Floor Sanding Partners Limited

I looked online at reviews before asking the Floor Sanding Partners to quote. Tony came over the next day, was very clear about the process and I got a quote the next day - so far so efficient. I'd already had two floors done by another, more local, company, who I wasn't that happy with, so the contrast in time taken to make sure all the details were clear and decisions discussed was immediately apparent. Even the guy in the office - Adie - was lovely to chat to, keeping me informed throughout. When Kamber and Arban were doing the job, they were great. Again, took their time to make sure I was happy with the ongoing work, tidied up after themselves, were extremely polite, respectful of and careful about our home and furnishings (which the other company had not been - they hadn't secured floorboards, had knocked paintwork off moving furniture and even accidentally lacquered some of my clothes in the wardrobe). Kamber and his brother, Arban, were amazing in their speed and efficiency, doing a fab job of the floors of two rooms and a set of stairs - repairing old creaky boards as they went. This family run company come highly recommended. Five star service - thanks everyone.

FSP recently completed a complete renovation of a large area of flooring in my house. From start to finish the service from the entire team has been excellent. They responded immediately to my request for a quote and came out to visit the site within a week. I had a written quote in my inbox by the end of the day they came. (I am still waiting for written quotes from the 2 other companies I requested quotes from). The team managed to fit me in within a month and maintained contact with me the entire time. They were always easy to contact and very polite. On the day of the work, the three gentlemen who came throughout the day were all polite, courteous and friendly. They completed the job quickly and carefully leaving virtually no mess behind. I could not be happier with the way they have transformed my floor. It is completely unrecognisable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I would 100% work with them again.

We used FSP to sand, repair and stain our entrance hall, and lounge diner which has original 30’s floorboards. They were flexible with the dates to suit my schedule and were able to do some additional filling of gaps at the last minute. The sanders arrived on time, were very professional, polite, respectful of my home and did an extremely good job. They explained what they were going to do, how long it would take and if I had any questions etc. and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The whole process was very good, from the person who booked it in on the phone who was very patient with my questions to the aftercare information I received. They even helped me out with some advice recently when my floor was scratched during a refurb when I was very grateful for. I would heartily recommend them.
