Went to the showroom not really knowing what I wanted. Lee explained the different options and me and my wife agreed on LVTs, which we hadn't heard of previously. He advised on prep work and arranged for a colleague to take up the old tiles and prepare the floor for fitting the following day. All aspects of this work was carried out to high standards and I am extremely satisfied with the finished job. Would recommend.

We’ve just had some Elka engineered flooring fitted to our lounge, dining room and hallway - it looks amazing! No door plates between the rooms so all flows beautifully - Lee was so helpful and between him and the fitters managed to come up with a way to fit the wood to our unexpected wonky floors…they even came back on Saturday to finish the work as it had taken so much longer than planned and we had a family party the following week. Couldn’t recommend them more, I had to shoo Dan out the door on Saturday afternoon as he didn’t want to leave a mess!!! Top job, one very satisfied customer.

We had a new laminate floor fitted by Floor Land last week in our dining room. The job was very professionally done on the agreed date and at the agreed quote, which was very competitive and cheaper than most! The floor now looks great. Lee, who came to do the initial estimate was very helpful, friendly and professional in showing us all the alternatives which he brought as samples. And the fitters were very respectful and helpful in all aspects. They also took up the old carpet and underlay and carried it to the garage at my request. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The new floor now looks a very neat and professional job, and we are very pleased with it. We would definitely use Floor Land again for any future flooring work and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
