Quotes were sought from 4 suppliers - yet only 2 supplied figures. First call pointed out that a power flush insisted on by British Gas would have damaged my system as it was part microbore. First call quoted a price which cost almost 1/2 that of British Gas. So a decision to use first call was easy.

Boiler repair
I phoned First Call Gas when my boiler started to leak. The engineer arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault and explained everything to me. Within 24 hours, a replacement part had been ordered, fitted and we were up and running again. Top marks for First Call Gas.

Customer Service at its best
My 91 year old Dad had a water leak on his boiler & was understandably distressed. I rang First Call & explained. The lady said she'd make him a priority. Within half an hour Daniel from First Call came to the rescue. Friendly & efficient too.Brilliant customer service. Thank you
