Fuse Installations Limited

After some consideration we decided to purchase an electric car and undertook some research on charger brand and availability. Due to our electric supply coming to our house via an overhead cable we had concerns. Local installers were unable to visit for around two month which was for a survey only. We contacted Fuse who supplies our electricity and they could not have been more helpful and their price was competitive. We were asked to supply photographs of the installation from telegraph pole to meter and a video from the meter to our preferred location outside. Fuse gave us the OK to proceed and we were able to select our preferred installation date (about a week since placing the order). A problem did arise using Fuses method of payment which I think is due to my internet security provider’s security but this was resolved by Diya from Fuse. On the date of installation I got a call from Daniel on his arrival and work started immediately. Throughout the installation Daniel explained the process and reason for the procedure. On completion Daniel ran through the charging process and suggested ways of using the charging schedule. All in all a 1st class service from Manjodh, Diya and Daniyal of Fuse and Daniel their on the ground installer.
