Foogle Roofing and Refurb

Twenty years since I last sought a roofing company for an 80sqm, 5 storey block of flats with a flat roof. It was winter and damp showing up in the top floor. Altogether, I was nervous. The old flat roof looked sound, but the guttering didn’t. Scaffold needed … so, as well as a new flat roof and repointing of the chimney stacks, etc., it was a chance to improve Energy Performance with 100mm additional insulation. Four roofing companies invited to tender, Foogle chosen. Their estimate was comparable but, crucially, having met both surveyor and boss, I’d a feeling that doing a job well was important to Foogle. Their original estimate excluded scaffold for which we agreed a budget, they arranged and I paid (no mark-up!). They also looked after the local authority building controls. The job started in a none too pleasant January and I sat back waiting for my contingency budget to be eroded. Barring one visit from an emergency plumber, to fix a leaking pipe, I needn’t have worried. Job done, on time and to budget. The contingency was switched for Foogle to repoint elevations while the scaffold was up. My tenants appreciated their courtesy. Jeanette, boss, kept me informed, regular updates and photos. A highly professional job. Recommended? Absolutely.

Jeanette and her team have just completed a project to repair our pitched roof and replace a flat roof. After numerous issues with other roofers over the past 3 years, Jeanette has been a breath of fresh air. She has coached us through each step of the process including the building regs application and we’ve finally ended up with a roof that meets regulations and with an insurance backed guarantee. Yet to use their services however spoke to Jeanette - lovely people who know what they’re doing. Recommended me to a surveyor who works with them who I need onboard before starting any work. Surveyor was great. Attended property and we are awaiting our report.

Called less than a week ago worried about a hole in my roof and they were around within hours to inspect and then fix. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Jeanette from Foogle Roofing has just finished replacing the roof above 1500 square feet of my offices above my factory in Wembley. It was a huge operation carried out on some days in the rain and her staff worked under canopy and brought in floodlights to work into the night to finish the work in 2 weeks rather than a month as the ceiling was open and exposed to the elements and workers were operating below in the offices. Her staff were extremely helpful and experienced and carried out the work to a really high standard. Jeanette’s knowledge about industrial roofing was invaluable and I would highly recommend her and Foogle to carry out roofing work on any building and I am happy to let anyone come and see the quality of her work and the finish. They cleared everything away using 4 skips and left the surrounding areas afterwards neat clean and tidy. Just use them if you want roofing work done to a high professional standard.

The Trader was engaged for Roofing work. The work was completed before agreed time schedule and price agreed. The Trader was very helpful and visited my property twice after the work done to make sure there are no leakages from the roof. The Trader provided excellent service and I am very satisfied

We had some issues with our buyers and Jeanette was able to get everything sorted with a structural engineer and the corrections to the works for the council in less than 5 days ! Astounding work! They was extremely knowledgeable and their staff accessed my roof to correctly assess its condition, thier advice was invaluable and they was able to offer a full service including plans and dealing with the local authorities building control for the replaced the annexed roof and with their recommendations for maintenance for the main roof rather than replace it saved my a lot of money. Our roof started leaking with heavy rain and needed fixing immediately. Got their number through a friend and they came out next day and we agreed a price for fixing/replacing damaged parts of roof and they completed the repairs in time and they did good job. Work men were courageous too.
