Up until a few months ago we subscribed to BG's Homecare Plan which "entitled" us to an annual boiler and gas fire service. Over the last couple of years this entitlement became increasingly difficult to claim as BG kept cancelling the appointments at the very last minute (usually at the end of the day on which they were supposed to turn up). So we contacted Flatley Heating instead who are local to us (Towcester) and guess what? They turned up exactly on time, did a fantastic job, really professional, they were a pleasure to have in our home and charged us considerably less than what we had been paying to BG on an annual basis. I can't sing the praises of this company highly enough. If you're paying for a BG Homecare Plan (and even if you're not) think about switching to Flatley Heating Ltd. They are totally dependable, have unquestionable integrity and you might just save yourself some money.
