Highly recommend this company. Fullers installed a replacement combi gas boiler in our flat. The initial service was excellent with a full investigation into the capacity of our shower in order to specify the correct rated boiler. The installation was on time, to cost and of excellent quality. The engineer was efficient and friendly completing the installation in a couple of hours and finally explaining the operation fully. Excellent!!

Fitted TRV's to radiators and installed a couple of motorised valves after replumbing. Very competitively priced compared to their peers a little more expensive than the independent plumber. Chose them because of their professionalism.

I obtained quotations from 3 local traders from the Which list' for new relocated boiler and new hot water cylinder. One of the recommended traders turned up and provided me with costs but I also wanted some builderswork and this took weeks to organise. The second missed two appointments. Fuller Heating were the larger company and their quotation turned out to be the best. They turned up on time and completed in the 4 days they specified, never leaving us without hot water and always clearing up. I would use this company again.

Fuller heating not only diagnosed the problem with the old boiler, they also put a temporary fix in place free of charge, their quote was well below that of British Gas and another company. Finally, they installed the new boiler professionally, left a tidy house. The installer was polite and knowledgeable. They then arranged for the guarantee certificate to be sent by the manufacturer. I am very impressed and will use them from now on to service the boiler.

Worked very hard to repair a small problem, which could have been very expensive if unrepairable. A bit pricey compared with others, but worth it.

Removed water tank, storage boiler, shower pump and boiler then installed new combi boiler. Some complications with design of the building conflicting with latest regulations solved with expert examination by Mr Fuller. Completed on time, on estimate with some nice extra touches that needed doing but were not specified by me, the customer. Workmanship (or do I have to be PC and say 'workpersonship') neat and tidy; no corners cut.

Sept 2008 they fixed a boiler breakdown the next day for £90 - Servowarm asked £240 and couldn't come for over a week. They have just done a very thorough annual service the day after I rang.

I had a new boiler installed at a different position in the house and the hot water tank and timer replaced. I am very pleased with the quality of the work that was carried out. Chris the engineer was very conscientious, efficient and clean and tidy. No problem with punctuality and he got on with the job very rapidly.

Replaced an old boiler in a difficult non-standard system. Understood from the start exactly what I wanted. Patiently solved every problem. Very professional, friendly, and tidy. They were not satisfied until I was. I'm sure that they can understand and cope with the most difficult systems.

I received a quote for a replacement boiler from four firms and Fuller was significantly cheaper than the others. Not only that, the person who came around identified the problem with the old boiler and fixed it temporarily free of charge. He seemed far more knowledgeable than the people from the other firms. The installers were friendly, intelligent in their approach to the installation, did a fantastic job and left our house tidy. They even removed a tiled surround for the pipework (the boiler is in our kitchen) so carefully that none of the tiles broke. I am very impressed.
