From start to finish, they worked incredibly hard and remained professional throughout. During the project, some unexpected structural issues with our roof were discovered. The team handled this brilliantly by providing clear information, including photographs and detailed explanations, which really helped us understand the situation. We always felt listened to and fully informed at every stage. We also had a few questions and preferences around the positioning of certain elements, such as the battery. Jayde, Cameron, and Thomas took the time to talk through our options and offered practical solutions that worked well for us. Despite the challenges, they put in a huge amount of effort to ensure the project stayed on track and wasn’t delayed. Their dedication, communication, and problem-solving really stood out. Highly recommend this team and we feel we made the right choice. Thank you Thomas, Jayde, Cameron and the rest of the team.

I dealt with Manjodh throughout the EV installation and was always kept informed about the different stages of the installation. Manjodh regularly checked to make sure I was happy with the process and was always polite and professional — a real credit to Fuse. The installer was also very friendly and kept the work area tidy while fitting the charger. I’m very happy with the job he did, although I’m sorry I can’t remember his name.

After some consideration we decided to purchase an electric car and undertook some research on charger brand and availability. Due to our electric supply coming to our house via an overhead cable we had concerns. Local installers were unable to visit for around two month which was for a survey only. We contacted Fuse who supplies our electricity and they could not have been more helpful and their price was competitive. We were asked to supply photographs of the installation from telegraph pole to meter and a video from the meter to our preferred location outside. Fuse gave us the OK to proceed and we were able to select our preferred installation date (about a week since placing the order). A problem did arise using Fuses method of payment which I think is due to my internet security provider’s security but this was resolved by Diya from Fuse. On the date of installation I got a call from Daniel on his arrival and work started immediately. Throughout the installation Daniel explained the process and reason for the procedure. On completion Daniel ran through the charging process and suggested ways of using the charging schedule. All in all a 1st class service from Manjodh, Diya and Daniyal of Fuse and Daniel their on the ground installer.
