I have had a solar panel and battery installation. They were very efficient and responsive to any queries or support requests I had.

We had 17 solar panels, a 5Kw inverter and 9.5Kw battery installed. The initial consultation and analysis of our optimum system was very detailed and professional. The scaffolders arrived as expected and carried out their work very quickly followed a few days later by the solar installers. The system was up and running within a day of installation, following the calibration process and performed as expected. The whole process was very detailed and the app provided does a great job of explaining how the system is working. We were anxious about finding a decent solar install company and we're glad we found Fusion-8

Fusion8 selected as preferred supplier to Hampshire County Council as part of contract in November 2022. Initial contact was made in early 2023 and survey completed. Bit of a gap until mid February when the build date was confirmed. A day before the contractor advised they would be attending at 0800 to commence works. They arrived promptly and commenced work straight away. Cannot praise the lads Nathan and James enough for their politeness and work rate. Once installed it has worked perfectly.

The installers were very professional and overcame any minor problems easily. They left me with a working installation, plus references to web sites which enabled me to get the best from the panels, battery and my energy supplier. Prior to the installation, their office staff were very helpful and they have a web site that is full of useful information about the sizing and options around the installation. They are always willing to answer any questions after the installation was completed. Overall, I am very satisfied with all aspects of dealing with Fusion 8.

After several quotes from companies that wanted to sell their preferred equipment I was fortunate to come across Fusion8,from an instantaneous quote to a follow up call at my preferred time the next day from Rob who listened to what I actually wanted installed. Everything is then handled via your online portal with live chat or if you wish pick up the phone and it's always answered along with any questions or queries that you may have. Scaffolding and installation was carried out on the dates agreed and both teams went the extra mile and all friendly and knowledgeable. The installation team hit a snag with the house earthing system and promptly found a solution without stopping the installation. The solar system which consists of a 4.65kw array over 3 roof faces and Givenergy Hybrid inverter along with a Gen2 9.5kw battery is working it's magic and with the good weather at the moment using Zero electric from the grid. Well done Fusion8 your a credit to the Solar industry and would highly recommend to anyone.

We took part in a local authority scheme to purchase/install solar panels and Fusion8 were their selected contractor. Once we'd signed the contract they kept us informed of progress and were generally very helpful. When the surveyor visited site he talked us through the installation and the various options. The crew turned up on time and finished on time.
