Decided to go down the solar and battery route, contacted a couple of national and a couple of local companies to see what they had to offer. Not only were Fusion very competitive in price their customer service was second to none, very helpful in answering any questions we had and kept me updated throughout. The job they have done is to a very high standard in my opinion, simple things like making sure all the gaps on the panels were exactly the same and the politeness of all on site. After the install due to other commitments I wasn’t here so Ryan came round on Saturday to talk me through the system and app, again using language a non electrical person could easily understand. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family.

We were supplied an EV charger from Ryan and the team. Nothing was any hassle and the job was completed to a high standard and on time. The price was very competitive for the charger supplied. We would definitely recommend Fusion to all our friends.

The work started on the planned day. All the work was completed and each area was left tidy and clean. The process was fully explained. The work was completed quickly and I was taken through the system at a pace which suited me. Very impressed and I would recommend this company.

Having approached a number of firms to provide our domestic solar panel requirements with disappointing engagement we were delighted to meet Ryan at a local sales event. From the outset we received all the right information, site survey and quote were prompt and we felt confident in accepting a favourable deal. 18 solar panels installed with battery. Fusion Renewables responded promptly to my initial enquiry with a personalised online estimate which set things out very clearly. Ryan then visited to finalise the quote and answer any questions, which he did in a friendly and knowledgeable way. The installation began 5 weeks later. The lone delivery driver had a problem when he couldn't get the pallet off his lorry, and had to unload everything separately. To his credit, he stuck at it on a cold rainy night, until everything was unloaded safely. Installation took a little longer than expected with heavy rain interrupting the roofers, but Ryan and Vicki kept us informed throughout. The roofers, along with Ryan and his colleague Darren, did their work efficiently and tidily. Ryan explained the installation and kept an eye on how it was working, and responded promptly to remedy a problem. The app to view the system was a bit tricky to install, but Ryan helped, and it only has to be done once. The quote from Fusion Renewables was very slightly higher than the other quotes I got from local installers, but Fusion came across as a reliable go-ahead company, and of course were a Which? Trusted Trader. I would have gone with them anyway, but an added bonus is that after conversations with me, Fusion Renewables have become a sponsor of Dumfries Table Tennis Club's top-level junior team!

Would highly recommend fusion renewables for any renewable energy needs you have. Top rate solar equipment supplied but at very affordable prices compared to other companies I had quotes from. Can’t believe how efficient they were at doing the work. Only a day and a half to complete. Would have been quicker if the wind hadn’t picked up making it to dangerous to be on the roof. Ryan is highly knowledgeable and friendly as is the great team he has. All email correspondence I had with questions were answered quickly by Vicki. Can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you.

We are thrilled with our system, which comprises of 22 solar panels, a 6kw inverter and two 5kw batteries. Ryan and Vicki are brilliant, always available to answer our numerous questions and very helpful and knowledgeable. From start to finish they took time to work out the best system for our needs and organised everything to create a stressless experience. The fitting team were lovely, very friendly, neat and tidy and were a real pleasure to have in our home and on our roof! Very pleased we found this company and would highly recommend them.
