We had a new window opening with lintel and a double glazed window. The quote was over 10 months old but they honoured their original price. They arrived when they said they would carried out the job with minimum mess, were extremely polite and helpful and cleared up when they had finished. The standard of workmanship was exceptional I could not fault it. The Building Control paperwork arrived the day after they had finished. I could not recommend Fox Home Improvements high enough. These are the builders you want in your home, basically, they are fantastic.

New conservatory built - Dean and Dwayne were helpful and knowledgeable at the selection stage, kept us informed as parts came into stock, were clean and tidy whilst works were ongoing, built to the budget with no extra costs, and were courteous throughout. We had many frustrating times over a very long period asking our Independent Backed Guarantee to properly repair leaks in our orangery. They were absolutely hopeless with many hours of arguing via e-mails about the unsatisfactory work they had carried out through their contractors. Someone recommended Fox Home Improvements Dorset Ltd. Dean and Dwayne promptly came out and quoted on significant repairs needed. Their quote was reasonable and we went ahead. Despite a slight hold-up in certain building materials which was not their fault whatsoever, they started much sooner than we anticipated. They always kept us informed of work schedules, were so professional and knowledgeable about the product and the problems, were always friendly and polite, and we can now finally relax with our new roof pod and water-tight orangery. The workmanship was excellent: we thoroughly recommend them. The finished product has already been admired by neighbours and friends alike. How refreshing to be able to rely and trust on a company these days! If only there were more people like Dean and Dwayne and their company.

Dean and Dwayne built a lean-to on the side of the house, we were so impressed with them and the work that we got them back to build a front porch and install cladding on the front of the house. The prices quoted for the work have all been very competitive. Great workmanship, the quality is excellent. So many neighbours and passers by have commented how good it all looks. Highly recommended and we are already planning another project for them to work on.

We had bi-fold doors fitted in place of our garage doors, which took place during Covid-19. Dean and Dwayne worked swiftly, safely and to a very high standard and their communication was perfect every step of the way. This build was started during Covid-19. Dean and Dwayne are very professional in their appearance, very tidy with their work. Kept us informed at each stage. Everything was completed to a high standard. They put a lot of effort into matching the bricks and tiles to the house which is perfect. The flooring of the porch was an extra job to lay quarry tiles. Dwayne made an excellent job of this which has given a very good finish to the inside of the porch. The work was completed to the agreed budget with a little extra for laying the flooring. Positive comments have been made by members of the public passing by.

Unfortunately our build, planned since last year, was interrupted by Covid-19. Dean and Dwayne made sure that the site was clean and safe prior to work halting due to lack of materials. During the lockdown period they kept us informed on what was happening and once they were able to start again we had good communication around some of the challenges faced. The Orangery has been built to a high standard and we are very pleased with the end result. During the build they kept a clean site, good communications and consulted with us over each aspect. They were always open to questions about aspects of the build and adapted it with a few small changes we asked for. We would use Fox Construction again for other projects and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Their quote was competitive and there were no hidden charges and it came to exactly what was quoted with a few previously agreed extras. Very happy with the price as it also involved a lot of ground and drain work.

We had 13 windows replaced over a 3 day period. The work was completed to a high standard. The cleaning up was done each day extremely well leaving the rooms spick and span. They worked with consideration as it was very cold , but only took one window out and replaced new glass before starting on another. I am disabled but there was nothing left around for me to trip on and warning was given when dust sheets were put on the stairs. The price we paid was the price as per the quote, with no extras and a guarantee of coming back if a problem developed from the work done. We would happily recommend this company to any of our friends.

We are very grateful for the quality of work. It was done within 3 days, both men working very hard from the morning till the end of day light. Very difficult conditions with frosty mornings and wind. All done without delay, precisely, with care for details. They also helped me with water bucket. Few days after very big rain came, no more leaks from gutters, all smooth and perfect. Good work, thank you so much!!!

Needed French doors and a window double glazed and their quote was competitive and also put through the door the next day so went with them. Very pleased with the service - came when expected and were very professional and friendly. I asked Dean and Dwayne to come round to give me a quote for replacing my window from a frosted window to a clear window as I was changing a bathroom into a bedroom. They suggested that I leave the window alone and just replace the glazing at a fraction of the cost. They carried out this work promptly and saved me a fortune in doing so. I had a bathroom converted into a bedroom and needed someone to replace the window in order to have see through glass. Dean and Dwayne came round to quote and suggested I leave the window alone and just replace the glass at a much cheaper cost.
