We are so pleased with our new HUP lean to extension - Ultraframe construction with much wall glazing, bi-folds, and glazed roof panel. Forest Edge are a really professional outfit, completing the foundations, erection and finishing amazingly quickly. Took on board our requirements accurately, coordinated with "UltraFrame" designers/manufacturers, and executed the the work perfectly. I strongly recommend this company if you want modifications to your home. Just give them the keys and take a couple of months holiday. When you come back, you will not be dissapointed, you will be delighted. Well done Forest Edge and thank you.

Darren and Gordon from Forest Edge did a wonderful job with the windows and doors and great to have around. I went with this trader so the work would be hassle-free with the idea that I would not have to chase … The whole job was quoted at 2 days work with all trades coming together at the same time (So with a hectic life I allowed my time for these two days ) as the rest of my time was hospital-based…this did not happen ( builder and plasters had not synced diaries with Forest Edge or Visa Versa for the same days ) I found this very stressful. I had to do more chasing than I thought but in the end we got there! The quality of doors and Windows appear excellent.

Forest edge completed our ultraframe conservatory in 2022. The product is excellent. It is a fabulous addition to our house and opens up our kitchen straight onto the garden. We are very pleased with the results achieved by Forest Edge Home Improvements. The solid replacement roof not only looks very good it is much more heat efficient than the original roof. After recently purchasing my new house I decided to replace 5 of the windows and frames along with new window sills as they were looking tired and not working effectively. Within 48 hours from my initial enquiry i had them round to discuss the options they could offer etc. Everything was explained in detail and at no point did I feel pressured into going ahead with any of their services. When it came to the installation date the fitters that came were fantastic, very professional and worked in a clean and tidy fashion. The finished product exceeded my expectations, the quality of the product and service is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting home improvements.

We have just had our old conservatory fully replaced with Hup walls, roof, guttering & bifold doors. From the initial quote through to the finished project we have nothing but praise for Forest Edge. Neil is a very knowledgeable salesman who really stood apart from others we had around to quote, spending time explaining the process & materials. Being able to visit a showroom was extremely helpful too! The price for the project was better than we expected, with the option to spread the cost using a finance deal. We ended up having 3 windows replaced too, adding it onto the finance. Jay & Danny installed our new building, & were really friendly, always on time & professional. Sam the electrician & Danny the plasterer (+ their apprentices) were equally brilliant. I would highly recommend all of them! James & Simon, and the guys who fitted the windows, were also fab! We have found the Hup system ideal for several reasons: Unlike traditional builds, there was no need to check the existing foundations, & the quoted price was fixed with no nasty surprises mid-build. It could be designed with windows /doors wherever you like. It took 2 weeks from start to finish, there was minimal mess/dust, it can be built in nearly all weathers, there's no risk of rising damp etc. Once plastered you'd never know it wasn't brick! I have already recommended Forest Edge to others & would have no hesitation using their services again.

From the scaffolders to the sales person we had a lovely team of gents working for us, especially the site manager Simon, who was outstanding in his role. We started in November with terrible storms, but the team worked hard to make sure we were 'water tight'. We were delighted with the end result, thank you to all the team and we would recommend them.

I was very pleased and totally satisfied with the work done by Forest Edge Home Improvements who completed repairs to my roof this week. In particular I was impressed by Ben Kemp, their flat roof specialist who carried out the work. The design and construction quality was excellent, performed with great care and attention to detail. Ben took photos at every stage so that I could see the work done as it progressed as well as the finished job which I personally inspected. My house is 74 years old and developed a rainwater leak in a flat roof covered with felt surrounded by tiled pitched roofs on 3 sides. The repair was not easy and required new decking, replacement of felt with Firestone Permaroof rubber sheet (much stronger and durable than felt), replacing, cutting and installing a lot of new tiles to achieve a custom fit. The leak occurred end November 2023 and Forest Edge started work 15th January 2024 completing it in a day and a half. I fully recommend Forest Edge for similar work and will always try to obtain a Which Trusted Trader for any other projects in future.

New floor to ceiling windows and French doors fitted in the lounge and French doors fitted in the kitchen. The work was completed to budget and a tight schedule to complete work before Christmas. Good showroom with knowledgeable sales staff offering quality products at a fair price. Good communication throughout. Excellent support from all staff. Fitters were extremely helpful and pleasant. Kept disruption to a minimum and kept everything clean and tidy. Manufacturing fault with one set of French doors. This was immediately corrected with a new set of doors with staff going above and beyond to ensure everything fitted satisfactory to a tight timescale before Christmas. Excellent customer service and support.

Forest Edge transformed our house, we had a new front door, beautiful grey cladding to replace our old wooden cladding and a new balcony floor Ben gave us a very detailed quotation for all the works to BA carried out Steve and Rob who carried out the cladding were excellent, you can tell they take pride in their work. They turned up and tidied every day they were here We are absolutely delighted with their work I would definitely use Forest Edge again for other home improvements

My installation had all the makings of a nightmare, retail shop in Brockenhurst, pavement directly outside, two very large bay windows and customers inside whilst the installation took place! I have never left a review before, but this company deserves one, from the moment they arrived to the moment they left, I couldn't have hoped for better service, more consideration for the location they were working in, or professionalism. Each day, they were 100 percent aware of everything that could be an issue, at the end of the day you would never have known they had been there, cleaning both inside and outside. I'd like to personally thank Darren, Gordon and Simon, the fitters and site manager for being meticulous and working so carefully, I'm blown away with the end result, have had so many complimentary comments already and would recommend this company to anyone!

This is the third piece of work completed by Forest Edge. (i) guttering replacement and new roof over the back door (ii) conservatory replacement roof and most recently (iii) sorting out a complex leak involving a flat roof. On all occasions, the service provided by Forset Edge has been excellent and I would have no hesitation in going back to them for future work. The staff are friendly and helpful - they know their stuff. They identify and sort out the problem with the minimum of fuss. This last job has complicated as two different problems were responsible for the leak. They just kept going until it was sorted and finished. Top class

Used for two projects: 1 - Replacement of Front Door to Solidor fitting. 2 - Conversion of Conservatory roof from double-glazed to a Supalite solid roof. Work was completed to spec/quote in a professional manner. FEHI provided experienced tradespersons, and they and the sub-contractors (electrician and plasterers) all worked diligently and efficiently. Very pleased to see that they all worked without distractions such as frequent use of mobiles (other than was necessary for the work) and remained focused on the job to complete in a timely manner. Job finish was good, as was wanted, and site tidied after completion.

I had some recent work completed on my bungalow including guttering and repair of a flat roof completed in two parts. The team was excellent, arriving on time and keeping me informed on progress. Very neat and tidy while working and when finished. Really courteous and very helpful. Showed me pictures of the work on the roof as it was progressing and the final roof sealed. We are so glad that we asked Forest Edge to build our extension! They were able to take our ideas into action and faithfully translated them into the building design. At every stage; from design, foundations through to final build; they worked efficiently and effectively and whether contractors or part of the in-house team, they were fantastic to deal with. Despite the backdrop of Brexit and other issues, the build proceeded well with no major issues or delays. Simon and John project managed it well, keeping us informed every step of the way and doing everything with good humour. We are delighted with the final outcome which has exceeded our expectations! We had a large bay window plus two other units fitted. Good sales service and updates on supply/fitting dates, the guys did a great job fitting units, very helpful and left site clean and tidy. Also good after sales service as we have a few defects on the glazed units which were replaced without question also kindly matched some handles on our other windows. I contacted Forest Edge about replacing my old conservatory and some windows, and from the get go they were quick to respond, very helpful, professional and friendly - a refreshing change after getting nowhere and a complete lack of communication from several other companies. The support provided at every stage of the process was excellent, and everyone I spoke to and dealt with at Forest Edge were really friendly. I was given a clear timeline of when things would be done with a clear budget and they coordinated everything - fitting windows, doing the electrics and the plastering. Although there were a few unforeseen delays, they kept communication up the whole way through and still completed all the works on time. The work was all completed to a very high standard, and I can't speak highly enough of the teams who came out to replace the windows and conservatory. The support from the main office team was also excellent and they were very quick to answer any questions I had. Their level of knowledge and suggestions about how best to redesign the conservatory was invaluable, but the stand out thing for me was how easy it was to communicate with them and how friendly and helpful everyone was. The end product looks great, and I've had numerous compliments on how great the conservatory and windows look, and would recommend Forest Edge to anyone - 10/10 service.

we had six windows, porch, conservatory windows and 3 doors replaced by Forest Edge and we had excellent service. This was all done as planned and done to budget. All employees of this company were excellent from sales persons, constructors, person who checked work and of course company owners. the doors and window fitters explained what they were doing and in which order. They said if they were going to be later in coming as they were picking up parts. Very good at customer service. The same with father and son who installed conservatory both could not have been nicer and very professional. Both teams cleaned up after themselves and wiped glass down after finishing. Again when small faults were found they phoned in to company and arranged a replacement. All this was done around Rosie our Dog!!! We are very pleased with the product. Yes we could have got cheaper but you get what you pay for and this product is excellent. The advise we had from salesperson was spot on. we are pleased with style of windows and front door. The conservatory roof has let so much light in so much better and no leaks! We have found the Bungalow so much warmer since havein g this work done. We did have a few snags some have been done and just a few to do as waiting for parts. We could not have been more pleased with product and service from this company and would use them again.

I have recently had bi-folds, windows, roof lanterns and a new front door fitted by Forest Edge home improvements. From choosing the products, measuring up through to the fitting, Ben and his team have been BRILLIANT! We are really happy with both the quality of the product and finish, it's really transformed our home! Throughout the process they have taken the time to explain everything thoroughly, given really good helpful advice on the potential options available, nothing is too much trouble. I'm not someone that particularly enjoys dealing with Trade, but it has been a refreshing experience dealing with such a professional and courteous company like Forest Edge.

FEHI installed replacement windows with brickwork and a new orangery. The work throughout both projects was extremely poor. We were left with bricks not installed for several days meaning we were open to the elements. We had broken glass in the windows which needed replacing and we have broken glass in the orangery door which needed replacing, the first time they came to replace the wrong unit had been ordered. There were multiple visits to rectify and re rectify. The orangery door needed several visits and adjustments to make it glide and close. The floor mix was too dry and is crumbling. We still have issues with the orangery and an agreement had to be made as we could not take any more site visits for FEHI to rectify. Apart from the workmanship, the communication was poor and we never knew when/if they were turning up. We were always made to feel stupid for raising and defects and really had to fight to get to a resolution. The orangery looks fine even with the outstanding issues but the joy has been taken away from us which is a shame.
