I'd been let down by a number of firms just for quoting, but Adie was swift in responding, arrived on time and got the quote to me very quickly. Tony and Kamber removed old carpet from 2 sets of stairs, a hallway and landing, and repaired sanded and varnished everything in 2 days. They worked so hard and so well, keeping me updated with any issues, and the end result is amazing. They even left me some felt floor protectors, to make sure their work didn't get damaged when replacing furniture. I can't recommend the team highly enough.

Our original wooden floor has become very worn and splintery (thanks so my twins!) and needed an overhaul. I happened to be passing the shop so I popped in and spoke with Adie who was so friendly and knowledgable and able to come out same day to quote. We had a very narrow window to get the floor done before a new sofa arrived and the team squeezed us in which I was really grateful for. They worked so hard on the day, getting it all done while the kids were out at school. The floor looks and feels so fantastic now! It’s made such a difference. Highly recommend!

Everything about our experience with the team at Floor Sanding Partners was positive, from the first visit by Adie to assess and estimate the work - 120 years' old floorboards on staircases and landings - to Tony and Kamber's prompt arrival at 8am to transform the look of our home. They went above and beyond, for example when discovering issues with my kitchen floorboards and pipes, they went out of their way to do a thorough job. They also removed a firehearth and replaced this with floorboards which has made such a difference to the room. They have superb attention to detail and are professional and courteous.
