He was quick to respond, quick home survey and good, knowledgeable advice to provide our needs at a cost-effective, competitive rate. Tidy and friendly at all times during installation. Gerard, from Future CCTV, was an excellent professional. His knowledge of security systems was both reassuring and informative, which allowed us to customise the system to meet our personal needs. Our old alarm system was problematic and we contacted Future CCTV and Gerard responded promptly and arranged a visit to our home. We decided that in addition to upgrading the system we wanted to extend it to cover other areas. After our home visit, when all our questions were answered fully, we received a number of competitive quotes for various options, all being tailored to our individual situation, allowing us to make our final choice. On the day of installation the engineer Gerard arrived on time and all the work was completed as advised in a professional and efficient manner. We have even received follow up contact to check that all is well, continuing the excellent communication that we received throughout. I contacted Gerard about taking over the maintenance contract for my house alarm. He attended when he said he would and explained everything involved in taking over the contract ie transferring cloud access from my current provider to Future CCTV. He spent quite a bit of time inspecting the system and suggested and made changes which for a small contract I thought was excellent customer service. I emailed Future CCTV with initial enquiries and Gerard came around to look at what was needed and provided a quote very quickly. I had an old alarm removed, a new one installed and CCTV installed (residential property). Throughout Gerard was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Gerard arrived exactly at the time agreed and explained how long it would take him to carry out the work which involved putting in a new house alarm system. Throughout the morning, he was professional and polite.
