After a fire door inspection and the new regulations it was deemed that we needed a new front door and frame. The service from the start to finish was excellent, when the door arrived, the fitter was polite, friendly and obviously very good at his job. The door frame came ready assembled so struggled a bit to install at first, brickwork had to be removed. However he managed it. He then scheduled for a painter to come in the following week to paint the frame work. Again the painter was brilliant-he spent over 3 hours, was very picky and precise. Overall we were highly impressed with the overall service. Other people in our block went with a different company and it’s obvious that the quantity is not as high as ours.

I phoned Fire Door London to get details of having a fire door installed. I spoke to the Director Mathew Cohn. From that conversation and reading previous reviews on which trader, I was convinced that this was the right company to do the job. Their attention to all the details was impeccable and the staff were all very helpful. The door quality was well worth the price I paid and The door fitter and painter were on time and both did an excellent job. All the ironmongery that was added was also of high quality. I highly recommend this company both for their overall customer service and workmanship.

We asked Fire Door London Limited to install a kitchen fire door in compliance with Lambeth Council HMO Regulations. The customer service representatives at Fire Door London, Jake and Sidney, took care of our request very professionally and helped answer any questions we had. As this was the first time we had to conform to HMO Regulations, we relied on Jake and Sidney for their help in explaining the applicable regulations and that the works would be in compliance. Overall, we were extremely happy with their customer service-oriented approach. When it came to the works being done, the technicians took care of that swiftly and without any problems - followed by a decorator that restored the area around the door to its previous condition. Overall, we were extremely happy with the works done by Fire Door London and highly recommend them.

We hired Fire Door London to replace our front door with a fire door which would be compliant with our local council standards. They worked with us on the design, including style, colour, and fittings. Two engineers came to fit the door in a single day. A painter and decorator came separately to make sure the installation was left in perfect order. From beginning to end they were excellent to work with. Very good communication, and terrific quality of work. Would hire again without hesitation.

1 x Internal FD 30 Front Door with Fire proof window above 3 x Internal FD 30 doors for bedrooms and loving room 1 x FD 30 door with large fire proof window to kitchen 1 x Custom fire proof Intake cupboard for all electrics in communal area After a bad experience with another contractor I was apprehensive about entering into a new contract, however I couldn't have been made to feel more confident at each stage of the works. Communication was excellent, not only up front whilst discussing requirements, but also during the work and following the completion. There were a couple of snagging issues - which happen once the doors settle - but these were resolved quickly and without a problem. The quality of the workmanship and the manner of all the contractors with whom we interacted was excellent and without fault, going above and beyond the necessary to ensure that we were happy - I am more than happy to recommend and will be booking our next project in with them now that this one has been completed.

I received a very helpful, courteous response to my initial request for a new fire door for a flat. The actual visit for assessment was scheduled very quickly and I felt I was treated very well. I was kept updated with costs and timelines and these were kept true. Installation was done without my supervision and there were no problems presented to me.
