Gareth and his team installed and, a year later, completed a service on a new boiler. Gareth talked me through the options available for a new boiler in a way that was knowledgeable without being patronising. His team were polite, hardworking and very tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Flush Heating.

Gareth provided a very quick response when my tenant reported an issue with a boiler. A replacement was needed and Gareth undertook this work very quickly and professionally. I also use him for annual gas safe checks. Highly recommended.

First up all of the people you deal with at Flush are just very nice, pleasant and know their stuff. Always helps. Most importantly the work is top notch. Thorough, attentive, considerate, and they clean up well afterwards. As I work in property I have access to many gas engineers yet I choose to use Flush when it comes to my own property, which says a lot.

Selected Flush from the Which list of approved installers initially on 23 March 2023 by 21 April 2023 it was completed, time of works was estimated as 3 days and completed by 3.5 days (5 out of a possible 5 ticks in my book). Gareth Evans visited and explained what was possible and listened and answered all my questions of which I had loads. He promised a quotation by the weekend. I have a one-bedroomed flat ex-council flat with an old backboiler and gas fire on the wall. From my shortlist of 3 companies I would say, I had consistent responses within good timescales and that Flush was the best (5 ticks). The quotation was to fit a new boiler and remove cold water tank in the attic, remove excessive pipe work, remove hot water tank in cupboard, closing the hole in the wall behind the gas fire, add an additional radiator to the system and all ancillary works appropriate. The quotation was the most detailed of the quotations I received (5 ticks). At the start of works I was introduced to Paul who started work and worked full-on. By the end of day two Paul was able to leave me with knowledge of how to operate my new system and the heating and hot water were working (5 ticks). Just in time for my hot bath in my toasty warm home, bliss! At the end beginning of the 3rd day, I had a walk-through with Gareth and we discussed the final snagging points. By 13:00hrs I knew how to maintain my warranty and new equipment. Well done from me, thanks again Team Flush.

We have used Flush 3 years running to service our combi boiler and have always been impressed with the service given. The engineers are knowledgeable and competent. The first time we used them in 2019 Adam was able to fix a longstanding worrying and intermittent fault. Since then our boiler and hot water system has run exceptionally well and we have had no problems with the the boiler Flush has serviced it every year since and have been more than happy all the engineers and their work.

We have used Flush Plumbing for around 10 years. They have kept our cranky old heating system (installed by someone else) working in that time, often responding at short notice. They are very responsive. The team is very considerate. They do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Gareth and his team for over ten years. In our old house he personally looked after the boilers and central heating system as it was so complicated (4 light industrial boilers and a swimming pool…) He and his team also renewed the plumbing and pumps to a dilapidated Victorian fountain. We had tried other plumbers before but none were up to either task. Down the years his team have also done many everyday plumbing jobs and done them well. In our new house his team have fixed boiler problems and installed a new shower in one of the bathrooms. Gareth and his team are polite, honest, reliable and know what they’re doing. We trust him and have no hesitation recommending Flush when anyone asks ‘do you know a good plumber?’

I have used Flush Heating and Plumbing for over 10 years. In this period they have maintained and replaced items within my central heating system to a high standard, and also installed a full combi boiler / central heating system in my son's flat during a complete refurbishment. Flush has also completed 3 bathroom installations, 2 in a flat we own in Balham, and third in my son's flat which was re-plumbed from scratch. In each case Flush were a pleasure to deal with; their attention to detail and the quality of their work is excellent (hence the repeat business). Perhaps as important is their customer service; the Director is always available to answer queries, or check on progress, and if there are any difficulties in the project these are honestly discussed and resolved. Each project has been completed to time and to budget, and the management of any sub-contractors is well-managed by the Flush team. I would unhesitatingly recommend Flush for both maintenance / repair jobs and for larger projects. They care about their reputation.
