From first contact to handover Ryan and his team were exceptional. We initially planned a roof installation but when the survey showed this to be impractical we requested a ground array. We have been very pleased with the communication, design, price, installation and efficiency of the panels and batteries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fusion Renewables.

Ryan and his team were an absolute joy from start to finish. Ryan kept us informed from the initial meeting to completion of the installation. Nothing was a problem. We had been thinking of having solar for some time and after our electricity company couldn’t meet our requirements we approached Fusion. Ryan explained everything that we would need and reassured us that his team would be able to achieve what we asked for. The team arrived when they stated and worked so efficiently, with courtesy and respect for our property, completing the full installation in just over three days. We are very pleased with the system and the whole experience has been easy and fitted to a high standard. The aftercare is second to none and we would highly recommend Fusion to anyone considering solar panels.

Very good service. Quick response to initial enquiry and helpful discussion about the requirements for a solar panel and battery system. Work started ahead of the initial timetable and was completed in 3 days and on budget. Following completion there has been good support with its use and information about the Smart Export Guarantee system. I have no hesitation about recommending Fusion Renewables.

A great experience from start to finish. 24 panels and a battery system installed in one day. Quick to visit the site and provide a very competitive quote that offered something a bit different from other local and national installers. Happy to talk through options and advise so that you get the system that suits you, without being pushy and trying to sell you something. Communication was excellent. Any issues were dealt with quickly and competently. The installation team on the day were polite, respectful, tidy, professional, and got on with the job with no fuss. The install looks fantastic and has been commented upon by others. I would not hesitate to recommend Fusion Renewables and will do so at any given opportunity. A big 'Thank You' to Ryan, Vicki, and the team.

Excellent provision of service from first enquiry to subsequent installation and post installation customer service. We are delighted with the solar panels , home battery and EV charger which have been installed. We were fully informed of the work undertaken and the time frame. Our requirements were conveyed and expert advice given. The installation was completed with no inconvenience and the area where the installation took place was immaculate on completion- a very tidy job. Communication has continued to be first class. As indicated we are delighted with the outcome and so pleased that, as subscribers to Which? we read the reviews prior to selecting Fusion.

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Fusion Renewables Ltd. From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently by Vicki. The technician was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and neatly. The installation of my Ohme Home Pro charger was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to have someone turn up when they say they will, carry out the work professionally and leave everything clean and tidy afterwards. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fusion Renewables Ltd to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and high-quality installation. 5 stars from me!

Fantastic experience all round with Fusion Renewables. Ryan spent lots of time and effort understanding what we wanted to come up with the best scheme design for our house. Installation from Ryan and the rest of the team then went very smoothly and he made sure we understood how the system and various apps worked before leaving. Plenty of support available when we initially struggled to get the car, charger and Sigenergy system working together. Would highly recommend.

I recently had solar panels installed by Fusion Renewables, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Ryan was especially helpful throughout—he took the time to guide me through every step, clearly explaining the options and making sure I felt confident in my decisions. His knowledge and approachability really stood out. The installation itself was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. The team was professional, reliable, and clearly hardworking—they got the job done with minimal disruption and left everything tidy afterwards. Overall, I’d highly recommend Fusion Renewables to anyone considering solar. Great service, great people, and a genuinely positive experience. Fusion would be my first choice and recommendation for any solar and electrical work.
