Our old alarm system was problematic and we contacted Future CCTV and Gerard responded promptly and arranged a visit to our home. I contacted Gerard about taking over the maintenance contract for my house alarm. He attended when he said he would and explained everything involved in taking over the contract ie transferring cloud access from my current provider to Future CCTV. He spent quite a bit of time inspecting the system and suggested and made changes which for a small contract I thought was excellent customer service. I emailed Future CCTV with initial enquiries and Gerard came around to look at what was needed and provided a quote very quickly. I had an old alarm removed, a new one installed and CCTV installed (residential property). Throughout Gerard was very easy and pleasant to deal with. First Future CCTV & Security Systems were our preferred contractors to upgrade our 10 year old CCTV system at our low secure hospital in Glasgow. This was completed within the agreed budget and short time-frame. The new system is light years away from the old system which it replaced - with 39 single camera's providing wider capture lens coverage of "at risk" areas and a picture clarity that has to be seen to be believed. Gerard demonstrated high levels of expertise and skills whilst quietly completing his work. Always courteous and efficient, his small team left the premises as they found it, cleaning up after themselves and filling in the wall holes left from the removed equipment. They are the most efficient and skilled contractors we've had on site in the ten years since we opened. I have no reservations in commending them to you for their high standard of work.

I had a problem with my alarm which had been fitted by another provider. Future CCTV came round the same day and resolved the problem, as well as servicing the alarm and making some helpful suggestions.

We had our house alarm system upgraded to "SMART" Gerard provided a thorough explanation of the system, use and benefits. He had to renew the key pad, which was a tricky thing to do without making a mess and damaging the plaster work. The old key pad had been sunk into thee plaster. He made a clean job of this and the fitting of the upgraded control box, with a limited space too work. He helped my wife and me to programme our mobile phones and was caring enough to sort out a pairing problem that evening in his family time. A great example to traders who deliver on time on budget and prepared to go the extra mile.

The initial work was carried out and we were impressed on how neat and tidy the work was, even down to filling small holes where cables had been.
