Fullbore Drain Service

We had raw sewerage coming up from a drain on the patio and called Thames Water who did NOTHING! I then called Fullbore Drain Services who, after recommending that i dig the hole as that would nearly double the quoted cost, did the following after unblocking the drain to start with A main 150mm drainage line was severed and using British Standard fittings & couplings a new Y branch was installed this was set in ballast. The 100mm soil pipe currently serving the upper level w/c was also severed and once again the appropriate fittings used to re direct this pipe into the newly installed Y branch. A new 100mm heavy duty PVC pipe was then raised vertically to terminate just below surface level whereupon a secure rodding cap was fitted. The excavated area was subsequently back-filled to near surface level (i leveled it and relaid the patio slabs) They also carried out a CCTV scan downstream and determined that the main 150mm drain basically heads beneath the property making a direct connection with the local authority sewer. Steve and Craig were brilliant and I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone that wants ANY drain work done. They are polite, courteous, professional and efficient

I highly recommend Peter and Craig's service. They called the day after we contacted them and arrived on time. Both were very pleasant and they cleared two blocked manholes outside our block of flats knowledgeably, efficiently and enthusiastically for a very reasonable price. Peter also told us that they suspect a pipe defect and recommended a CCTV survey which they are going to undertake for us. .

I had problems on and off with flushing my toilet and it seemed to get worse by the day. I thought it might be the shallow gradient of the waste pipe and finally contacted Fullbore, trying to make an appointment for the following week. To my surprise they said they were just finishing a job about 2 miles away from where I live and could be with me within the hour and they were! I explained the situation and after briefly discussing the possibilities they set to work. They quickly realised that the main problem was scale in the WC bend. Craig, the son of the father and son team, tried tools first and finally his rubber-gloved hands to braek out lumps of scale. I was amazed but even more so that he did it as a genuine hands on job!! After he got all this stuff out he machined via the pan to the soil stack. After not much more than an hour they left but not before giving me some advice as to what I could do to prevent the scale building up from happening again. I was very happy to pay, what I considered to be a very fair price for the work they had carried out. What a great team. Highly recommended.
