I had a leak on my pipes on Kate Thursday night and flooded my cellar I phone these amazing people on the Friday The lady I spoke with on the phone was so polite and explained everything perfectly in getting plumber to me The same day a plumber came out who again was so polite and fixed the pipes and was thorough and professional Work carried out was perfect and all is good now A really good company who have a fast and professional service Really recommend this company for sure and so local to me Top service from start to finish 👍

Everything went to plan. New bathroom tap and cartridges replaced on two other taps plus information regarding replacing bath. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Oliver from First Point repaired the kitchen sink which was dropping down and the bathroom basin tap which had broken. Oliver explained to me what he was going to do and got to work promptly. I am very pleased with the results. He asked me to check that I was happy with the work. I am very glad that I asked First Point to do the work as not only was the work done to time but the communications were excellent from start to finish, from Rachel, my initial contact to Lewis who evaluated the work and followed up on completion of the job. It was a pleasure to have Oliver do the work - he is so cheery!

First Point are a first-class team of plumbers and engineers. We hired Lewis and his team to carry out a full re-plumb of our 7-bed HMO, and they did a fantastic job. Since then, they have continued to provide an excellent maintenance service, always being responsive, reliable and delivering work to the highest standard. Whenever an issue arises, I know I can rely on Lewis and his team to get it sorted. They communicate clearly throughout, ensuring we’re always kept in the loop and never left in the dark. My gas boiler needed an annual service. I found First Point Plumbing and Heating online and booked an appointment through the contact number. The date and time were arranged promptly and the engineer Lewis turned up as arranged and carried out a full boiler service. As the boiler was quite old, Lewis raised a query with the boiler's company to clarify a small matter. All was well. In fact, the boiler has been working more efficiently since the service was carried out. I would highly recommend this company for any work you may be considering.

We asked for a plumber to remove a radiator and cap off the pipes to install a new wardrobe. The appointment was easy to arrange, and the work was done politely and cleanly. Our daughter had recommended First Point, and we would do the same.

First Point is one of those companies whose name is passed on from one satisfied customer to another. When I needed a plumber, one of my sons recommended First Point. He'd previously chosen First Point on the recommendation of a friend. I later recommended First Point to one of my friends. She has since used the company twice and I know that she's now passed on that recommendation to a neighbour. A lengthening chain of recommendations from one customer to another is usually the hallmark of first rate service.

After trying other plumbers in the area. First Point Plumbing, were quick to respond. A date and time set, and approximate costs. They were professional, in their work, and courteous. Couldn’t have asked for more

The gas engineers turned up right on time as arranged and were polite and helpful. As well as doing the routine gas service they also advised on the other jobs which I had requested they look at with a view to doing at a later date. Communication with the office was excellent and the engineers did a very good job. Very pleased.

I’ve worked with First Point on completely renovating our bathroom. They were on time and extremely nice. They carried out excellent work, including moving the existing pipes under the floorboards, fitting in new flooring, building out a new tub frame, and replacing all the pipes for the toilet, sink, and shower. Highly trustworthy team that I depend on for my plumbing needs. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. They’re on par with other plumbers' fees, but the work is superior.

Cannot thank First Point enough. They fixed a leak in my heating system that other plumbers couldn't find. They searched very professionally with very little damage to my laminated floors and cleaned up after their work so you couldn't tell they had been there. They arrived punctually and were very informative about what they were going to do. Will definitely recommend them to friends and relations.

We contacted First Point on wed morning 8.30 am as my boiler was losing water through the over flow and making some strange noises, within few hours a young man called and assessed the problem, the part was ordered and they fitted it for me the next day as an emergency, it was 8pm when he finished but never moaned just seemed happy to help They are a super friendly company to deal with and we was so grateful we only had no hot water for 1 day. Lewis sent me the bill and have to say it was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Lewis and his team to anyone, I was contacted during the day and kept informed of everything and not once was anything a problem. The lads and staff are a credit to First Point Plumbing well done and thanks again guys

We asked Lewis to check out our leaking boiler after a dubious service by someone else. He confirmed that the boiler was unsafe and beyond economical repair. Quotes were provided on the same day and a new boiler fitted three days later on a Saturday. Lewis and Oliver were friendly and very competent, working hard to get everything back up and running. Absolute top notch company and would strongly recommend them.

Second time I have used Firstpoint. Rachel is friendly and efficient. Lewis, was accurate with a fair estimate. Jeorge fitted my boiling water tap and Jacob fitted a radiator and plumbed in my garage. Quality of work is to a high standard and the price charged is fair and clear from the outset. They are quick and professional. I am pleased to give them a 5 star review and highly recommend the whole team

An ongoing problem with a condensing pipe, made us seek professional help, and feel so lucky that we came across First Point. From the initial contact with Rachel to being visited by Ollie, it has been a pleasure to deal with them. We were particularly impressed that they could have charged us for a bigger job, but the team decided on a simpler remedy. Whilst not wanting more problems! We now feel we have plumbers we can trust if needed.
