We contacted Flintshire roofing at the start of the week as we had a leak in our roof. By Saturday we had our roof repaired. The men who repaired the roof arrived when they said they would, were friendly and efficient and they worked hard. We were very impressed by the service and would definitely recommend them.

Flintshire roofing replaced my garage roof. Service was excellent, work men incredibly polite & approachable, great communication from the company from quote to fitting. Roof took 2 days to complete. Work men were punctual and tidy. Really pleased with the work done and I now have a garage roof that doesn’t leak that has a guarantee. Having gained a few quotes for the job, Flintshire Roofing were within the average price range. I would highly recommend Flintshire Roofing and feel if I had any issues, I could contact them for help or advice.

Flintshire roofing recently did a repair job to my outside shed, involving a neighbour. They were very quick to respond to my repair. The men who carried out the work were very capable and went out of the way to make sure they carried out an impeccable job. Nothing was too much trouble, as the job was changed during the repair. I contacted Flintshire Roofing Ltd for a quote in April 2021 regarding my dad's roof as it needed repairing. The guys were quick in their response with a quote and the price was agreed upon. Due to weather and other elements out of their control, it took a bit longer but they kept me updated. The job is now done and the guys did a cracking job. The guys were very respectful of the property and polite. I would recommend them for the quality of the work and corresponding with me while doing the job.

Small leak turned into a patched roof replacement photo evidence supplied. Quote much below expectations and work commenced within a week taking five working days including scaffolding. Workers very effective, courteous and pleasant to have around. Site cleaned up each day and left in good order. Very professional.

Bungalow joined to a grade 2 listed cottage the joining roof had a persistent leak. Contacted Flintshire Roofing, next day Jonathan turns up inspected the roof told what was wrong & that it could be corrected with a strip & rebuild. I received a quote via email very reasonable. So gave him the go-ahead. Took a couple of months due to covid, on the1st sept his team arrived straight to work & didn't stop stripped, recovered & battened, but did the valleys to perfection because the lead was so weathered & cracked thus the leak. Fitted slates..... A complex job because a lot of the cottage slates had to be removed then blend in with the new roof. The job was done to perfection by Jake & Bryn 1st class roofers.

I had my chimney taken down. It was the price that they gave me before the job was done. They came when they said. The 2 guys that came out was very polite helpful and considerate. When the job was done they cleaned up after them it was like it was before they came. I would highly recommend them for any work. if I have any problems with my roof I will go to them. 🙂

It was not the best time to notice a damp patch on my ceiling over Christmas and New year ,but having used Flintshire Roofing many years ago and there workmanship was to be commended I gave them a ring .I was so glad that Johnathan from Flintshire Roofing was there ,he told me he would call around that day which he did within two hours ,he found the problem and due to bad weather at the time had to return the next day to carry out the repair ,we were so very grateful to have someone give us the help and support at such short notice. We would highly recommend this company for there good quality work and prompt service .

I was very pleased with the work they carried out, they were very well mannered and everywhere tidy the after care we received when the work had been done was excellent. We had a bit of wind damage which was not due to their workmanship. They came out and repaired the fault promptly and did not charge with it being an easy fix.

We needed urgent roof repairs on a house we were selling. Jonathan did an emergency repair as soon as the weather conditions permitted, and scheduled a full repair within four working days. He was professional and prompt at replying to emails, as well as a delight to deal with. In all, a fantastic and stress-free service. We can't recommend him and Flintshire Roofing too highly.

Choosing a roofing contractor can be an uncertain exercise due to the large number available. As the majority are 'one-man' businesses, we decided to go for an established company with a local proven track record. We referred to both the NFRC membership directory and as long-standing members of Which? chose from their list of 'trusted traders.' After due consideration, of the three companies chosen, Flintshire Roofing was the first to respond and quickly carried out a full on-site survey. Bearing in mind the country was still in lockdown during early 2021, we were impressed by their professionalism and quiet efficiency. The works were scheduled and repairs were completed within the price and time agreed. We would strongly recommend them.

New roof in difficult circumstances

We contacted Flintshire Roofing after researching local companies. Jonathan arrived at the agreed time and gave us different options for our old leaky roof. We agreed a price for reroofing and were given a date for the work to begin. The difficulties are that the house is semi detached and is only accessible on one side. Work started on the arranged day. All members of the team were friendly, helpful and efficient. The scaffolders were very good and installed the scaffolding so that the roofers could access both sides of the roof from the available side. We would particularly like to mention Jake and Mason who did the reroofing and whose work was of a consistent high standard. They also had to provide a solution to connect the new roof to the old roof on the other part of the building. The work was finished on time and the site was cleaned to a good standard with all debris taken away.
