We had only a small problem of a water stain appearing on the ceiling. Gareth identified the issue very quickly and arranged to return within a couple of days to fix. All done with a minimum of fuss and pleasant to deal with.

Gareth came around to discuss what was needed, he was on holiday but organised for his colleague Paul to come to do the work. Very professional and efficient service, and Gareth came back after his holiday to finish everything off. Would definitely recommend.

I found Gareth as he was recommended by Keston as an approved installer. My boiler broke down in January during one of the coldest weeks. Gareth came on the same day I called. He sent me a quote that evening. I confirmed the next day and he came to install my new boiler the following day. He was on time, tidy and very professional. He did what he said he would do. There were no bad surprises. His price was very competitive. I would use Gareth again and have already recommended him to a friend.

Used Flush Heating recently when having a problem with the boiler. Gareth and his team (Paul) were extremely helpful and sorted out a big problem we had (freezing house, no hot water and 3 young children !!). The bit that helped most was the honesty and professionalism. It did result in having to have a new boiler but clearly that was the only solution and we didn't have to have a long drawn out process to get to what the required solution was. When it was installed, Paul (the fitter) was great, a Man U fan to boot, and got it filled with some extra bits done as well. An excellent experience.

Gareth came by and gave me a quote for a cracked exterior waste pipe on the Tuesday and by Friday, a new pipe was fitted. Paul the plumber was polite and very tidy and his work was excellent.

Gareth was very fast in responding, to what for us was a small crisis, and provided a competitive quote and quick turn around times. The work was then completed according to schedule and on budget. Gareth has serviced my Valiant boiler for several years now, as well as dealing twice with valve related issues associated with the boiler. I can thoroughly recommend him. He sorts out any issues thoroughly and efficiently at a reasonable price. His firm also last year sorted out a leak from a bath pipe again efficiently and for a reasonable price.
