I would absolutely recommend fresh-doors. Kris responded immediately to my initial enquiry, came to look at the kitchen when he said he would, was very professional and sent me a quote which was comprehensive and easily understood. The work to replace all my kitchen doors and drawer fronts was completed over the two days quoted and the work was done with the utmost care for my property. I am thrilled with the results.

We are very pleased with our kitchen & utility refurbishment and have received lots of compliments about it. Kris was very patient whilst we made our mind up about what we wanted! When the work started, Kris and fitter Steve turned up exactly when they said they would and were respectful, clean and tidy in their work. Steve is a lovely chap and obviously an experienced kitchen fitter. Kris has a great eye for detail and made suggestions for minor improvements which were appreciated. He was also happy to come back to do a little extra work which hadn’t been in the original plan. The cost was also very reasonable compared to a quote we had from another company. All in all we would highly recommend Kris and Fresh Doors.

With the doors and drawers of our Wren kitchen throwing off the outer layer and giving the kitchen a dilapidated appearance, all panels needed replacing, and after talking to several companies, my wife and I chose Fresh Doors to carry out the work. We were immediately impressed by Kris, who, as he would continue to do, turned up at the agreed time and offered a range of options. We were keen to achieve a top-quality bespoke kitchen, to which end we chose the painted wood option in a colour that matched the kitchen tiles. Nothing was too much trouble for Kris, who took great pride in his work, even to the extent of sourcing a part, rather than making do. I must at this stage confess to being someone who has built up and run family businesses, giving customers the service they needed, when they needed it. This is in direct contrast to Wren, who suggested that when a discontinued pull-out unit could not be supplied, a new kitchen was necessary. Even when I was able to find a solution costing £10 from B & Q, which even I, as an accountant, was able to fit, they weren't interested! Service is, in my opinion, absolutely essential, and Kris passes this test with flying colours. Well done, Kris! So I do speak from experience and can assure you that the end product has an appearance that matches the very best and is commented on by all who see it It is therefore with no hesitation that I recommend Kris and his company. Job: Kitchen Refurb consisting of supplying and fitting new cabinet doors, cabinet panels and trims, and Quartz worktops. Kris (Fresh Doors) was great, really helpful and provided an affordable quotation. His outwardly calm persona helped to make the overall experience easy and chilled (fitter-Steve was from a similar mould). Unlike other companies from whom I received quotes, Kris did not try to push his services on me, nor try to upsell, but did identify areas that I had overlooked. It was obvious, from my experience, that Kris is very familiar with the services and products he offers, and in kitchen design. He listened well and queried to be sure we got exactly what we wanted - helping us through the whole design phase. Very open and friendly. Very careful and precise. And he is clearly very selective with his suppliers and fitters, as both were excellent. We benefited from the full range of his experience having been in the kitchen refit business for some time now. Communication throughout was prompt and precise. And then during the fitting, when challenges came to light, he handled them all with grace and made sure we got the best outcome. I contacted Kris at Fresh Doors to request a visit for advice and quotation for replacement kitchen cupboard doors. From the very first contact he was helpful, friendly and efficient and understood exactly what I wanted. He visited and bought samples and gave advice on colour choices to make the best of my existing cupboards which I wanted to keep. His quotation was provided promptly and was very competitive. My new doors were installed a few weeks later, again the work was done efficiently, was of a very high standard and has made my kitchen look new again. I would most definitely recommend Kris and Fresh Doors without hesitation.
