We had a fantastic service, our kitchen sink was leaking and GK Plumbing was able to squeeze us in on same day to fix it. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it to me clearly, purchased and fitted the replacement part and ensured everything was working again, all for a very reasonable fee. From me discovering the leak to having it repaired took just 3 hours - I really couldn't ask for a better turnaround. I'm delighted with the service and helpfulness of both the office staff and plumber who helped us. Thank you!

We had a problem with our shower, so contacted GK Plumbing who promptly came to investigate (No call out charge) Gary discussed at length in layman’s terms what needed to be done & we agreed a new shower valve was the solution. Well the shower valve was supplied & fitted within 3 days plus a lot less than was quoted. You couldn’t ask for more. Very well done G.K.Plumbing it’s no wonder your business is thriving.

Had a damp patch on our kitchen ceiling, which we thought was being caused by the shower in the main bathroom above. Phoned to book an appointment as G.K Plumbing was recommended to me. He arrived within the time stated and identified the problem straight away. He resealed our shower cubicle and completed a test, all sorted very quickly. I was so impressed I asked if he carried spare bathroom taps as mine needed replacing, he did so he also did that job for us. Very polite, price very fair, we would definitely be using this company again for any plumbing work.

We called in Gary to fix a toilet making an awful noise caused by an old valve. He turned up on time (same day), and identified the problem immediately. Whilst here I also asked if he could fix a leak from the same toilet (which required taking the cistern off the wall), he said he could and recommended replacing the flush as well. He quoted a reasonable price for the work and had it all done within an hour. He was very efficient and tidy and a nice chap as well, so highly recommended.

Gary was booked for midday to change my sink tap. He turned up 10 minutes early and I can't think when this has ever happened to me in the past. He came in, had a look at the job and got on with it. It wasn't a straight forward tap change as it was in an awkward location and the builders had cut some corners but Gary just got on with it on one of the hottest days of the year. End result: new tap and no fuss.

Gary, turned up on timed, gave a reasonable quote for the work with an OAP Discount and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. He left the area clean and tidy, turning on the water supplies and informed me off personal items that needed to be put back. Overall an excellent, I would use again.

Came on time as arranged and looked the job over as I needed to have the cistern flush valve changed. Advised needed only to replace one part of the valve, collected the part from the suppliers fitted it and all done in less than an hour. Excellent service and advice would definitely use again.

Woke up Friday morning to find water dripping through kitchen ceiling - panic! Rang this plumber at 8:30am and he promised to come by 11:00am, which he did! He was able to quickly find and repair the leak on the spot. All carpets and floorboards, disturbed during the search for the leak, were satisfactorily replaced and the whole work area tidied and cleaned on completion of the work - panic over! Efficiency, politeness and courtesy ensured that we would have no hesitancy in recommending this plumber or calling upon his services ourselves in the future. Thank you G K Plumbing!
