Forest Park Roofing replaced a roof tile, cleaned our gutters, some of which are pretty inaccessible! and replaced a Velux window roller blind. All efficiently carried out, and friendly too.

Iain and Chris were very prompt in looking at the repairs and quoted as requested. Very impressed with all explanations and repairs. Quick to respond and schedule works in. Polite, concise and trustworthy... would recommend without a doubt.

After replacing two Velux bedroom windows earlier in the year, we asked Forest Park Roofing to revisit us to replace two further Velux windows in our bathrooms. Again the work was carried out in the agreed timescale and on budget. Their standards of work are excellent and in our opinion go way beyond normal expectations, in room preparation, execution and cleanliness.

We have had a number of repairs successfully completed by Iain and Chris. Their workmanship is good, they can be relied upon to tackle a range of roofing problems. They turn up on schedule, communicate well and are Covid compliant. Their quotations and final invoices tally so no surprises there. Site management and clearance is good. Importantly we trust their judgement and expertise within their trade and therefore have confidence in the outcome.

Forest Park Roofing serviced 5 Velux windows for us. We were aware that they had Which? Trusted Trader accreditation, and were also approved Velux installers. We were also aware that they had done an excellent job re-roofing our property several years ago, before we bought it. They were clearly going to be our first choice for getting the windows serviced. Iain and Chris were very helpful and considerate throughout. The work involved was clearly specified. It was carried out neatly, tidily, and as specified. As a bonus, they sent us a comprehensive suite of photos of the re-roofing work they had completed several years ago - and which still features prominently on their website! We would have no hesitation in recommending this company, or in using their services again if required.

Forest Park Roofing were extremely good in responding to my request for a quote and were prompt and on time for all arrangements. They were very clear in all communications wether by text, email or phone. Pricing and quotes were clear and did not deviate from what was agreed and the finished job is excellent. We originally asked for downpipes to be replaced but then sprung additional work on them when they arrived. Their response was well beyond our expectations not only did they successfully replace the downpipes but also completed the additional work using ingenuity to complete the work. We were most impressed and would certainly use them again.

From the first contact with Iain I was impressed with his professional approach and customer service. He is understandably busy so we had to wait a few months for him to start work, but I would have waited longer. Iain was recommended to me by a family member who has used his roofing services a number of times and knew what great service, and honesty, we would get from him. Having moved into a house, we had noticed a number of leaks into our kitchen and wanted some advice on what options were available to us. Iain surveyed the property and detailed four different options available to us, with varying price points and at no point were we felt pushed into the more expensive options which was so lovely. From contacting Iain to the new roof being completed, the whole team have been amazingly professional and they fitted us in to have the job done so quickly (around the wet weather) so we could not be more pleased. Forest Park Roofing repaired two dormer roofs, repointed a boiler chimney flu stack and carried out miscellaneous tile repairs on my chalet style house. These repairs were non-urgent and the company had been recommended to me by a friend. When surveying the job Forest Park provided much useful advice on repair options/costs and helped me settle on a proposed scheme of work that was not the most expensive but met my expectation in terms of budget and longevity. Iain and his team of four arrived onsite on time and on schedule. The work was completed as planned within the quoted time window. Quality of workmanship was high and I was consulted/informed at all times during the course of the work. I highly recommend this company and owners for professionalism, quality of work and friendly, helpful manner in which they conduct themselves. This firm was professional in quoting for the job and providing supporting information on competency, insurance liability etc. On completion I received full certification and warranty documentation for work completed.

The job was to replace the battens and tiles on a house over one hundred years old, stripping insulation from the tiles and replacing loft flooring and increasing insulation. I have used Forest Park Roofing before and know of their well deserved reputation. The specification was altered somewhat by me as work progressed. The final price matched the original estimate given various uncertainties in an old house. Our property is in a prominent position in an area used by dog walkers. They and our neighbours, one of whom is a builder, have all commented as to how lovely our new roof looks. From my point of view the whole rather complicated job from planning through to tidying up, cleaning the fascia and picking tile fragments from the lawn was very carefully done. Iain steered me through the choice of tiles and method of fixing, treated the woodworm and strengthened rafters where necessary. The tiles that were reusable were sold on to a reclamation yard and an appropriate sum credited to me. The finish around the outer tiles fits in nicely with a house over a hundred years old. Iain & Chris Bowers at Forest Park Roofing left nothing to chance and left us with a lovely roof with which we are delighted. I can strongly recommend them.

We had to replace part of the roof and repair the chimney. We have been satisfied from the start with the initial quotation to the completion of the job. Professional and friendly. Would recommend without hesitation.

Iain and his team communicated well, carried out the work in a professional and timely manner. While I have not used Forest Park Roofing before, I would not hesitate in using them again. In completing the work they placed equal importance on tidying up and providing photo records of their work along the important guarantees.

Our house is a high-end holiday let on the coast of Dorset. It's crucial that everything is top grade and all the facilities are working. First impressions are therefore important. With different groups occupying the property, it is almost inevitable that things will break or go wrong. We have called on Iain's services many times, particularly in connection with our Velux blinds and windows: blinds get stuck or, more recently, break altogether, windows are jammed etc. Iain has always been able to fix our problems and at a price which is fair. He also understands our business, being willing to time his visits in between client bookings and to complete the work before our next guests arrive. As we live some distance from the property, we often cannot be there when Iain is doing the work. We arrange for him to have access and then it's over to him until he finishes. I regard him as completely trustworthy. We were lucky to find him!

The work undertaken by Forest Park Roofing fell into two categories - two Velux blind replacements, and a roofing issue that needs some professional attention. Iain was very accommodating regarding measuring and fitting them to suit our availability, despite being so busy himself. The blinds are up now, and are exactly what we needed. After inspecting the roof, it has transpired that this is a much bigger job, but Iain has explained it all very clearly, and we're confident about him being able to fix it in the next few weeks.

We have used Forest Park Roofing on several occasions over the last 3 to 4 years. They have fitted a glass roof, sun tunnels and also replaced guttering. The latest work undertaken was fitting a velux window into an old cottage roof. The work was completed without issue and all required building regs organised. Excellent work guys, you will be getting another call when more work is required.

We have employed Forest Park Roofing on at least 7 occasions over the last 4 years. . The jobs have included tracing leaks and rectifying poor workmanship by other contractors on the roof of a new church hall, restoring the roofs on two semi derelict farm buildings, installing velux roof windows and a sun tunnel on a residential property, and dealing with a difficult leak from a valley between two intersecting tiled roofs. They have had a 100% success record with all these jobs and are now definitely our preferred roofing contractor for any such work that we require . The two brothers that run the company also do the work and actually have to do what they promise. That includes timing and scope of work , so there are no misunderstandings. They are true roofing professionals with wide knowledge of new materials and techniques . They are also very considerate during a job when some customer inconvenience is inevitable, they keep to their priced quotations unless unforeseen circumstances intervene, and if these do arise they discuss the problem with the customer at the earliest possible stage. They are meticulous in their work and are a delight to deal with.

I contacted Forest park Roofing as we had a leaking roof in a holiday home. They came out very quickly, found the problem and returned the next day to fix it. They were both really nice chaps, very professional and knowledgeable and i would definitely use them in future for any roofing issues. Highly highly recomended!
