Forest Park Roofing fitted 8 Velux windows for us last week and the installation was seamless from start to finish. The windows look great but I was more impressed with how tidy they left each room after they had finished, you wouldn’t of even known they had been doing work in there. Urgent work was needed which Forest Park dealt with very quickly thank goodness. They came equipped with all materials, ladders etc and managed the job in one go. They have previously worked for us, managing to access a very tortuous tile repair despite the difficulty. A helpful approach at a reasonable cost.

Storm Eunice caused a couple of ridge tiles to come loose. Iain responded immediately to my call, and the work was completed within 7 days. In the meantime, we received regular updates with regard to timings. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Iain and his team are very professional and I will have no hesitation in using them again - I can't recommend them enough.

I have used this Company for other work before, and will use them again. They are very easy to deal with. They always seem to have plenty of work in their pipeline which in itself is a recommendation. They keep you informed up front about the progress of your job schedule and are very professional in what they deliver. They took complete control of the job including the work of their sub-contractor who removed the asbestos waste. I would recommend them to anybody who needs roofing services.

Forest Roofing gave an excellent service from day one. Having a bad experience with a previous contractor I was nervous, but contracting Forest was straightforward and a pleasure. The quote arrived speedily the same day and covered all we needed to know, very professional and clear. Communication was good and we were informed of an estimated start date, depending on the weather. On the day they arrived on time and ready to work. It only took a couple of hours to complete the job and all persons were tidy and polite. We are very pleased with our new Velux Window. We hope to use Forest again in the near future.

We have called in the services of Forest Park Roofing for a number of tasks over recent years. When looking for someone to do a simple job like fixing a slipped tile, you don't want hassle, uncertainty or complexity. Iain responded promptly with a quote, was clear that the timing was a little uncertain but kept me informed of his schedule without having to be asked, and then did the work charging less than his quote. When we first contact, Iain told us quite frankly it would be months before they could start work. This meant customers consider them first class. We waited and accepted their quotation (not the cheapest but an acceptable price) and we are so pleased we gave the work to them. Every thing was done with great care, they instructed their scaffolders to take care, and they instructed the skips to be placed on the road. The roofing work was done meticulously and without any disruption to our property even though they were replacing the roof. I don't normally give feedback but Iain and Chris were so wonderful we were so pleased we found them and give 5 star rating . Recommended one hundred percent. Forest Park Roofing visited to assess damage done when a large tile had slipped off a steep roof section due to a batten splitting due to water ingress through damaged cement at the side of a balcony where it meets the edge of the roof. Ian and his colleagues discussed the problem with us, assessed the work which needed to be done, giving us a time to do the work and a quote for the job. They turned up when they said they would, worked steadily and quietly to get the job done and were helpful and very pleasant throughout. We mentioned another issue on a different side of the roof and once the tile and batten had been replaced, along with another lower batten which they also found to be faulty, the cement removed and repaired, Ian checked and adjusted the tiled area to the other side of the roof as mentioned on initial visit, without need for reminder. He then returned a few days later to tidy up the cement which he had replaced at the side of the balcony and extended the gutter pipe for us which had caused water to drip down the cemented area of the balcony and roof. We were very pleased with the job done for us by Forest Park Roofing and felt that value for money for the service provided was very good. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I have had a leak in my bathroom for many years and despite many 'experts' attending at my home no one has been able to ascertain the source of the leak. I called Ian and within half an hour he had established the cause. He replaced a defective bathroom vent retiled the area of the roof around the vent and completed the work to my complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend Forest Park roofing too highly.

I would recommend this company without any hesitation for the following reasons: A timely response in relation to the quote. Excellent knowledge of their trade. Attendance on-site exactly as arranged. Work was undertaken in a highly efficient and professional manner. The outcome achieved was to a high standard. The bill was exactly as per the initial quote. We originally asked for downpipes to be replaced but then sprung additional work on them when they arrived. Their response was well beyond our expectations not only did they successfully replace the downpipes but also completed the additional work using ingenuity to complete the work. We were most impressed and would certainly use them again.

We had a small leak in our roof. Iain and Chris came out (squeezing us in between other customers) and had a look. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. I couldn't believe it! Brilliant service and very fair price. Recommended!

They seem to have great pride and professionalism in what they do. It's the second time I have used them and I would use them again and recommend them to others. They communicate in an easily understood non-jargon way and deliver exactly on what you agree. The work is second to none, and is carried out quietly and effectively. The working area is left clean and tidy.

We have used Forest Park Roofing for the second time. The first was replacing several velux windows on a previous property. The second, we purchased a brand new house with various defects in the slate tiles. We chose to use Forest Park Roofing to rectify the faults and pay them rather than claim warranty repairs. That may seem mad, however, the peace of mind knowing the work was done correctly was a no brainer.

On time, work to fit a replacement, solar operated Velux skylight and insect screen as near perfect as you can get. Insect screen fitted inside a light tunnel, Velux said it couldn't be done, well they did, and it works fine and looks good. came back twice to ensure all work done over two days, paint has to dry, before finishing, fully recommended.

Excellent work for the price quoted. Minimum disruption during week of very poor weather. Iain and Chris hard working, quiet (unusually with no loud radio!) and self sufficient. 2 very minor problems sorted out immediately.

Each year we have problems with seagulls nesting on our chimneys and making a mess, blocking gutters etc. We have tried several times to get builders to look at the chimneys and seagull-proof them, but nobody would do it. Access to the chimneys is quite awkward. Luckily Iain and Chris managed to come and look at our chimneys before the seagulls started nesting and have fixed plastic spikes up there....... Now, after many years, the seagulls are not interested in our chimneys! :-) Iain and Chris were polite, arrived on time and were very tidy and professional. Would highly recommend them. Could not fault them at all. Thank you for sorting out our seagull problem!

Forest Park Roofing were extremely good in responding to my request for a quote and were prompt and on time for all arrangements. We have had a number of repairs successfully completed by Iain and Chris. Their workmanship is good, they can be relied upon to tackle a range of roofing problems. They turn up on schedule, communicate well and are Covid compliant. Their quotations and final invoices tally so no surprises there. Site management and clearance is good. Importantly we trust their judgement and expertise within their trade and therefore have confidence in the outcome.

After being let down by two other roofers I was really grateful for the helpfulness and efficiency of Forest Park Roofers. We were also aware that they had done an excellent job re-roofing our property several years ago, before we bought it. They were clearly going to be our first choice for getting the windows serviced. Iain and Chris were very helpful and considerate throughout. The work involved was clearly specified. It was carried out neatly, tidily, and as specified. As a bonus, they sent us a comprehensive suite of photos of the re-roofing work they had completed several years ago - and which still features prominently on their website! We would have no hesitation in recommending this company, or in using their services again if required.
