Dave and Elliot did a brilliant job, from start to completion. They kept us informed of each stage of work as it happened. They were punctual, hard working and very competent in all aspects of the work carried out. They were also very tidy cleaning up every evening after themselves. Dave and Elliot were very friendly and chatty and it was a pleasure to have them in our house for two weeks

I’d been searching for a bathroom company that could dedicate all their time to complete 3 bathrooms. I didn’t want various contractors trailing in and out taking ages. Fylde Coast Kitchen and Bathrooms do one job at once, ensuring the work is completed in good time. The expertise is of a very high standard and quality, as is the materials used. Lots of attention to detail too, and you’re kept informed every step of the way. Friendly personable staff who communicate well. Incredibly clean working too, no skip needed as they removed any waste daily. Honestly so pleased with the results and service. Absolutely highly recommend!

An absolutely incredible job on our bathroom. Our bathroom was old, and dated, and required a lot of work. So we asked Fylde Coast Kitchens & Bathrooms to refit our bathroom from ceiling to floor in top of the range, quality appliances. The whole bathroom was rearranged and filled with new life after 10 working days. I can't thank the company enough. A special thanks goes to Dave, Elliott and Ozzy for making my our dream a reality. This company completely transformed our old bathroom, in the expected timeframe, at the price quoted. Ozzy, in the showroom, went beyond the product brochures, to find the specific tiles we wanted. He gave a thorough explanation as to the pros/cons of different products & designs. We never felt rushed into a decision. On day one Elliot, the apprentice, introduced himself with a handshake - old school manners! - & made an enthusiastic start dismantling our old bathroom, before being joined by the fitter Dave. Their friendliness immediately put us at ease & we felt comfortable having them in the house. They started punctually at 8am daily, & kept us updated as to their movements. Tools & materials were tidied away at the end of every day. Dave could be heard explaining to Elliot the best way to do things and why; his mentoring will prove invaluable to developing Elliot's undoubted potential, and achieving future success. Dave rebuilt the under floor (which was in a poor state) rather than just patching it, demonstrating his high standards & professionalism; & solved the unforeseen challenge presented by an odd-shaped ceiling. On completion he made sure we were happy, explained how the fittings worked, & gave advice about taking care of our new bathroom. If we do happen to have any issues I’m confident we’ll be provided with ongoing support. We now have a beautiful new bathroom suite, installed to a superb standard, that fully realises our vision. We highly recommend this firm.

I found this company very easy to deal with from start to finish. The representative who came to review the work required and to provide a quote was extremely courteous, polite yet professional. He spent an hour and half with my wife and I going through the different options. We received our quote within a couple of days that we were happy with and asked him to go ahead. He remained available thereafter to answer any questions we may have had. The first job was to remove a supporting wall between the toilet and bathroom. We used a builder recommended by the company, who turned up on 3/4 on time, got straight on with the job as outlined by a structural engineer. He finished within the 3 days he had quoted and the work was ratified by Blackpool Council Building Control. The bathroom fitters arrived on 7/4. My wife and I were leaving that morning to stay with her sister whilst the renovation began. We were happy to leave our keys with them. The first job they did was to lay plastic sheeting on our floor and in the corresponding corridor outside the flat. We returned on 11/4 to find the work had moved on significantly. All rubbish removed and cleaned up also. They returned on 14/4 to continue finished by 17/4, as had been quoted. We found them to be courteous, polite and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The bathroom is just as we hoped and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company and employees to anyone who required work done.

Major large bathroom refurb carried out to a very high standard. A really professional and meticulous approach has resulted in a fantastic new bathroom. We indicated what we would like and they did the rest including planning, old bathroom and pipework removal, sourcing and fitting the new floor, ceiling, unvented hot water tank and all bathroom fixtures and furniture. I would highly recommend Fylde Coast Bathroom and Kitchens after having our bathroom completely refitted. Rick visited to measure up and provide the quote and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the work required offering advice on what would and wouldn’t work in our small bathroom which gave us peace of mind on what would be disruptive work. The installation was completed by Dave who on arrival laid down protective carpet coverings and treated our home with respect, keeping it as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each working day. Every day he kept us up to date on what work would be done when and answered any queries we may have. All work was completed to budget and on schedule. From start to finish everyone we spoke to in the company in the showroom or in the telephone were professional and helpful and now we have a lovely bathroom.

Dave and Elliot did a perfect job with our new bathroom. They reconfigured it to give a less cluttered feeling. They kept us updated throughout with a plan of attack every morning. Also they involved us with decision making. Even the smallest ones. We were confident with their work ethic and they didn’t need supervising. They kept the work area as uncluttered as possible and tidied up at the end of the day. It was a real pleasure meeting them both and we love our new bathroom.

We are really pleased by the work done by Fylde Coast Kitchens and Bathrooms on our kitchen and utility room. We didn’t have a definite idea of what we wanted initially but Amy was extremely patient, guiding us through the design process. The workmen were all very experienced and knowledgeable in what they were doing. They worked extremely hard and were very considerate, leaving things tidy at the end of each day. We were kept well informed as the work progressed. The work was completed on schedule and to a high standard. Thank you to everyone at FCKB.

Ozzy and Rick came to my house and made a plan to refit the bathroom. The bathroom needed updating so I decided to treat myself with a total renovation. I agreed to their suggestions and went to their shop to choose the colours of the tiles, confirm the design of the room, etc. The actual fitters, Dave and Elliot, were both friendly and professional. At the end of each day, they left everything as clean as possible and provided an update of what they had done and what they were going to do the next day. One word to describe the finished job: classy.

I would certainly recommend Rick and his team. Ozzie came out and planned a total redesigne of our dated bathroom. We asked for a particular steam shower/bath which was not a problem even though it was a first for the team. On our given date Dave showed up to start the job. He came across a problem with the floor which needed strengthening as the house is on stilts which he sorted out. He left everything clean and tidy each night and we had to go working away for a few days so gave him a key and when we got back we had a fantastic modern bathroom. 100% trustworthy and take pride in their work. Look no further We love our new Bathroom.

From Rick coming to measure and advise, and Amy's hard work (and patience) in the planning, to all the various trades on site we have been impressed by the attention to detail to create a perfect finish. Special mention to Ted and Pete for going the extra mile on two Saturdays, and a Bank Holiday, to keep the work on track. Also to Dave for completing the finer details and making sure we were totally happy with the final outcome. Thank you Ric &Ozzy for a fantastic new shower room. Also a big thank you for Dave who fitted it all what a Transformation, Dave told me everything he was doing right down to last little detail. Everything came in on budget and to agreed schedule. This is the 2nd room they have done for me as the first was the Kitchen. From start to finish highly delighted with the overall product quality and standard of workmanship. Everyone involved Rick, Amy, Ted and Pete excelled in their role providing total customer satisfaction. It was a pleasure to have Ted and Pete in our home and watch them work magic on our dreary kitchen.

Unforseen medical issues necessitated some difficult changes to our recently revamped bathroom. This company worked with us from the outset, offering advice and solutions, even when further unexpected issues were found. The workmanship is excellent. All personnel were professional, pleasant and diligent. Nothing was too much trouble. How pleasant to find that such old-fashioned service still exists.

We called in the shop to look at kitchens and were helped through the options by Amy and Rick. Rick's team were superb throughout both design and the work which included all built-in appliances, new sockets, lighting, cupboards, wall tiling and radiators. All the team were polite, hard working and cleaned up at the end of every day before leaving. Work was finished on schedule and to quotation and the odd hiccup (e.g. a flickering light) were sorted out swiftly and to our satisfaction. Would recommend without any hesitation. We have gone from a tired and dark, wood cupboarded kitchen with appliances in less than ideal places to a well lit bright airy kitchen with appliances all fitted where we wanted including a new washing machine whose predecessor had to be kept and used in the garage.

Bathroom part refurbishment that is a new floor, toilet and sink unit and a new tap in the kitchen. The quotation at the beginning was kept and they came on the day agreed and finished after 3 days. All those involved were very good. They were helpful, telling me exactly what they had done each day and warned me about a leak on the stop tap which was mended. At the end, Dave checked that I understood how everything worked. he was concerned about the heated towel rail which he managed to work after it had been turned off. Everything was clean at the end of each day.

We had a kitchen fitted and must recommend the team at Fylde Coast kitchens and bathrooms did an amazing job. The service was second to none and very professional from start ( design ) to finish and want to thank Rick and all his team for all their efforts. We could not have wished for a better team of people to fit our new kitchen for us and found the job was better than expected. Thankyou all of you John and Karen Heyes

Outstanding work, done to the highest of standards. A bit thankyou to all the staff involved from planning to completion. The staff are polite, professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, everything explained from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were great. They had an issue with a supplier however they simply worked round it and got the job completed as promised. It looks absolutely fantastic. Looks like it was always a shower. Special mention for Dave the installer. Punctual, professional, very respectful of our property and explained everything he was doing. Customer service outstsanding. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Simply put they're just very good!
