Again, I relied on Flatley Heating for our annual boiler service, and will continue to do so. Stephen, their gas service engineer, turned up promptly, wore appropriate PPE and carried out the service in a professional and friendly manner, vacuuming up afterwards. He always checks the expansion tank in addition to the boiler, so we know everything is working properly. Just as well, because it's turning nippy out there! Top class service. Many thanks

We have had a British Gas HomeCare agreement for a number of years under which we currently pay £40 a month and although our Worcester gas boiler was serviced just 2 months ago it has broken down leaving us in midwinter with no heating or hot water. We immediately tried to contact British Gas to arrange an emergency appointment but were unable to speak to anyone and there was a 3 week delay to get the earliest on-line appointment. We phoned Flatley Heating Ltd who came round within 3 hours and their engineer Stephen was friendly and informative and got the job done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. After this 3 hours instead of 3 weeks experience we are changing to Flatley Heating Ltd from now on.

Flatley quoted us a price to change the boiler and install a shower tray and enclosure. The work was commenced on the day quoted and was done without fuss and the workmanship was better than I had anticipated. I would recommend Flatley without hesitation and will use them again in future.

My initial call to Flatley Heating was answered promptly and the repair was arranged for the following day. Nick repaired and serviced our boiler. He was polite and efficient and quickly found the problem that needed fixing. He maintained good social distancing and cleaned up thoroughly, including sanitising surfaces he had touched. Overall, great communication, friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again.

Flatley Heating Ltd responded quickly to our request for a service on our gas boiler, despite the Coronavirus situation, and we were given an appointment for their first day back at work. The operator phoned to let us know he was on his way just prior to the appointment time. He observed the current regulations around coming into our house, was polite and considerate and he carried out the service to our complete satisfaction, giving us advice about our boiler. We thought the charge was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Up until a few months ago we subscribed to BG's Homecare Plan which "entitled" us to an annual boiler and gas fire service. Over the last couple of years this entitlement became increasingly difficult to claim as BG kept cancelling the appointments at the very last minute (usually at the end of the day on which they were supposed to turn up). So we contacted Flatley Heating instead who are local to us (Towcester) and guess what? They turned up exactly on time, did a fantastic job, really professional, they were a pleasure to have in our home and charged us considerably less than what we had been paying to BG on an annual basis. I can't sing the praises of this company highly enough. If you're paying for a BG Homecare Plan (and even if you're not) think about switching to Flatley Heating Ltd. They are totally dependable, have unquestionable integrity and you might just save yourself some money.

Steve from Flatley Heating did a great job. He arrived promptly, was friendly, professional, neat, thorough and happy to explain what he was doing. He was due to service two boilers in the property but patiently explained why he couldn’t access one as it was boxed in by a kitchen cupboard. That was our error but he is due back in a week or so when we will ensure he can access the second boiler. The price was reasonable and I found the customer service/administration from Flatley Heating to be friendly and efficient. I would recommend them.

This is the second time we’ve used Flatley heating after a reference from a family member. They've put right a fault and undertaken a service in about an hour or so. They’ve been excellent, quick, friendly and gave good explanation of what they were doing. Great communication and prompt, clear replies to messages and emails. Reasonable charges but most of all reliable and trustworthy. I actively recommend to others.
