Mr Flatley very kindly came to investigate wet patches on my ceiling at short notice after 6 pm. Two leaks were found and mended within an hour. Very pleased. Tidy workman, answered all my questions, job sorted!

I have used this company to service my gas boiler for several years. They have always proved to be efficient and timely, easy to contact and quick to action.

Flatley Heating did a great job when fitting a new sink, and an outside tap for us. Punctual, stuck to the price agreed for the work, cleaned up after themselves, friendly. Whilst here they also gave advice on moving a radiator in another room. I would definitely use them again.

Steve the engineer arrive on time to carry out an annual service on my boiler, he was very friendly and informative. He quickly identified a couple of faults and advised contacting the manufacturer as the boiler was still under warranty. Would highly recommend Flatley Heating Ltd.

Flatley Heating Ltd are a family run business and were recommended by a friend. We needed to have a shower cubicle refitted after a leak. We found Flatley helpful in identifying the problem and coming up with a solution to fixing the problem. The plumbers were extremely professional. Arriving punctually every day. We were kept informed of progress all through the process. Completed on time to a high standard. Punctual, polite and extremely tidy. A great job done.

Removal of existing bath and the installation of a new walk-in shower with showerboards; plus restoration of existing floor and re-siting wall tiles to match the bathroom. All this work was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. The result is outstanding - a job really very well done: excellent. Nick and Stuart were most kind, considerate and helpful. I’ve lived in many places and owned a few houses as well as rented them. But this family run company are the kindest most reliable and friendly service / professional team I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are easy to talk to, been on time for every service I’ve had over 4 years and they don’t seem to want to be constantly selling me something when in my own home! And I don’t really need to look elsewhere. I think it’s honest enough to say this team are the best.

Service engineer arrived promptly and soon set about this boiler's first service. The service procedure was clearly explained, with reassurance that all is well. My question on re-pressurising the boiler in the unlikely event that this becomes necessary was also clearly explained and demonstrated. A full report has been subsequently supplied. I was so pleased with the service that I asked the engineer if I could rely on Flatley Heating to service the boiler on a routine basis. I was assured that, as a customer, I would receive a reminder in good time for the next due date for service and, in the meantime, have any necessary but unlikely issues attended to. Excellent company, would highly recommend.

Nick and the team have serviced our boiler and gas fire for a few years now and always arrive on time and provide a great service. When we recently had issues with our boiler (caused by other trades people) they came out several times in order to find and fix the issue (it was not a straight forward problem). They always came out quickly to ensure we were not without heating and hot water. They explain what they are doing, are clean and tidy and arrive on time. I cannot fault how professional and helpful they are.

Although a relatively minor job, the Flatley team came through again. Stuart took the lead on this change and we are more than satisfied with the work. There was a hitch when marrying the new sanitary ware to the existing fittings, but the hitch was solved. There was never a moment when we felt that this could not be completed. Nick proposed the perfect solution to our failing systems. His team of four turned up as planned, took great care in our house and completed the work to an exceptional standard. As a lifelong hotelier, I have refurbished hundreds of bathrooms, heating and water systems, so can speak with some authority. Needed new heating system, contacted Flatly Heating, who were very accommodating in fitting the work required in with my required dates.( going on holiday) Quote was reasonable and having read reviews was confident in using this company. Work completed within time scale, house left immaculate and engineer, Mr Nick Flatly came to explain how everything worked once I came home. Problem occurred a few months later, Nick came and arranged for Worcester/Bosch to come out. Their engineer told me this was one of the best installations she had ever seen. Communication always good, office staff polite and professional .
