Second time I have used Firstpoint. Rachel is friendly and efficient. Lewis, was accurate with a fair estimate. Jeorge fitted my boiling water tap and Jacob fitted a radiator and plumbed in my garage. Quality of work is to a high standard and the price charged is fair and clear from the outset. They are quick and professional. I am pleased to give them a 5 star review and highly recommend the whole team

An ongoing problem with a condensing pipe, made us seek professional help, and feel so lucky that we came across First Point. From the initial contact with Rachel to being visited by Ollie, it has been a pleasure to deal with them. We were particularly impressed that they could have charged us for a bigger job, but the team decided on a simpler remedy. Whilst not wanting more problems! We now feel we have plumbers we can trust if needed.

End of March, I had a new bathroom in and he serviced the boiler. I also received a new gas certificate received. Was spot on, brilliant, no complaints and would rate higher than 5.
