We had solar panels installed. Service was really good from start to finish, from design through to the installation and then post installation support. All has gone well, just the normal fine tuning, which was expected anyway. I received all the certificates that were required and proposal handover pack. Have already recommended them to a neighbour who is looking to get a similar job completed at their home.

I had a full heating survey done before having a heat pump installed. They changed 6 radiators and did a full upgrade to the heating system. The pre-work engagement was very good, answering all the questions about what to expect. The work was carried out to a high standard, and any snagging was handled by Fornax, enabling me to deal with only one party and get a high-quality engineering view on the fix.

The traders were very good and friendly. We had all new radiators and a Heat Pump fitted, water tank moved into the loft.

Fornax organised the installation of an heatpump systemic my house and provide ongoing support for maintenance and performance. My house is very old and I had no central heating - this made the installation complicated. Fornax coordinated the installation and commissioning of the system and without their work this would have not been successfully been completed. Sam in particular contacted me regularly to confirm how things were going and to offer support for any trouble shooting. Having this support made the whole process much less stressful and helped me with any technical questions on the system. Having someone in my corner for installing and using a heatpump who knows the technical side was really important and has meant that the system runs efficiently today. I found this especially useful because my heat pump was on a difficult property (old, no existing radiators) and it wasn't always straightforward. The ongoing support has been excellent and whilst I haven had any problems, knowing I have support available is really reassuring. I have found that the support has been personal and you aren't just a number in their system because they aren't a mass volume company. Would highly recommend them for anyone considering a heatpump.
