quote was prepared quickly and questions answered promptly. Ordering to installation took quite a long time but that was OK as we were warned that this would be the case early on and prior to signing any contracts They did need to resend someone to do the measurements for the leading on the windows as this was complex and they wanted to make sure the match would be OK. In fact, the match achieved was excellent. On the day (which was horrible and raining cats and dogs) the installers did a great job and kept everything clean and tidy. Price was very competitive on the patio door and we though the glass replacement was very reasonable. We would certainly use them again.

Straightforward to deal with. Read a lot of reviews and word of mouth which turned out to be justified. The company was easy to deal with listened and suggested options. The price quoted was prompt, and was the price paid after a full survey. The price was actually reasonable. They don't hassle you with calls or pressure. Quoted an approx. delivery date and then an actual delivery date and time. Arrived as stated and completed the work in the stated time. The products are good quality as is the fitting and standard of finish. Would not consider anybody else for windows, doors, conservatories etc. After 30 years I got around to having the windows replaced and am glad I used Finesse.

Finesse Windows have been absolutely superb from initial quote enquiry through to completion of work. They are extremely professional, keeping the customer informed throughout the stages from quote to when installation will be, and the quality of windows is excellent. Trader award, given they are a small family run business, and obviously customer service, and quality is so important to them, which is evident from the service they provide. An excellent experience throughout from the initial contact with the company to the completed project. The sales team were not pushy and gave me an excellent quote. I was kept up to date throughout the process from Finesse on the installation date. The installation team worked well and respected my property. They were able to remove the lower wall without creating a lot of mess and installed the door with great expertise. The plastering work was outstanding with the highest of quality finishing I have seen from any plaster works. Overall, I am very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to use the company again.

We had a new front bay window, door and internal window fitted by Finesse. Very happy with all aspects of the work from the sales through to installation. The guys doing the fitting did an excellent and tidy job. Great aftercare service too, checking in and missing window keys sent out straight away. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I will give recommendations when it's deserved, and I have to say Finesse did a great job. We had eight stained glass panes encapsulated, principally to warm the house but we wanted to retain the character you only get from aged stained glass. I was concerned this might be lost in the move from old wooden frames to UPVC, but am extremely pleased how they turned out. They fitted the UPVc frames when they removed the Stained Glass, so we benefitted from a warmer/quieter house immediately. Ok, there were some things that didn't go to plan as part of the install, and to be fair to Finesse they pointed out some of these challenges up front, e.g. getting the wooden frames out. They handled the issues with professionalism and courtesy, the quality of the finish is excellent. It is a specialist job and they had the skills, experience and skilled staff. The pricing at their own admission is higher than other companies, however I don't think I would have got the same level of service from others, and indeed having used a variety of other Window companies these are by far the best. Highly recommended and will use them again for sure!

Finesse replaced my sitting room window. I have used the company before to install new doors and they have always been prompt and done good work. I needed to replace a large window and as a previous customer, Finesse had emailed me about a forthcoming price increase, but if an order was placed by a certain date, this increase could be avoided. I visited the showroom and after the window was measured, a price was given, contract issued, and I was given a contact at the showroom. Work was carried out on schedule, vey efficient and debris was cleared up afterwards. Information was provided about operating and cleaning, and later on I was sent a BFRC Energy Rating Certificate. A few weeks later Finesse dropped off a spray cleaner for the window and a bottle of wine - a nice touch! I will definitely use them again!

Discovering my smart, fairly new front door would not lock, early on a Sunday morning, I telephoned Finesse. By ten thirty, a skilled technician had appeared and made the necessary adjustments. He gave helpful advice for future maintenance. A superb response - and a quick end to my sense of panic.

We have used Finesse before and were happy to go back to them. This time we were having two front bedroom windows fitted and were a bit concerned that our fairly recent work to redecorate and carpet our bedroom would be ruined as the old frames looked difficult to remove. But on the day, Dave and Mike, the fitters, were fantastic. They were a delight to have around and listened carefully to our concerns. They understood exactly and worked around the problems to leave our wallpaper, paint and carpet in perfect condition. They were willing to work into early evening on a Friday to get it all finished. This is not the first time we have used Finesse Windows, in fact, we have used the firm several times over the years. Recently we needed our Patio Door replacing due to old age. From our initial enquiry, right through to installation and aftercare, we could not have been happier with the end-to-end service delivered by all at Finesse. Our salesperson, Tony, took the time to deliver all of our available options. In addition, his sales process was very focused on our needs and came without any form of pressure. Throughout, Tony made sure that we were happy with design, installation and cost. Once our order was placed, we received regular as well as informative updates on progress. As a result of pressures on the supply chain, we were advised that we would have to wait. However, all at Finesse were upfront and honest about the timescales we could expect. Before fitting, we were visited by Lee who spent time talking to us about what we should expect when work began. Lindsey, Finesse's Client Relationship Coordinator, talked us through the process when the time came to have our Patio fitted. On the day, our fitters Darren and Sam came to our home on time as well as prepared to complete their work. They spent time and put a lot of effort into not just fitting the Patio but also ensuring that we were happy with their work. Despite all the work done, they left our home in perfect condition. What a great service! From no pressure sale through to a stress free installation with good communication from the company. My wife and I were very impressed with Finesse and over the moon with our new porch. I was a bit wary of engaging another double glazing company as the previous two, we have used, have promised a lot but delivered inferior service and products. The sales meeting with Finesse was friendly and quite layed back. ( No phoning the manager to see if he is in a good mood to provide a better price!!) The price quoted was, we felt, very reasonable. The meeting with the surveyor was equally friendly and he gave us ideas and suggestions we had not previously considered. The installation was excellent. Managed by Darren, who himself was an excellent advert for the company, it went better than we could have imagined. The only issue was that I had ordered the wrong letterbox and it really didn't go with the porch and surround. There was a "no problem" attitude and it was changed at no extra cost. I'm nosy and always ask the workers what the company is like as an employer. Everyone we met from Finesse spoke warmly about the company. How nice. It gave us both a huge amount of confidence in the company we had chosen. We'll certainly use them again. Such a nice friendly company.

Finesse fitted my conservatory three years ago. Yesterday morning I contacted them because one of the patio doors was difficult to lock in cold weather. They came out within three hours and fixed it immediately. I chose Finesse originally having heard so much about their wonderful service, and having had to call upon it yesterday, I can honestly say how delighted I am that I did choose them. After care service is a rarity these days but I can say the Finesse Windows team are amazing at it! Thank you so much.

I had solid wood windows replaced. When the person came to give me a quote he arrived on time. No sales pressure was applied. I decided to accept the quote and the surveyor came at the appointed time. My windows were fitted last week. The quality of the windows was excellent. The fitters were polite and very careful when removing my old windows The work was completed on time and exactly at the price quoted. The company stood out for me as they did exactly as promised at all stages. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Had 2 x new bays, 1 x back window, 2 x new French doors, and15 replacement units. All work undertaken and completed to a high quality. Problems that arose were dealt with in a professional way and remedied. The team led by Mick were brilliant; follow-up work required due to previous company fitters was scheduled and performed on time. No complaints at all and would use again should any need arise. Also, a thank you to the office staff for prompt and decisive work.

This is the third time I have used Finesse. This time I had two windows replaced and my conservatory refurbished (new roof, new windows and doors, new floor). I am absolutely delighted again. Their windows look beautiful and are very sturdy. My new conservatory looks stunning. I've had heat reflective glass in the roof - and it works! Even on a very hot day the conservatory is now a comfortable temperature and is a room that I can use all year. Lots of people have been involved in this project, from the guys who pulled down the old conservatory to the fitters, plasters and floor fitters. None of them could have been any more helpful. I would like to say a special thank you to Jez and Will who fitted the new conservatory - lovely people, incredibly hard workers and took such care to do great job. We used Finesse windows to replace our old wooden ones. From start to finish they were superb. They came and assessed our need quickly and we did not have to wait long for them to start the work. The quality is excellent and the workmanship is superior. Darren and his dad came to install them and they are both such nice people. Helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We live in a very old house where nothing is square and they took time and trouble to make sure that the finishing was perfect. The craftmanship was right up there. I would recommend Finesse Windows unreservedly, I found them to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly as well as reasonably priced. We recently had our attic window replaced with UPVC for ease of cleaning and upkeep. As we live in a period property I wouldn't normally consider UPVC but have to say I am so impressed with the quality of the replacement I couldn't be happier. From start to finish the people we dealt with from sales team to the fitters and everybody in between were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of them. The fitters Chris and Sam were very respectful of our home and put sheets down on all the stairs and landings, and didn't leave any mess. Again they were very easy to get on with and had great interpersonal skills, even though it was Sam's first day in the job. The quality of the work was excellent and I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation. Well Done Finesse!

Finesse Windows were recommended to us by a close relative of ours after they had built a new Conservatory for them. We therefore had no hesitation in ordering a new Conservatory for ourselves and Finesse did an excellent job for us too. This is a company with old fashioned customer focussed values which was apparent at every stage of our dealings with them. Just had all my windows replaced. French doors fitted, radiator repositioned. Cannot fault the workmanship of all the traders involved, all arranged by Finesse. Builders, plumbers, plastering and of course Bill and Darren who fitted my windows to a very high standard of workmanship. All the workmen were polite and friendly. The price I felt was very fair to. A very professional company which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

They also removed a blind and refitted it for me. I particularly valued the helpful service as I am over 70 and some tasks are difficult for me. In our kitchen the only access to the outside was a door and solid kitchen window. When using the kitchen, for ventilation we opened the door, not a viable option in poor weather. A replacement window with a half opening was requested. Measurements were taken, a design and price agreed around March. Then the lockdown came. We were then given a date in June. The fitter turned up on time. took the old window out and replaced it with the new window in the existing surrounds. He clearly knew what he was doing in overcoming problems as they occurred. It was all done in half a day including clearing up and working within Covid restrictions. Overall, an efficient process at a reasonable price. This was our second encounter with Finesse and the previous high standards were maintained. Who would want to use anyone else?

Fitted front door about 3 yrs ago in my 87 yr old moms house. Kept noticing a draft and found front door was warped. They changed that but still had draft. When replacing carpet for tiling found they had not filled in around bottom of door and there were huge deep gaps with no filler. They had covered it up with carpet. Agent came today and said carpet had rubbed hole in floor! They need to take customer complaints seriously and also apologise for poor workmanship instead or arguing.

The whole process of having our near 4 metre wide sliding patio doors replace has proven to be much less tedious than we expected, mainly due to Finesse Windows. Following various quotes for different window/door designs in different materials we finally settled on sliding UPVC patio doors supplied and fitted by finesse. They were one of the only ones to give us a straight quote for the job without the usual double glazing haggle so we knew what it was going to cost. Having accepted the quote and paid our deposit, Coronavirus struck so we have subsequently waited 3 months for our fitting. Finesse kept us informed of what was going on and a surveyor was sent out as soon as it was possible. A date given for the install was preceded by the rules under which the install team would operate, all very careful and correct. Installation date arrived and we just had to remove ourselves from the work area and let them carry on with the job. Upon completion we were very nicely surprised at how good the new doors looked and were very impressed with the quality of the installation. We have not been put off even though we have found a slight issue with one of the glass panels, but this has also been dealt with very quickly, without discussion, and will be resolved very soon. Their customer service I have found to be exceptional at all times..

Had a new Palladio front door fitted. Excellent quality, really solid and looks it. The door originally arrived with the wrong glass but this was spotted before it was fitted. The company sourced replacement and got in touch as soon as it was available. The fitter was polite and professional. This is the 3rd job I have had done by Finesse and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Great customer service, quality products.

I commenced the process by obtaining three quotations and followed up each quotation with a survey. It was clear that Finesse Windows were on the ball and very efficient during the initial stage and I had no hesitation in booking their services. We have used Finesse on various occasions, garage door, new windows and have just had a new conservatory roof and have always had quality work done. The sales staff are never 'pushy', offer some good advice and the quotes are always reasonable. The fitters are friendly, efficient and are always exceptionally tidy, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. When we had a small problem following our recent job, the service man was out with us within 30 minutes of my phone call. That is service!

Had five new windows fitted on the 27/9/19. All I can say is I am one happy customer. Dealing with finesse windows from start to finish, has been a fantastic experience. We decided to replace an old and rusting up and over garage door with an opening one. We chose Finesse based on the product, reviews, and the Which Trusted Trader seal of approval. A general assessment and measure up was done, and a price quoted at the same time. A surveyor came later to take detailed measurements, paperwork duly arrived and was signed, and a deposit taken. We then waited about 5-6 weeks for the fitting. This was done by 2 very pleasant men, who came at the agreed time, took out the old door and fitted the new one, all with minimal fuss, and little or no mess in about 2 hours. The whole process was a positive experience. Everything was done to an agreed schedule, and (apart from having to pay the bill) was painless! We have already recommended them to someone we know. A Company to be applauded, both for quality and service!

We needed an old window replacing. Much preferring word-of-mouth, we asked our friends, one of whom recommended Finesse Windows of Kings Norton. Everything went like clockwork - the sales person arrived on time on the right day, followed by the surveyor a few days later and then, almost before I knew it, the fitters came. Nothing was too much trouble for them including moving some cases of wine out of the way. Two hours later - job done. And they cleaned and cleared up before leaving. And moved the wine back! Not the cheapest, but Top Notch!

Great service, no pushy salesmen, just a conscientious designer who listened to my needs rather than telling me what I need which another company tried to do. Fitters were friendly and efficient, replacement windows and 2 sets of bi-fold doors neatly fitted and finished to a high standard at a very competitive price. The thought of having builders around your house for a few weeks can be worrying. However, our experience with Finesse Windows and the construction of our Conservatory was excellent. The workmen arrived when they said they would, were always attentive and did a great job. As with all things there were a couple of hiccups, but the important thing is that these minor problems were sorted extremely quickly with no complaints. We felt they were there to make sure we were happy with the end result. Thank you Finesse, when the need arises we will definitely use you again.

We had to replace unsatisfactory bi-fold patio doors. Finesse were very good, it took half a day. The fitters were excellent and cleared up everything. There is now a much better outlook onto our garden.

I'd used Finesse a long time back and have to be honest i had completely forgot about them when i needed a custom sized replacement door for my garage. I had rang around other door companies before i remembered i had used them in the past. From the initial conversation to the sales representative coming out to discuss my requirements to the installation of the door, i have to say i am really pleased with the results. The brick work wasn't great but they have used a PVC fascia which has dramatically improved the appearance of the brick work. I am over the moon with the results and feel it was worth every penny. We are delighted with our new windows. They look so lovely and are very high quality - sturdy and substantial. We have been really happy with all aspects of customer service. Everyone turned up when they said they would, were flexible with dates to accommodate us and were friendly and professional - designer, surveyor, scaffolders, fitters. The fitting was amazing - not even any touching up required around the new windows. There is a really small problem with one of the panes of glass (some marks that won't come off) but we phoned Finesse and they are replacing with it without any fuss - excellent customer service. I had used this company before and didn't hesitate to go back to them when I needed three very old UVPC windows replacing which had not originally been installed by them. That was only because I hadn't heard of them then. I would use them every time and highly recommend them to others for their customer relations and their efficiency. I was stunned by the speed the work was carried out. I had a preliminary visit from a really friendly designer who had remembered me from the last job that had been carried out and in two weeks the job had been completed to my satisfaction! The workmanship of the installers appears to have been excellent and I find it incredible that they can just pop out old windows and insert new ones without any need for me to do any touching up or redecorating after they have been.

Having already had a front door off finesse, being extremely pleased I had no hesitation to have them replace the orangery roof in the kitchen. The old roof which had been fitted by an other company was leaking, and I was at my wits end trying to get it fixed. When I asked finesse if they would mind having a look they did so and informed me of the problem, they did try to help to fix it without having to have a total replacement (which shows what an honest and great company they are), however a full roof was needed. From start to finish the professionalism was second to none, all the staff from sales to fitting , reception and the factory guys are just so friendly and their knowledge is amazing. My new roof is now on, the mess the previous people made has been rectified and i can tell the difference straight away. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

We recently had to adapt our bathroom into a wet room for our severely disabled daughter. Finesse Windows have been amazing to deal with from start to finish. We have a property built in 1880 that had beautiful original window designs but they were cracked, painted shut, had secondary glazing and it was time to get them all looking good and working again. My only stipulation was to replicate the original windows and Finesse did a fantastic job - we have had so many compliments about the finished installation. After living with the windows for a few weeks we realised one was sticking slightly when we opened it and the furniture on another was white instead of black. When I contacted Finesse they got me booked in right away and everything was sorted out impeccably. All the staff we have dealt with have been very professional and what could have been quite a disruptive experience within the house has actually been a pleasure. Thank you Finesse!

Came to fit bathroom window on 11/4/19. Wrong measurements had been taken! Once frame had been re-made it was fitted on 18/4/19. This time one of the glass units had been damaged. I called Finesse and spoke to someone to complain that this was not going well. He apologised but basically said there was nothing he could do. Again we had to wait in on 30/4/19 for the new unit to be fitted. We received no formal apology, and after being good customers of Finesse for 15 years we expected better. No attempt has been made to make us feel better about this and I am furious at having to wait in on four separate occasions when twice should have sufficed (once for measuring and once for fitting). We hoped we would receive either a letter or even a small discount by way of apology, but nothing was forthcoming, just a statement to be paid. It was a catalogue of errors that Finesse do not care about making us feel better about. We will never use them again!

We had a new front door and windows fitted over a couple of days, the job right from the word go, to the job finish, everyone was excellent. With a special word for the fitters, there was no damage to existing decor, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Really well done.

All our double glazing and soffits have been replaced by Finesse, we choose this company, you request a quote and there is no pressure to carry out the work until you are ready, fitting was done within three weeks of order being placed. From the first call I made to make the enquiry and arrange for someone to call and give me a quote (Ray), the surveyor coming to make the final appraisal and then the fitting team, everyone was absolutely professional and gave an air of expertise, never keeping me waiting. I was only having one window replaced but was treated as a valued customer. The fitting team, three people led by Michael, far exceeded what I was expecting by the work they produced. There was no mess, everything moved out of the way and the carpet was covered. The old window removed and the surround cleared and tidied before the new one fitted. The result it excellent, I couldn't have wished for more. I have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again for my other windows and doors.

We had two windows replaced , from a previous supplier, that had misted, lounge window no problem, the kitchen door window had a flaw , called customer service, they arranged a replacement , that was also flawed , in the end it was sorted , no fault on Finesses side it was due to glass manufacturer. Finesse replaced all the windows in our house (19 windows) and our porch. All completed to time (took a week to complete - ran behind a little on the way, but Finesse sent more fitters out so as not to delay, which was great) and to the agreed cost. Number of things have made Finesse stand out: - local smaller business - nice to be able to support a local company. - environmental aspects - the windows are A class eco rating (and have made a massive difference to the warmth of the house already) - security - excellent locks on the doors (porch and patio) - Ultion into snap, which was standard and very impressed. - feature window - we asked Finesse to produce a leaded window for our landing window based on a design i provided - great work, exactly what 'd asked for and looks excellent. - sales - no pressure and really helpful in adjusting the quote as we went through (i made a lot of changes and were very patient and helpful). Can also go and look at the windows being made on site if want to (we didn't but nice to have the offer). - Fitting - great experience, the lead fitter (Chris) was great, kept me up to date with how progress was going and asked questions to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted (for example, we didn't want plastic strips round the windows, so Chris kept these off and made good the plaster work). Was really surprised how little damage to the old plaster etc from taking old windows out - they took care and could tell with the output.

We have just had our patio door replaced with a large window. It looks fabulous! We are thrilled with the results. The fitter, Visual, was excellent. He made sure that every detail was perfect. He worked very quickly and efficiently and ensured that everywhere was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company and I would certainly use them again.

Finesse Windows fitted 49 windows and doors for me in November 2018. From sales to installation to aftercare I can not fault them. Dean the salesman was lovely and helpful, not pushy at all. Installation took 3 weeks . The fitters were amazing. Very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They had a hard job taking out my old steal windows with individual lead pieces. There are a lot of window companies out there, I’m so pleased I chose to go with Finesse based on the excellent reviews. They are a family run business with a great ethos. Finesse will be replacing all our office windows in April.

Finesse fitted new front and back doors. We chose them as they gave us most confidence that we would get a high quality product and service, and we weren't disappointed. All staff, from sales and measuring to fitting and reception were courteous and professional. The fitter cleaned up carefully when finished. We've had the roofline replaced, all new windows and doors, and had the conservatory replaced. I can definitely recommend the dark grey, it has completely transformed the look of our house. We've known of Finesse for a number of years now, and only considered them for our order knowing of the quality and security benefits of the product to be fitted, the level of detail they place on getting your order right and to the standard you want, along with the unrivaled commitment to service from order to fitting to final check. When the original survey was completed, even though we were having our conservatory replaced, keeping the original base, Andy still offered some suggestions to alter the design that would enhance the overall look to what we originally had. Once the fitting had finished, we were shown around by the lead fitter to make sure everything was to the standard we expected. But even before we started he did mention two panes of glass had small scratches on them, and these were replaced within a few days - there's upfront honesty for you! I expected this of Finesse anyway, but it was comforting to experience the quality of the fitters and builders during the two weeks they were on site, friendly, careful around our house, and just a really nice bunch of guys. I would like to thank finesse for a great installation, we were kept informed all through out the job, the salesman was very helpful, we shopped around a bit first to make sure we were getting the best advice and to check how they were on price, but common sense prevailed and decided to go with finesse, our installation went smoothly, the fitter were very clean and tidy, the after sales was great, they were not the cheapest however you do get what you pay for. We had 6 new windows plus french doors installed to our community centre. Being in a conservation area we were worried about what we would be allowed. Finesse Windows took all that worry away by designing some fantastic windows that were in keeping with the 1920s building and suitable for the area. I needed 3 new rear windows and 2 doors on the rear elevation of the property and was recommended to Finesse by a friend who had recently had all of her windows replaced. The job was completed yesterday and I am very satisfied with the standard of workmanship achieved by the 2 tradesmen. We had 12 windows fitted, 2 Large 5 sided bays, an oversize patio window and 9 other windows. We were very pleased with the quality and finish of the windows.
