Freeflo Pro carried out my most recent boiler service. Work was done thoroughly and efficiently as usual. I've been using Freeflo Pro for about 7 years and they always do a good job. They go above and beyond and are a great company. Would recommend to others.

Marvin at Freeflo has been our go to plumber for many years. We have always been pleased with his work, and his attention to detail. When we had an issue with a series of faulty shower pumps, Freeflo took the time to liaise with the supplier to get the job sorted and settled satisfactorily. Recently he replaced an old and noisy central heating pump. On the first inspection, rather than immediately suggesting a full replacement, he helpfully attempted a temporary fix, which would be far less costly, if it proved to be lasting. Unfortunately the problem returned soon after, so we agreed to have the pump replaced. In replacing the old pump, Marvin took time to show me why the pump was failing, and explain how it had become blocked and corroded, over time. During the same appointment, Marvin also fixed an overflow issue with the water tank, which involved access into the loft through an awkward crawl space. He took photos of the water tank on his phone and explained what the job involved before doing it. Both jobs were carried out quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption. We have not had any further problems since.

Marvin fitted a new boiler for us. Marvin knows what he's doing, everything is always left clean and tidy. Good knowledge of the work he's completing. Very efficient trader. Also usually commercially on some properties my father owns and Marvin always does a great job. Would recommend to others and have done anyway.

We had air locks in the system from a new radiator and Marvin fixed it all for us. Marvin carries out our boiler service annually and is always our go to guy. He's a nice guy, clean and tidy. Marvin always arrives quickly and will always try and fit us in when he can if it's a last minute job. Would recommend to others and have done in the past.
