We replaced all our tired wooden windows in our period house (c.1760) with wood effect pvc double glazing (Evolution) We chose Fox Windows,who came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. From the start, John who was bidding for our business, demonstrated a high degree of expertise and knowledge togeher with an inexhaustable supply of patience. Always prepared to respond to further questions, John was also happy to bide his time whilst we were receiving quotes from other companies. He gave us the breathing space we needed as we determined pvc over wood. Equally helpful were the staff at Stoneleigh showroom. We almost had our own named chairs, such was the frequency of our visits as we teased out exactly what we were after. But if the staff felt at all frustrated by our apparent indecision, at no time did they show it Helen even dropped sample handles off at our house on her way home. Fox promised the installation process would be smooth and highly professional. They undersold themselves. Mike and Daz were simply fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they continually went the extra mile. Their work ethic was excellent, as was their continual cheerfulness and positivity across the seven days that they were with us. They were wonderfully supported by other Fox staff who were equally good. This has resulted in very happy customers who now have a house that has really benefitted from having had new windows installed. We can't recommend Fox Windows highly enough.

We had both our front- and back doors replaced. This is a very professional company and they don't play games when giving quotes like a couple of companies we had in beforehand. I had read the great reviews so I was a little surprised at how reasonable the quote was once received. (I had to chase up the quote, for which the company was very apologetic). I still don't like the fact that you have to pay 80% of the cost upfront (20% deposit plus 60% before the work is done), but they told me this was standard in the business now due to customers withholding payment due to unresolved issues. We had requested an installation date in December, but were then told February. The customer service is very good though and we were able to get a date just before Christmas after I called to query this. The quality of the work on the day was excellent and we are very happy with our new doors. There was one issue which was sorted out quickly and professionally and a slight mix-up on one of the doors which required a modification to the final invoice. Despite the odd misstep, this is a company that does excellent work and responds well to fix any issues quickly. I would use them again and when we need to get our windows replaced, they will be my first port of call.

Mike arrived promptly at agreed time was polite and courteous. Obviously took pride in his work and completed it to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble couldn't recommend highly enough, would be sure to use again

Fox have been a great company to do business with from start to finish. Great product knowledge from sales people and great showroom. Fitting of front and back door (CompDoor) was done by Shaun and Dan and their standards of workmanship were very high. Also great product knowledge explaining locking systems etc. They even went the extra mile and put our new house number up on the wall! I’d highly recommend Fox.

My front door is now double glazed and easy to maintain and in the colour and design of my choice. I have had lots of compliments about it and it suits my house very well. Fox windows have now completed the front bay windows, side windows and front door and I am extremely pleased with all of them. They found designs to suit me and the house, installed on time and without mess with friendly and helpful installation team.

We were recommended this company by word of mouth due to high standard of work .Having visited the salesroom the process was incredibley easey and all the staff were so lovely from salesmen to fitters.The attention to detail from sales to fitting of the patio doors and a beautiful new front door was second to none. The work was timely and the fitters were brilliant as it fell at a difficult time they were kind and so considerate to us all as a family.Would highly recommend this company as even though they were not local to us the service was second to none . So happy with the work they have done that will definitely be using this company again in the future.

This was the first time I have used Fox Windows but I would certainly come back to them again. Nothing was too much trouble for this friendly, professional team: from pre-sales visit, to survey, to the highly experienced installers who went the extra mile to ensure the end result looked perfect and to the excellent after care service team. The new large patio doors were installed promptly and look wonderful. This is a company that has customer service at its forefront and I would recommend them highly.

High end quality products at affordable prices accompanied by first class service. Would recommend them to anyone, big shout out to Steve and Charlotte and the guys that fitted it. Completely professional from start to finish. We will definitely use this company again once all our garden work has been carried out. Thanks to all concerned for a magnificent job!

We are delighted with our new windows as supplied by Fox Windows & Doors. All the men who came to install the windows and doors were extremely efficient and friendly.

Fox Windows installed my daughter's conservatory last year and I was so impressed with the quality of the structure that I decided to go ahead with replacing my existing conservatory, which was completed on 10 February. I am delighted with the result! Chris produced a wonderful design which perfectly matched my expectations and I was, once again, very impressed with the quality of the finished product. I could not fault Shaun and Darren's workmanship and professionalism and they were a pleasure to have around the house. Everyone was courteous and efficient, everything went smoothly and rapidly. I could not have wished for better service!
