4 Horizons - Abbey was great. Best electrician I have used and will never look for another expert again. Was incredibly patient when I explained the issues and he meticulously went through everything step by step. Without doubt one of the best and most trustworthy.

Quick to diagnose the issue, with a clear explantation of the options and associated costs. When it came to the work this was done quickly and efficiently, and I was even given a discount as the job was easier than anticipated. A nice guy too. Would highly recommend!

The electrician took time to explain exactly what he was doing and what the issues were. He was polite hardworking and effective. I felt that while others had given inflated prices , I was charged a fair amount. If I ever have another electrical issue I would definitely go to this company. They were head and shoulders above the others I spoke to.

Abbey from Four Horizons did a great job installing new sockets and a new consumer unit for me. They managed to sort me out at short notice, turned up bang on time, and left no mess. All round good tradespeople, I thoroughly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Abbey, to address electrical faults in my home, and I am delighted to say that Abbey's work was absolutely outstanding. I had a big rewiring job to do (half the property) and was fortunate to come across Abbey on the NICEIC website as local to me. He was very matter of fact, straightforward and no bulls**t (unlike some other electricians I had met who had tried to insert unnecessary additions to their quotes in order to inflate the prices). On top of this, he was obviously experienced and knew what he was doing, and was smart with it. During the work, he was thorough throughout and very personable, and happy to answer my many questions (I like to understand what is going on and learn a bit too in the process so I’m a bit “hands on”). Above all, I liked Abbey’s straightforwardness and feeling I could trust him. His quote was also among the most competitive. Because the job was reasonably large, he was accompanied by an assistant, and he was also nice. And easy to have around. Finally, last but not least, Marina in the office was excellent. Always prompt to respond to messages and very diligent in booking appointments, creating a schedule, and sending invoices and receipts, and any of the accompanying documentation. It was a pleasure working with such a professional outfit and I would definitely use 4Horizons again and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends & family.

I was really impressed with Four Horizons - from agreeing the quote on a Tuesday, the work was completed by Saturday lunchtime. The engineer, Abbey was great; he took the time to go through the works including the proposed materials and communicated everything he found while carrying out the work. Whenever there was a decision to make he talked me through the options first. The work was carried out quickly and tidily. The quote was also the best value of the ones I received.
