Owen is quick to respond to calls. He is friendly, polite and professional. You can see that he takes a pride in his work and is keen to satisfy his customers. Bad points, there are none. His charges are competitive, he gives 10% discount to O.A.P.s, there are no call out charges and charges are by the half hour thus potentially a lower charge on small jobs.
