Replaced 2 wooden doors and a wooden window frame to garage with UPVC units. Work carried out satisfactorily, but we have had problems with quality of one of the doors. Paint bubbling up and all hinges very noisy even after lots of WD40 applied for at least 12 months.

We had a 5m x 4m Garden Room installed by Ben and his Team. From estimation to installation it was a great experience. The build quality and attention to detail is amazing and we are so pleased with the final product. Ben and his Team were excellent and very tidy and went above and beyond. Ben was on hand to deal with the Plasterer and Electrician when they did their work to make sure it was completed as required. I would highly recommend this company for Standard of Work, Professionalism, Cleanliness and for keeping to deadlines and quote. The finished product is outstanding.

Fantastic service from survey to installation. All installed on time and very professional installers, clean and tidy every day. Made great difference to our home and very competitive pricing for quality of product would definitely recommend.

We are so pleased with our new HUP lean to extension - Ultraframe construction with much wall glazing, bi-folds, and glazed roof panel. Forest Edge are a really professional outfit, completing the foundations, erection and finishing amazingly quickly. Took on board our requirements accurately, coordinated with "UltraFrame" designers/manufacturers, and executed the the work perfectly. I strongly recommend this company if you want modifications to your home. Just give them the keys and take a couple of months holiday. Darren and Gordon from Forest Edge did a wonderful job with the windows and doors and great to have around. I went with this trader so the work would be hassle-free with the idea that I would not have to chase … The whole job was quoted at 2 days work with all trades coming together at the same time (So with a hectic life I allowed my time for these two days ) as the rest of my time was hospital-based…this did not happen ( builder and plasters had not synced diaries with Forest Edge or Visa Versa for the same days ) I found this very stressful. I had to do more chasing than I thought but in the end we got there! The quality of doors and Windows appear excellent.

Forest edge completed our ultraframe conservatory in 2022. The product is excellent. It is a fabulous addition to our house and opens up our kitchen straight onto the garden. The aftercare from this company has been exceptional. Whenever we have had any issues they have come out immediately to help and remedy the problems swiftly. It really has been excellent.

We are very pleased with the results achieved by Forest Edge Home Improvements. The solid replacement roof not only looks very good it is much more heat efficient than the original roof. What was a add on space is now part of our house. All the staff, fitters and contractors employed on the project were extreamly proffesional and we would like to thank them all for doing a great job.

After recently purchasing my new house I decided to replace 5 of the windows and frames along with new window sills as they were looking tired and not working effectively. Within 48 hours from my initial enquiry i had them round to discuss the options they could offer etc. Everything was explained in detail and at no point did I feel pressured into going ahead with any of their services. When it came to the installation date the fitters that came were fantastic, very professional and worked in a clean and tidy fashion. The finished product exceeded my expectations, the quality of the product and service is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting home improvements.

We have just had our old conservatory fully replaced with Hup walls, roof, guttering & bifold doors. From the initial quote through to the finished project we have nothing but praise for Forest Edge. Neil is a very knowledgeable salesman who really stood apart from others we had around to quote, spending time explaining the process & materials. Being able to visit a showroom was extremely helpful too! The price for the project was better than we expected, with the option to spread the cost using a finance deal. We ended up having 3 windows replaced too, adding it onto the finance. Jay & Danny installed our new building, & were really friendly, always on time & professional. Sam the electrician & Danny the plasterer (+ their apprentices) were equally brilliant. I would highly recommend all of them! James & Simon, and the guys who fitted the windows, were also fab! We have found the Hup system ideal for several reasons: Unlike traditional builds, there was no need to check the existing foundations, & the quoted price was fixed with no nasty surprises mid-build. It could be designed with windows /doors wherever you like. It took 2 weeks from start to finish, there was minimal mess/dust, it can be built in nearly all weathers, there's no risk of rising damp etc. Once plastered you'd never know it wasn't brick! I have already recommended Forest Edge to others & would have no hesitation using their services again.

From the scaffolders to the sales person we had a lovely team of gents working for us, especially the site manager Simon, who was outstanding in his role. We started in November with terrible storms, but the team worked hard to make sure we were 'water tight'. We were delighted with the end result, thank you to all the team and we would recommend them.
