Fort Locks was established in 1994 by Kevin Carloni. With over 20+ years’ experience – there isn’t much Kevin doesn’t know about the locksmith trade! We wanted to change our locks and contacted Kevin first, as he had previously helped us with a stuck door. He was very responsive and was able to fit us in the next day (despite it not being an emergency). Kevin is extremely friendly in person, and we felt very comfortable dealing with him. I had an attempted break in and wanted to get some advice about security. Kevin arrived when he said he would. He was very quick to assess the security I had, the type of lock and its effectiveness. He was clear that he wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He advised me about added security should I want but Infact reassured me that I have good security already in place. He is clearly very knowledgeable and I recommend him without hesitation.

We managed to accidentally snap the key in our front door last night and I contacted Fort Locks first thing this morning to extract the key - he arrived within 2 hours (!!) and sorted it all out, and even fixed the stiff lock for us as well. This is the second time we've used Fort Locks now and Kevin has been fab both times - quick to respond, reliable efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

I emailed Kevin late on Saturday about the gearbox failing on our French doors. He called me on Sunday and attended in the afternoon, and fitted a new gearbox, tested and adjusted the lock and door. Kevin was easy to deal with and did a quick, clean job. We're very happy with him and his work and will use him again.

I lost the key to my shed with my tools. I called Fort Locks on Saturday afternoon, Kevin came out the next day, Sunday, at exactly the promised time. Cut the bolt with an angle grinder without damaging the shed, removed the lock and replaced it with one of the same size from his van. Whole job done efficiently and professionally in minutes. I've made sure I've kept his phone number for future use!

Front door wouldn’t engage lock, phoned Fort Locks and they were at my door within 2 hours. He removed the lock and the strip that goes down the door, no messing about to get parts etc, as he has a large van with all the parts, and the job was done in about 15 minutes. Very friendly guy. Can’t really get anymore reliable. Thank you.

I contacted Kevin at Fort Locks to help with 2 locks with snapped keys in my flat. He called me straight away to discuss the issue and we booked in a slot for him to attend a few days later. He sorted our snapped key problem in a matter of minutes and even sorted out our sticky front door on the way out for free! All communication with Kevin was prompt and clear from the outset. He accommodated my request without issue, clarified the job required and arrived on time to carry out work. He was friendly, smiley and knowledgeable and gave advice about a couple of other additional jobs which we told him about on the day. He kindly fitted them in too. He was quick and efficient at his job explaining the best locks needed and why. A neighbour, seeing his van, approached him too and he was amenable to taking a look at what help they needed before he left us. A trustworthy, respectful guy whom would wholeheartedly recommend.

Kevin from Fort Locks did an amazing job and I would recommend him to everyone! He was recommended to me by a family member and when I called, he answered straight away. Even though the job wasn’t urgent, he was able to recommend and order the right locks for my door, and booked me in for a couple of days after. He went above and beyond as it wasn’t the easiest job, due to existing issues with the door frame, but he took the extra time to make sure the locks were fitted perfectly. He was also very friendly, tidy and helpful. Thank you!
