When our boiler started to leak and had reached the end of its life, Andy came and sorted out the mess and drained the system. We were away when he came and installed a new condensing boiler so we missed the actual work but when we came home the house was warm, the water hot and everything clean and tidy (not even electricians little leavings). The installation was a good job, neat pipework and clean joints. He even came round in an evening to make sure we were happy with the controls and reprogrammed the times to suit us. First Class service and a First Class Job.

Frappell & Knight fitted a new gas boiler. We were quoted a price which was agreed and completed within budget. Date for fitting was agreed and was completed within time schedule. The team who attended were polite, respectful, and very tidy. They carried out the work with no fuss. We have just had our first boiler service completed 07/01/2020.
