The winding mechanism of our bedroom blind needed repair. I contacted the major retailer who had installed the blind 15 years ago who said that they didn’t do repairs and an entirely new blind was needed. I then emailed Fitting Blinds who responded within the hour and came two days later. The blind is working perfectly. Their office staff were very good at communication throughout.

I contacted Sam at Fittingblinds to request an appointment for a quote. A. He answered the phone promptly and B. He arranged an appointment at my convenience . Arrived on time .. was very engaging had a lovely smile .. was very helpful.. offered good advice…and was very professional. I agreed the quote and was advised as soon as the blinds were ready. A suitable time to install them was arranged around my holiday dates .. very accommodating. I am more than pleased with the service .. the workmanship…the professional way the whole project was dealt with and would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his Company . PS. He actually answers the phone and .. calls back when requested! A big plus in my book!

I heard about Fitting Blinds Limited from a friend, I needed curtains in a 3 beds and previously talked to 2 other companies with which I wasn't happy. So when Sam came for the first time, I was very impressed by his suggestions and professional work, where the others couldn't fit electrical blinds, Sam was able to. He recommended very good fabrics to lighten up a room without the sun flare. For the rooms the velvet curtains he designed and installed give a very comfy aspect to them. On emails and phones, both Emma and Sam are very responsive, and we had a small issue with one of the blinds and Sam came directly to fix it. Overall, I really recommend Sam's services to anyone who needs an empty flat to be dressed with beautiful curtains, Sam offers high-end professional services that match high-end homes. I invited Fitting Blinds to quote for the replacement of ageing (early nineties) curtains and blinds as part of a Victorian house refurbishment. Sam, following a no obligation measuring up, could not have been more helpful, offering impartial advice on various style/suppliers and fittings. I received links to various supplier/design/fitting suggestions on the same day. A detailed specification/quote was then agreed with fitting arranged to coincide with the completion of decoration works at the house. In common with all our interactions, Sam always appeared exactly on time as promised. His fitting work was seamless/high quality. The results substantially exceeded my expectations. The blinds/curtains defined the refurbishment indeed. I could not recommend Fitting Blinds more in terms of quality, efficiency, price or helpfulness. A rare example of a really professional business! Full marks.

I was recommended to use Sam to fit our blinds as many of our neighbours had used him for fitting blinds and been really pleased. Sam gave great advice, had lots of choices of options, the products came in at a really reasonable price and his fittings were fast. We love both sets of blinds that he fitted and he is incredibly easy to deal with plus his energy is infectious - always smiling and very ‘kind do’. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

They were recommended to me by three neighbours who had been very happy with his service and the quality of his workmanship. I initially ordered three blinds and a large voile curtain for my living/dining rooms and subsequently asked them to fit blinds on my upstairs windows. They were very helpful, gave excellent advice and was quick and efficient in fitting the blinds and, subsequently, a 'driver' for the large blinds. I don’t normally write reviews, but thought I needed to on this occasion due to the quality of the service provided. Great service overall - I had Sam come round to fit my blinds whom I believe is the owner. Prompt, extremely polite and he managed to fit all 4 blinds in a lot quicker time than I expected. I was really pleased with his work. The blinds look lovely now they are up and I receive compliments when people come round. I would certainly recommend Fitting Blinds to anyone thinking of having them put up. Great job Sam - and thank you for help!

Sam from Fitting Blinds carried out an excellent install of our bay window Venetian blinds, good communication with regards to the blinds being made to order and then an appointment made to have the blinds installed, all within 2 weeks of the original enquiry. Very happy with the work and would definitely use Fitting blinds again.

First, we were double-booked. They then turned up 3 hours late and left mid-job saying they didn’t have enough time to finish. Have this morning received an email telling me they cannot fit me in and so I now have to find someone else to complete an unfinished job which won’t be easy? This is showily unacceptable and as such, I would give them a zero star rating although I had no choice in submitting this review to give them a minimum 1-star rating

I purchased a single-blind for my kitchen and from quote to installation I was very impressed with the service provided by Fitting Blinds. Emma (Administration) responded promptly to my request for a quote and Sam who advised and fitted the blind was incredibly helpful and very easy to deal with. The whole process took less than two weeks to complete. I'm very pleased with my choice of blind - excellent quality and exceptionally good value. I would highly recommend Fitting Blinds.

Sam came round on recommendation and has done a great job. He was thorough in his initial scoping meeting, lots of choice but at no point did I feel pushed to buy a pricier option. He had lots of ideas and was/is incredibly amenable and easy going. When he came with a colleague to fit the blinds, his attention to detail was deeply pleasing. Just before leaving he picked up that one of our blinds wasn’t quite perfect and took the time to stay and refit (at the time unnoticed by myself). I believe he is fitting most of our neighbours blinds also as he is so well liked and word of mouth has spread. Many thanks.

I tried to buy and fit a blind myself and completely messing up the ceiling. I called SM for a quote & within moments my worries evaporated. Sam came, expertly advised and measured, and then in two weeks fitted 3 blinds (and even filled the holes created through my incompetence). Amazing communication, price, everything. Could not recommend highly enough. If you need blinds, call SM immediately.

Sam rehung the curtains in my bedroom as they were not opening and closing easily on their tracks and the header had snapped off (originally installed a few years ago by another company). He did a great job installing new tracks and they now glide open and shut. Sam is very polite, tidy, professional and punctual and I would highly recommend him! I wish I had found him sooner!

We had nearly given up all hope of ever finding anyone to get our motorised kitchen blind up and running again after being poorly installed. Thanks to Sam and Darek's expert technical knowledge and much perseverance, the blind is now working perfectly. We asked Sam to recommend some blackouts for our bedroom, which we like so much we've just put in another order for a different room. Also a big thank you to Harriet who was always super efficient at arranging everything. Highly recommend.

Sam Mourchad and his small but very diligent and efficient team has helped us dress our windows over the last 8 years. No effort is spared until the beautiful look is achieved! They have sound knowledge of fabrics and offer helpful advice. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Sam from Fittingblinds came out to do a consultation (in the evening which was very helpful!)for some blinds we wanted to put up. He was so friendly, made great recommendations and a just over later he cane back to do he installation. He also fixed some of our existing blinds which was poorly installed. He did it very quickly, efficiently and very well. And it was all at a very reasonable cost. Refreshing great service overall!

Sam came to rehang curtains badly reinstalled by builders. He and Darek made my beautiful curtains look like new and the track works better than it did before! They were courteous, helpful, and called afterwards to check I was happy with the job. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done!

Fitting Blinds recently fitted a large roller blind at my flat in Balham (February 2018). Sam was a pleasure to work with; courteous, helpful and efficient. The work was done on schedule, the blind fits perfectly and is an excellent quality. On par with John Lewis but less costly. Highly recommended.

I was lucky to be recommended these guys by family. I was able to arrange a blinds fitting within the week and got exactly the style and colour I had been envisioning, at a lower price than expected. I was very impressed with Sam and his customer service approach and workmanship. From his initial visit and quote to carrying out the work nothing was too much trouble. We had new blinds fitted and new curtain rails in 2 bedrooms, plus he re-hang both sets of curtains. He even offered to repair the old curtain pinch points that had come loose with a needle and thread I managed to get. His friendly approach and willingness to help; he came earlier than planned as I needed to be away earlier than I had originally planned and he also offered to stay and let our painter in, was exemplary. I would have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Got blinds fitted throughout the house. A very pleasant gentleman Sam cane to measure up and show the samples. Came back the second time to show the samples to other family members. Very fast service once the order was placed. Sam was very flexible to adopt the blinds to our requirements. Would recommend this company without hesitation.
